Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Old City, Philadelphia

My gang of friends agreed we’d happily come back here again - lovely setting & big driveway for parking; comfy bedrooms and generous number of bathrooms; well-equipped kitchen compared to most rentals; pleasant but unobtrusive decor; and short, clear host instructions. And it was so warm for December that we even got to hang out on the patio, also comfy & welcoming. I think the only things (and they were very minor) that we’d recommend adding would be conventional potholders, a few more sets of silverware, a couple more DR chairs, and a reminder sign about the step down from the kitchen into the DR. Overall, would definitely recommend!

I had an amazing stay at Jamie's apartment in Philadelphia! The location couldn't be better – it's so close to public transit, great restaurants, and lively bars, all within walking distance to the city center. The apartment itself is beautiful and well-maintained that made my stay incredibly comfortable. Jamie was a great host, always responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Philly!

In a city of hundreds of stay options, Katerina's house was a great reminder for me on the positives of choosing an airbnb over a hotel. We had the whole house with a yard to ourselves. It was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The host was kind and responsive. All in all, it was perfect.

Circumstances were a bit odd given that I live in the same neighborhood, but I needed a place to stay for the week and Rob/Amanda’s place was great. Clean, and clear instructions. There were some dogs that barked next door, and the occasional Septa bus that would drive by but I also live in Philly so I didn't mind the noise. Would highly recommend this place to any out-of-towners, there is a lot to do/eat/drink in the neighborhood.

Brandy is a wonderful host. Responsive, helpful, and friendly. The home we rented is beautiful and perfect for groups. The home is clean, surroundings are safe, and Brandy will make sure you feel like you're home.

Stefne was one of the most responsive and thoughtful hosts I’ve ever dealt with on Air B & B. Not only was her place spot on with the perfect aesthetic and charm, but she went out of her way to answer and address any and all things that arose during our stay. She exceeded what I would expect of a host even go so far as to have a cute Eagles lunch box for us since we were up for a game and delivered a cake for my moms birthday when she realized we were celebrating that. 5 star 🌟 rating all the way! Beds and unit were comfortable and cozy. all the amenities you would want and think of for your home away from home were there and provided. For sure one of the top 5 air b and b experiences I’ve had to date. GO BIRDS 🦅

I’ve been staying at airbnbs for many years now and this is the first time I’m lost for words. This place has every single amenity that you’d need and more. Snacks! Water! Beverages! Sweets! Coffee! The list could go on all day. Normally I need to hit a grocery store to get the basics but I did not have to in this place because Richard and Britni thought of everything. And I got a very late check out which was so appreciated. I will stay here every time I come to Philadelphia and suggest you do the same (just not when I’m needing the place). One of the best experiences I’ve ever had.

This was truly a lovely Airbnb. Our host was great. All check in instructions were very clear, everything accessible. The space itself was spacious enough for me and my two siblings. It was a little older/worn in but made for an extremely warm and homey place. It did get a little warm from the radiators at night, particularly in the middle room with the windows, but hey it’s a blessing to be kept warm during a very very cold winter weekend (snow day)! Host was very quick to respond to our questions, was proactive and went out of her way to check in on us. Fairly close to the sights we wanted to check out in Queens Village, Fishtown. Parking wasn’t too shabby, even at night when the street usually fills up. Would stay again!

It was identical to the pictures and very well cleaned and stocked. The host was welcoming and kept in touch throughout our stay. Was in a great location to visit Temple and not far from the historical/touristy area.

Great place to stay - clean, updated and convenient! Street noise in the front bedroom was a little loud at times but was better in the back bedroom. Relatively thin walls….could hear neighbors upstairs. Comfortable and cute apartment. Would stay again!

Shanda was a great host. The property was neat, clean, and well organized. It has a very homely atmosphere and we look forward to staying there again in the future. Great experience. Definitely would recommend anyone to stay there. This was a great experience.

So nice! We needed a place to crash next to the convention center and this exceeded expectations. Felt like we were right at home. Also, Christine left out phone chargers and ann umbrella which saved us!

Everything was great, since the first talk to the check out. The place is lovely, clean and very comfortable. A lots to do around the building. Elizabeth is very sweet and very aware of whatever we need. 100% sure I would rent her place again!!!

I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, but never have I seen one this clean—literally spotless! The attention to detail in the entire space was incredible, and the atmosphere felt so well thought out and inviting. The host was absolutely amazing—super helpful and always available to answer any questions. The location couldn’t be better, with everything you need within walking distance, from bars to restaurants and more. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!"

Kristen’s place was homey, well equipped and comfortable. When in Philadelphia, I would choose Kristin’s place again, for the nice location and quiet neighborhood, which was walkable to restaurants, but also had free on street parking.
