It offers a living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms with TEMPUR mattresses, sheep couch in the living room & bedroom floor on about 51 m ², so that there is space for 5-6 guests. The 2 terraces & the garden invite you to linger with wonderful views.

Hello from the time out at the lake. We welcome you to our 66 sqm vacation apartment in Winterberg / Niedersfeld at the Hillebachsee. In the apartment you will find everything you need for a cozy vacation. The view from the balcony of the mountains , the surrounding countryside and the Hillebachsee are simply beautiful. Here you can start the morning comfortably. The two bedrooms are both equipped with box spring beds. Our kitchen is fully equipped. ( no dishwasher)

Die Wohnung, ca 25 Quadratmeter und ein eigenstaendiges Gebaeude, liegt einen Steinwurf vom Rheinufer entfernt im Naherholungsgebiet der "Groov". Die Linie 7 der Straßenbahn ist fusslaeufig gelegen, genauso wie 3 Supermaerkte und weitere Einrichtungen des taeglichen Bedarfs. Die Wohnkueche ist mit Markengeraeten ausgestattet und es gibt einen kleinen Tisch zum arbeiten oder essen sowie eine Schlafcouch. Im Schlafzimmer stehen ein Doppel- Etagenbett.

The bathrooms are renovated, and the living room has also received a new furnishings. If you want, you can relax in a cozy house on the lake. Access to the house is accessible by stairs. The house is located between the towns of Meschede and Eslohe, directly on the Hennesee, with many tourist attractions and possibilities in the area. In the winter months you can ski in Bödefeld or Winterberg and in summer cycling, swimming, hiking, etc.

Welcome to my charming apartment overlooking the Drachenfels, nestled in a well-kept residential complex near the Rhine. This exclusive accommodation offers an ideal location for nature lovers and also a high standard of comfort and style. Mehlem train station is a 24-minute walk away. To the bus stop just 1 minute. Explore the historic city center of Königswinter and the Drachenfels or take a boat trip on the Rhine, all very close.

The house was built in the 17th century and renovated in the 80s. It now has a total of 3 rooms spread over 3 floors and an approx. 500 year old vaulted cellar. With the equipment, the house is ideal for trade fair visitors who need space and may still have to work but also for smaller groups (max. up to 4) who want to visit their family or Cologne. Up to a maximum of 4 people can be rented.
