The unit has a loft, set up as extra living area. The stairs to the loft have 10" stair risers, it's a higher step up. Private full bath in unit. Laundry is shared space downstairs. This is an older building it has controlled heat in the building. There is a electric fireplace that can be used to maintain 70°~72°
