Beachfront holiday rental in One Mile Beach

Clare was super responsive from the moment we booked our stay . The thoughtful wine and toy for our pet dog made us feel v welcome . She had a lot of lovely local recommendations to share and her home was warm and inviting. We enjoyed our stay . The location and proximity to the beach is a big plus especially for pet parents.

My friends and I really enjoy staying at Airbnb‘s and this property if not at the top is very near to the top of all the places we have visited – it’s a wonderful user friendly property– beautifully setup, great kitchen and amenities, garage arranged as a games room and separate TV room – I mean it’s really special – amazing location close to the beach and great for families and dogs- highly highly recommended

Lovely stay at Warwick’s place, a perfect location to explore Newcastle .

We stayed here for 5 nights , right in the centre of Newcastle, accessible to the water front, beaches, restaurants and cafes. The apartment was very quiet, roomy and very comfortable for an extended stay with everything we needed. We found Naomi extremely helpful , even when there was a temporary fault with our airconditioner , she offered to find us other accommodation which we declined, as the large fan provided enough cooling. Very good value for money!

We had an unforgettable stay at this charming holiday house in Caves Beach. The house was exactly as described, with plenty of space for our family. We loved the modern decor, comfortable furniture, and well-equipped kitchen. Great sized backyard for our dog. The house is in a prime location, just a short walk to the beach and close to local shops and cafes. Our host, Sue, was incredibly welcoming and gave us clear instructions to get into the house. We highly recommend this house for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful getaway with all the comforts of home!"

A wonderful place, a generous host, most comfortable place we've stayed!! The food provided, the comfy bed, lovely shower, wonderful lounge chairs. The location so close to Merewether pool was brilliant.

The place was amazing and Sarah was a great host, just be mindful if you have a car the parking situation is very difficult as youll have to move your car every 2 hours and pay for parking from 9-5 and the bolton street private parking was full when we got there

Perfect place - beautifully decorated, overlooking the pool and short walk to beach. Well equipped kitchen and excellent parking too. Absolutely recommend.

Very comfortable apartment in an excellent location. 5 adults in our group and it did not feel crowded.

Simon’s place is simply amazing. Not only is a great house, in an amazing spot but It was equipped with everything anyone could ever possibly need. Simon was always available and responsive to any queries, and went the extra mile to find out more about our plans and interests so he could recommend activities or offer additions l help. I have stayed in plenty of Airbnb’s and I must say I think this tops them all, and no doubt I will be back.

Great location - so close to the beach. You can tell Lara has put a lot of thought into the airbnb. There is great finishing, the pool is lovely, aircon, nice appliances and lots of light. We will definitely be back!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hanna’s place. She is a wonderful host, with helpful advice and she catered to our family in any way she could. The home itself was in an amazing location, within a short walking distance to a beautiful beach and a short drive to shops and many restaurants. We had such a great time and would definitely recommend!!

A bit more kitchen implements would be helpful and also some blankets - doonas are too hot but sheets only too cold. We will be back - love the house and location !!

We enjoyed our stay at Castaway, it’s a cosy quite coastal home. The hosts have done an amazing job at styling the place and making it comfortable we appreciated that basic necessities were available (oil,salt pepper cooking utensils, hair straightener, travel cot etc). The location is fantastic as you are a short walk to Bagnall’s beach and then a beautiful walk along the bike track to Dutchman’s beach. It was a fantastic way to start our family summer holiday together.

Steven’s place certainly has the WOW factor. Spacious, fully equipped with everything we needed. Literally the perfect location for a peaceful break, right on the water to watch the world go by. Our stay was far too short. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time , it was very peaceful and relaxing. The position of the place was incredible, the ocean at our doorstep and our own private rock jetty with lots of fish to catch and we even were greeted at the jetty by a turtle. This gate at the top was a little tight, especially for a 4x4 we just squeezed through, perhaps making the gate a little wider would be easier for some. This is a place I will most definitely return too. Thank you Prue who was a great host.

Amazing location with fabulous waterfront views. So peaceful & private. Extra special with dolphins swimming past each day! Highly recommended.

This apartment is a fantastic to stay - in a magnificent spot with Living room & Balcony overlooking the waters of Shoal Bay beach & across Port Stephens. Comfortable space with everything we needed. Full kitchen but we didnt need to cook with plenty of local food places & supermarket just 2min drive away. We did use the Nespresso machine for great coffees. Large comfy King bed & Queen bed in the other bedroom. Double sink bathroom & 2 toilets. Garage for our car & 2 bicycles were available to ride over to the local shops. Fishing, swimming, Golf and relaxing was everything we wanted to do in the area. Emma provided all instructions on self-checkin and everything we needed. With great views from the apartment we felt relaxed on our 5 day holiday. Highly recommended and we would go there again.
