Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Old Quebec, La Cité-Limoilou

I have stayed in more than 20 Airbnbs and this is honestly the best one I have stayed in so far. As a solo traveller, Lise’s hospitality brought so much warmth. The entire house (including the studio of course) was absolutely beautiful with all the lovely art pieces as decoration, I love the whole aesthetic of the place. You have everything you need as well and if there’s anything else you require, Lise is super kind and willing to offer any support that is within her capacity. This is the furthest away I have been from my country and yet this felt like a second home. Lise is an absolutely wonderful host, she is extremely friendly and attentive to your needs. She goes the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable staying in her place. I’ll most definitely be back and this time I would love to bring my boyfriend or sister along. Thank you so much Lise, I’ll never forget the conversations and laughter we shared. Hope to see you soon again in the near future! Take care :)

Very good choice, good location, very clean and all the necessary equipment. The beds were comfortable and good bedding. It must be a beautiful place for a stay during the summer, with the impressive view of Quebec City and the patio at the back of the house. However, a small negative downside to multiple additional payment warnings if there were breakages. I understand the owner very well since the amenities are new and surely expensive and not everyone is paying attention but a feeling of fear of breaking something came, a little, darkening the stay. If I'm in Quebec City for another show at the Videotron Centre, I would not hesitate to book again. Very close to the venue, restaurants and grocery stores. The location definitely checked all the boxes.

Traveling to gather as a family at the family's home. The accommodation allowed us to host our group (5 people) coming from outside the area. The place was what we needed, accessible with the usual amenities. We needed to contact the host and he was accessible.

Perfect location! We were right around the corner from amazing restaurants and stores. Andrew was very friendly and helpful and the apartment was exactly what we needed as a family of four with a toddler and 7 year old. We were able to explore the city during the day and relax in the apartment in the evening. We hope to visit Quebec again soon and we will definitely stay here again.

Lesya place was a great place to stay very close to Old Quebec, either by ferrie or car. The place was super clean and confty! Definetly recommended if need a relax place close to Old Quebec.

We really liked the place. Not too far from downtown. Everything was as described.

I stayed here for the weekend with my young son. As a mom by myself, I felt safe here. The parking was a huge plus. I have a Mercedes GLK midsize SUV with no back up cameras and I managed just fine. It's a lot easier to drive straight in and then back into the spot. Just don't open your hatchback after parking. The entrance is the first off an alley around the back of the building. The apartment was so quiet, even being on a main road. We had everything we needed for our stay. The shower had good pressure and the mattress was very firm, but also comfortable. I love a soft mattress and I had no issues with this bed. Mathieu was easy to communicate with and had clear instructions (read the Google guide he links!).

Wonderful extremely well-furnished and stocked condo. Very comfortable mattress and the best stocked kitchen I've seen for an Airbnb. Close to the slopes and also 15 minutes from Jacques Cartier National Park. Near Quebec City, 30 minutes from the Hotel de Glace and the Valcartier Slips. Really jewelry.

Serge was very helpful and provided great instructions. I enjoy experiencing local culture and our stay gave us a minor insight to life in Old Quebec. It was convenient to everything. Apartment was clean with comfortable beds. When we got up in the morning I really enjoyed the heated floors. They added to the cozy feel of the space. This is an area that is tough for parking so the parking pass in warm garage was appreciated and convenient.

We were two older couples for a quick getaway weekend in Quebec City. We really enjoyed our stay at Marc’s. What really stood out for us was: Super clean, comfortable, great space, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, lots of storage space to keep things tidy, walkable to all the tourist attractions, and Marc was an incredible host! Quick to answer our questions and flexible. He gave great recommendations as well for places to eat and places to go to. We highly recommend staying at Marc’s condo. The extras that made our stay too are: Extra pillows, a fan, and ice in ice cube trays ready for us! Thank you! A special gift ready for us was a bottle of wine and some chocolates to greet us was a lovely touch. Thank you for our wonderful stay!
