Warm house, aptly named. Beautiful place, not to mention majestic. The house and its grounds, impossible to find better on the market, considering the price. One of the attractions, the kitchen, phenomenal, or it's friendly and very pleasant to be there with family or in a group. In short, your place is a gem.

A place perfectly suited to our group of workers, located a few minutes from our place of work! We were very comfortable and particularly appreciated having access to all the kitchen tools to prepare our dinners, as well as the opportunity to end our days relaxing in the spa. The street is very busy, but we didn't mind. Thanks Olivier!

I can see the St Lawrence River with floating ice. The river is flowing slowly and near the bank is frozen. This place is great. It is quite easy to find. We arrive at night, Hubert keep the lights on. It is very clean, varm, feels like home. There was snow storm on Sunday night. Hubert clean the snow for us on 4 a.m. We are very appreciate.

The place is lovely with a great view and very clean. Great vacation spot!

Beautiful place worth visiting.

We had a wonderful stay at Élise and Pierre-Luc's place. The place is comfortable, well equipped and beautiful. Easy to gain access to, parking is easy even in winter. Very good proximity to tourist places, 15-20 min for Quebec City or Ile d 'Orléans, 10 min for Montmorency or Sainte Anne de Beaupré Falls and the ski resort only 30 minutes away. This is really the right place to visit the Quebec City area quietly.

Great house, well located with great river views. The host was quick to respond to our questions. Great for a stay in Quebec City. We recommend it.

Clean, quiet and everything you need!!! Love this space

Everything about Frédéric's place was really nice! It's exactly as shown in the photos. It's also well-kept, clean, and organized. I loved the interior and his place had many basic necessities provided. Frédéric is also a great host who is very responsive and communicates well. There's also many choices of restaurants and pubs nearby. I would definitely come back to stay again at this place. The only con is that there is a homeless refuge at the back of the apartment but we didn't have any issues and didn't feel unsafe, as long as we avoided that area.

Lesya place was a great place to stay very close to Old Quebec, either by ferrie or car. The place was super clean and confty! Definetly recommended if need a relax place close to Old Quebec.

The place was lovely! Everything was clean, and Elise always had open communication channels in case we needed anything. We loved this AirBnB and would definitely stay here if we're ever in Quebec City again.

In the best equipped apartments I've frequented! Everything was there! Very nice and like the photos. It is a developing neighborhood and unfortunately there is a lot of poverty around, but we never felt in danger, just sad to see these people in this state. Restaurants are legion around, and in 15 minutes I was at the Convention Center using the famous steps! Impeccable accommodation, we will surely go back:)

It's a great place, it's clean and beautiful. You have everything you need and you quickly feel at home. It's a little noisy, but it's located on a boulevard so it's normal.

This was a great place to stay to explore Quebec. 30min walk to Old Quebec (lots of stairs but manageable), and a number of great restaurants and coffee shops right next door. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures, it was clean and had all the basics needed for cooking meals as well. Great experience overall!

Great place to stay, easily accessible from both the train station and the airport. On foot about 20-25 min to the old town, but restaurants, bars also nearby.... and many buses right outside the door. Very nice, well equipped apartment overlooking the mountains!

Fantastic place! Great value, very comfy apartment, fabulous location. Absolutely loved the view from the 12th floor roof. Will have to come back once the pool is in season! Alyson gave great instructions and good recommendations in the travel guides she left. All around 10/10 experience!
