Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Okoboji

It was our first time visiting the Okoboji area. We loved our stay. We had 3 families in our group. The kids loved having the basement all to themselves. It was so nice having the dock to pull the boat up to each day, and for the kids to fish off of as well. The hosts were very friendly & offered many suggestions for places to visit/eat. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary equipment needed for cooking, although we spent most of our day on the water and ate at various places in the area. Fun to boat right up to eat your meals from the water. That was an experience the kids loved! We were nervous with the recent floods that the water conditions wouldn't allow for boating/swimming activities. We did find it nice that given the 5mph limit on the water the kids could swim safely from the dock as well as out in the water with minimal waves. It was like we had the lake to ourselves! The visit during the week probably helped with that too?!? Definitely recommend!

I choose this cabin on the lake, looking for a quiet place with a beautiful view. We celebrated my parents 56 wedding anniversary. It was a perfect getaway for family time.

Josh's place is a great home to stay in. It's a very clean house in a very quiet neighborhood with all the amenities that is needed for a week stay in Okoboji. The beds were very comfortable with clean bathrooms and showers. The kitchen had everything that is needed to prepare meals. The location couldn't be better you are just minutes away from the heart of Okoboji in a very nice neighborhood. The communication was great with Josh, the check out procedure was well listed. It's definitely a home that I would stay at again.

We were in town for a family wedding and Jeremey's place fit our needs perfectly. The whole place was clean and neat. We took a walk Saturday morning and loved being so close to the walking/biking trail.

This is a great, clean place with great hosts! It's conveniently located on a pond and walking distance to the pool. The hosts were very responsive and had clear instructions for the stay. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. The kiddos loved the loft area to hang out and play in.

Kelsey‘s condo was the perfect place for our family to stay in Okoboji! It had everything that we needed and it had great views of the lake as we sat on the deck. The water passes were a highlight, especially for my granddaughter.

We had a wonderful experience. We felt right at home and didn't want to leave. It was very comfortable and cozy. It had every emenity that we needed. We loved the golf cart and outdoor fireplace.

Jeremy’s place was perfect for me and had everything that I needed. I was traveling with my dogs to hunt pheasants and needed a safe comfortable place for us to stay that was near the locations I wanted to be. The home is very dog friendly and made it easy for me to come in and out from our hunts. The home is well stocked and I was able to prepare meals, wash clothes and be ready for our next hunt. I will most definitely be back next year.

This is our 5th time staying at Lutheran Lakeside Camp. It is a great value for a group stay. It is located in a beautiful area right on the lake with close proximity to many activities at the camp and in the area. The staff communicates well and takes great care of the place. Thank you!

This was our second year staying at Lakeside Lutheran. It makes being at Lake Okoboji with a group more reasonable for lodging and meals.

Staying here was too much fun! I had a group of 12 people and we all fit comfortably in the cabin. We spent most of our time exploring all the camp had to offer. Volleyball, disc golf, a big open field for sports, and a dock made for a crazy fun time. It was also very nice to literally walk over to Barefoot Bar for a little dinner our first night! We definitely appreciated using the firepit and outdoor table provided. When we needed wood, one of the rangers literally drove some right to our doorstep. Everyone was very kind and just there to enjoy nature. Thank you!
