Here you will find a charming cottage in a quiet and natural environment. Sauna and barbecue area on the patio with majestic views. Ynka 50 meters down to the water. There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake view, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the corner. The cottage is cozy decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fire pit that makes the cabin even more cozy if possible. Wifi is available. Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4 rooms with sauna in peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, floor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives it the cabin feel you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walk of 100 meters to the ski slopes of Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åres lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find the restaurant, mini life and the ski bus into Åre (open during ski season). Small house in the countryside.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home in Västerkälen outside Krokom. The house is out in the countryside with no neighbors, except for the residential building. Close to the mountain world, fishing and berry picking. About 1 hour with a car to the magic mountain world summer as winter, about 25 minutes with a car to central Östersund with a great range of restaurants and other activities. Bicycles and wood-fired sauna and boat are available to borrow for a fee. Animals are allowed, but not cats due to allergies.

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully situated above E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to reach the village. If you want to take a bus, go down to the E14 bus stop. You can bring your skis or board on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can hike, fish, dog sledding, hire snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. You can get directly from the house to hiking trails and cross country cycling. If you have any questions, call us and ask.

Welcome to Sjöstugan which you find on Frösöns southern beach, i.e. on the brighter side of the island. From the beach, you have a lovely view over Storsjön and towards Oviksfjällen. The lake cottage is simple and functional with high cozy factor. It is just metres from Storsjöns Beach. In summertime you can take a dip in the fresh water from your own beach. And you can fall asleep and wake up to the splash of waves. Winter time is set up for miles of skating and ski tracks on Storsjön, when the weather permits.
