Small apartment in a super central location, within a courtyard and therefore without a view of the sea, but very convenient for all services. I emphasize the extreme cleanliness, organization and order of the apartment, which is not obvious. It was equipped with all the necessary amenities for a short stay, the apartment is in great condition, all the decor, bathroom included, is new.

This Airbnb apartment is the top👍, well-equipped, very clean, spacious, well-arranged, well-lit, the bathroom is nickel, my wife loved the apartment because there are mirrors, in the bathroom and in the living room and it's convenient for her to put on makeup. There is a balcony to rest quietly or eat. The kitchen is very well equipped. This is one of the best Airbnb apartments we have stayed in. The host Thierry is the best, friendly, super welcoming, smiling, he makes himself available if there are any questions, and gave us a tour of the apartment in detail. I highly recommend this apartment. 👍👍

I highly recommend it! It's the perfect location, literally one minute from the Promenade des Anglais. The building itself is a magnificent piece of architecture. Linda is a wonderful host. I don't think I've ever been welcomed so warmly. Thank you once again, and I can't wait to come back soon!

From start to finish our entire experience staying at Ivan’s flat was excellent! Ivan was an amazing and clear communicator, very responsive and informative, our instructions for check-in, our stay, and check-out were clear, warm and welcoming. Ivan went above and beyond as a host to make our stay incredibly comfortable. The location of the flat was perfect to explore and walk everywhere we wanted to, it was just a short walking distance from the train station, and you walked out the door of the flat and you were right where there was a daily farmer’s market, excellent restaurants, an antique market just around the corner, and clothing and artist markets on other days of the week. We were steps away from a beautiful chapel, the ocean seawall, the Picasso Museum, and much more!! The rooms were spotless, bright, and had all the amenities we needed - a perfectly stocked kitchen to prepare meals in, a washer/dryer, a/c, wifi, and a very comfortable bed. We highly recommend! The accommodation is very well located and well-equipped. The small balcony is a real plus. The nights are quiet despite a little bit of traffic on the boulevard. François' welcome was warm and complete, we would be happy to come back.

Everything was great, apartment was clean and well-equipped. Quiet neighborhood. Short distance to old town, shopping and train station. Very comfortable bed. Balcony was also nice having sunshine. We were very satisfied.

Comfortable and quiet apartment, ideally located for discovering the surroundings, restaurants, beach and shopping on foot. The wide parking space, underground, is a valuable advantage there. We'll be happy to go back.

My wife and I had the best vacation ever! This is the best Airbnb i’ve ever rented by far. Ela was a fantastic host. The building (Parc du Cap) is incredible. It’s brand new, with unbelievable amenities such as beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, a fantastic tennis court, a top notch gym and spa boasting a world class sauna, steam room and even a cold room. The apartment itself was immaculate with top notch appliances and a large furnished terrace. The location was as good as it gets! It’s only a 5 minute walk to the heart of Juan-les-Pins and all the restaurants, bars, and shops. It’s also only a 5 minute walk to all the amazing beaches. We also walked 15 minutes to go into Antibes and all their restaurants, beaches etc. If I could sum our experience in one word it would be- PERFECT! Gary Busel

Very nice apartment, right in the center, no frills, but worth the money.

It was an extraordinary stay. The apartement was extremely beautiful und everything was very clean. You can get everywhere by train and there are possibilities to buy groceries within 5 minutes walking distance. Kevin was a wonderful host, always kind and friendly. Whatever we wanted to know he replied almost instantly and helped as best as he could. The combination of the stunning apartment and Kevin as its great host is an amazing experience! Thanks again for everything!

Nice place to stay The owner very responsive to questions and respectful , it's very pleasant the Beach is 2 min walk, transport nearby and pleasant again thank you I highly recommend to the person who wants to come to Nice it is very well located and it has everything around or a few minutes for shopping, eating etc ... Not even 2 minutes from the train station. Lovely view and near a lidl and some other little supermarkets which is very convenient. 10 mins max from either tram line too. Host is super quick getting back to you when you need anything which is great. Place was gorgeous! Jacuzzi was lovely. Had on his listing that is had scaffolding but there wasn’t any when we got there 10/10 loved out stay
