We have just had a lovely month stay in the cottage in-between our house move. It has been so peaceful, just what we needed after house packing!! AJ and Aiesha were always available and very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The surrounding area is beautiful and so are all the walks, right from your door... Ponies in the paddock and the chickens are a lovely welcoming sight in the morning. The welcome basket was a lovely surprise upon arrival, full of things to get you started. We also enjoyed many meals at the Countryman pub in the village, just a short walk. This is a lovely countryside airbnb, very clean, cosy and welcoming. We would definitely stay again.

I had a fantastic stay at Fleur’s flat in St. Neots. It is in the perfect location. It is in the heart of the town, less than a minute's walk to Market Square. You can walk to everything… restaurants, shops, cafes, park, marina, train station, etc.. The apartment was as described, and the photos were accurate. It was very clean. Clean linens and towels were provided. The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. The common space might be tight if you have 4 people, but not an issue. Check-in and check-out were very simple. I was given good instructions and the keys were left in a convenient lockbox. Communication with Fleur was very efficient. This was only my fourth experience using Airbnb, but I would say by far my best experience. I highly recommend this space if you want to be in St. Neots. I hope to stay here again someday. We visited Harpenden for a few days. Nice quiet location and only a 5min drive from Harpenden city centre. Andrew was very responsive and helpfull in case you need some. We family of three had great time!

Orchard House is lovely family home, very comfortable for a large family group stay. Our weekend was a birthday treat for a grandparent and two families with 5 children. Agnes left her own children's toys available to play with and that made the venue a great hit with our youngsters. That and the spacious and extremely well equipped rooms made our weekend a great success. The location is easy to find and well placed for anyone visiting Oxford and the surrounding areas, particularly convenient for Woodstock and Blenheim Palace. An all round 5 star venue and a great and considerate host, Agnes.

This was a beautiful house that had everything I needed and was aesthetically pleasing.. will definitely book again .. we need more mirrors lol …

My husband, son, and I, along with our dog, stayed at the cottage for my 30th birthday, and it was wonderful. Keith was there to welcome us, explain everything, and even printed additional dog-walking routes for us, which was so thoughtful. The cottage felt like home right away. It had everything we needed without feeling cluttered. The thoughtful touches, like food in the cupboards, were a lifesaver we quickly made pasta for our little boy, and he went straight to bed happy. The bathroom was stocked with great toiletries, and when it snowed on my birthday, it made the stay magical. With the Christmas tree glowing and a hot coffee from the machine, it was perfect. Our son got soaked in the snow, so having a washer and dryer saved the day his favorite bunny got wet, and we dried it in no time! The location was peaceful yet close to everything. Milton Keynes surprised us with how much there was to do, and we’d love to return. It was the perfect getaway after Christmas. Thank you

A wonderful stay in a lovely retreat. Quiet and peaceful, but close enough to get anything you need, the place like a home away from home, and Penny couldn't do enough to help out. We'll definitely return to this lovely accommodation.

Our group of five couples stayed here for a weekend reunion and this large house was ideal for our needs. The large kitchen was really well equipped for prep, cooking and eating (although everything initially took a some finding as there are so many cupboards!) and the two tables together made a great eating area. The main sitting room is huge and everyone felt the bedrooms were comfortable. We didn't use the garden at all, it was small relative to the size of the house but there are plenty of lanes and paths locally to walk on. We found plenty to do and a choice of places to eat within driving distance we managed to fit 5 cars into the parking area although it was a tight squeeze. Anjala was quick to respond to our only query during the weekend and overall, we'd have no hesitation about recommending this property for a weekend stay for a large group.
