Cottage

Set amongst the orange groves, and perfectly located for sandy beaches ( 2km away) and near to Dénia town (5km). The Casita (small guest house, no kitchen, but with fridge & kettle) is set in the grounds of our private villa, behind electric gates and with views of both the Segaría and Montgo mountains. A very tranquil setting but with great access to everything Dénia and the surrounding area has to offer. We look forward to welcoming you here and we are sure you will love it as much we do!

CALABLANCA

The house. The cottage (built between 1910- 1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although, from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, it invades you. This unique character is appreciated in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.

Beautiful apartment/studio of 35m2, perfectly situated between Javea (13km) and Denia (7km). One bedroom with double bed, wardrobe. Living room with fully equipped kitchen and sofa bed for 2 people. Wifi ( possible to work from there). Washing machine + bathroom. Terrace with garden, sea and pool views. Common beautiful swimming pool. Nice area with tennis, paddle golf, equitation. One Italian restaurant 2 minutes walking.

La casa se encuentra muy cercana al pueblo de Xaló (puedes ir andando) pero a la misma vez disfrutar de la tranquilidad y la paz de la montaña. Recién reformada y a estrenar desde verano de 2018, dispondrás de todas las comodidades de una casa exclusiva. En verano de 2020 se ha reformado para que los huéspedes puedan disfrutar de la terraza techada y se ha construido una piscina (alberca) para los días de verano.

In our little guest house you can easily enjoy the sun, the nature, and our animals. It is a very special place. You open the window and have the oranges close to the grind, plus you can enjoy the view of the mountains. The cottage is adjacent to our courtyard from one side, but you have a completely private access and also a beautiful private outdoor seating area with a fire pit between the orange trees.
