Holiday rentals with beach access in Oman

very comfortable apartment - we stayed a week but you could easily stay here for a month. spacious (two bathrooms, big kitchen, lounge and bedroom), well-stocked kitchen for cooking and a 24/7 supermarket on the ground floor of the building. pool and small gym on the rooftop. TV with Netflix. comfortable bed. balcony. AC. self check-in, which was helpful since we arrived at 5am. we really enjoyed our time here. thanks, Mohammed!

House is in a calm and quiet neighbourhood. It is in a secure community. There is a small water theme park nearby. House is 100% as described in the pictures. Bassel is a good host. I recommend this house for people who loves a very calm and quiet life.

The apartments is wonderful every thing is there in the apartment just only bring your clothes and the place is good and very very thing is bad in this apartment any one when we see the flat 5 tale it directly. Thank jiri

Excellent stay in a clean and beautifully designed apartment in Al Mouj Muscat. The location is very walkable and attractive. The hosts are extremely pleasant and quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend this stay and come back to it during any future visits.

We had an incredible stay at Bader’s apartment in Jan 25, with our 3 year old and 1 year old. Bader’s communication was fantastic and he sent clear and easy instructions to get in. The apartment is great location and felt very safe, it was very spacious and perfect with our crawling 1 year old! The amenities were great and we loved the added use of the communal pool. I would highly recommend his apartment, 5*!

The area is great! The apartment is clean and has plenty of storage. It was very spacious and had all you needed in the kitchen. Value for money all the way!

Overall a great stay! Spacious villa with spacious rooms and clean in a safe and quiet compound. Although it was slightly far from certain places, it wasn’t a huge issue, very well worth it and would definitely stay here again!

If you want a private and beautiful location which is away from everything, this is the place. The villa is clean and everything works. You are living amongst the locals and everyone is welcoming. Do not think this is a place where you can dress in bikinis and have loud music playing all day long. Respect the locals. What makes this place even more special is the host who is better that a butler and resolves all your problems instantly. Nice local restaurants and a mini market to buy small snacks. Just to point out there is no front or rear garden at the property. You are within walls, which is a good thing as it is a hot country. The pool is within the building so easy access all day long for kids. If you have kids or stupid adults with you be careful you don't brake anything in the villa as you will be paying for it. Basically respect other people's stuff.

We had an amazing stay and will definitely comeback. Great place to get away from the city and relax.

Can't recommend this place enough, even better than the pictures. is very big and spacious. We found everything we need (and more). the house was very clean. The house carer was always there if we needed anything. the location and the view are super. thank you for having us!

The apartment is located in a beautiful, luxurious, guarded housing estate. It has a very nice view of the sea, the garden is well-maintained, with nice grass. The apartment is close to a sensational pool and beach, and in 20 minutes you can walk from the apartment to the small harbor, where there are restaurants and a shop. The bed in the bedroom is comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom are large, the air conditioning works very efficiently. The apartment is aesthetically pleasing. Communication with the host goes smoothly, and check-in is easy because the keys are removed from the small safe by the door. As for sleeping places, it's important to know that the couches in the living room do not unfold, only the pillows are removed, but for one person it's ok. In the bedroom, in addition to the double bed, there are two thin, fold-out mattresses for sleeping on the ground. A sense of luxury would have been even bigger if the apartment was cleaned even better.

Very nice place to stay especially for big family/groups. Attractions are within reachable distance. Some improvements in the future, can provide basic necessities such as toileteries and hair dryer. Otherwise, we are happy with the service.

Best location to stay in Muscat. Al Mouj has many different restaurants, cafes, bars and a small shopping mall as well as a beautiful vast beach. It is also very close to the airport. The apartment was excellent and Abdulla was very helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful studio in resort complex Hawana, amenities as described and in good condition, clean and well maintained. Warm and friendly contact, would be happy to come back.

it's started with little confusion however ends very well. doesn't look great by the picture in terms of location but definitely recommend everyone it's safe, sorounded with lot of restaurants and centre of muscat. it's new a building clean apartment and badar is really nice guy. very responsive and helpful. thanks

Our host was most supportive and kind throughout our stay. The apartment and its location are exactly as described and our host prepared a very warm welcome that was above and beyond. Furthermore, the tranquility of the area and the atmosphere of the apartment made for a great year end vacation.

Beautiful studio, in a beautiful Marina. quiet, good atmosphere. Restaurants, pool, beaches. You're all set. Too bad the prices on the spot are so high. Luckily the city is 15 minutes away by car.
