The perfect cabin by the lake! It has everything you need by far the best cabin lake house we have ever stayed in. Thank you for being an awesome host, we will see you next year!

Robin was very communicative and her cabin was the perfect place for a weekend away. The lake was serene and the deck was perfect to sit and soak in the sun. 10/10 would come again!

Super relaxing and calming place for a tranquil vacation! We loved it, we stayed for a week and visited some of the surrounding towns and cities as well as Tugaloo state park. Everything was well thought out at the cabin, so many extra necessities and treats included in the set up. Instructions were very detailed for each and every appliance, activity, and item in the cabin and host was quickly responsive to any and all questions or comments. The outdoor areas are super cozy and nice for 2-3 people, and worked great for us as a couple and a dog. My dog enjoyed the yard and the surrounding streets/walkable areas as well as the state park. Roads are beautiful and it is such an interesting area to take in. Very enjoyable and served its purpose perfectly! (The stairs are somewhat difficult to navigate and require concentration while going up or down!)

We had a great stay, the place was very clean, it has everything you need, plenty of space for our family of 7, Beautiful surroundings. The gas fireplace was perfect for the cold weather. The location is peaceful and quiet and close to food and activities. Julian is a great host, very attentive and responsive. We definitely recommend this place.

We loved our stay! What a beautiful setting. The drive in is an adventure, but if you are familiar with this area it is expected. Note, McCall Rd. is missing a sign:) There is a great hike along the Chattooga River about 5-10 minutes from the house. The hut tub and Green Egg were nice amenities. Beds and linens are very comfortable and Tracy had lots of sweet extras around the house for guests. Our pups especially enjoyed this property with lots of peaceful walks around the pond. We hope to return!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Mimi’s place. The cabin was comfortable, clean and offered all the amenities of home. Checkin was easy and Mimi was available to answer any questions we may have had. We loved having coffee on the deck in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening, not to mention the hot tub. We would highly recommend Mimi’s cabin and would love to stay again should we ever find ourselves in the area again. Frank and Annette

Very Clean, fun, spacious, private, flawless in every way. My kids enjoyed the hot tub, and igloo. In the mountains but Food and drinks in 1 place across the street, great pizza 5 min drive, 15 min from downtown Clayton GA, which is a charming little town with great coffee, ice-cream, and wonderful food. Huzz is the best Cuban cuisine I have ever had.

We were having our family Christmas get together and was so happy that the house was still beautifully decorated for Christmas. That made our gathering extra special! The house was perfect for our group!

Host was very good at providing information to us prior to check in. Place was clean and accommodating. Very convenient for events near Green Pond landing. The covered boat storage is an amazing plus for fisherman!

I absolutely loved my stay at Loma Linda! It's even better than the pictures! so cute and cozy. perfect little one bedroom cabin. Loved seeing the resident horses (including Applejack!) enjoy some breakfast while heading out on my adventures. Despite the temperatures getting down into the 20's, the bas stove kept the place perfectly cozy--and I loved snuggling up in the chairs next to the flicker fire to read at night. Shower was great, bathroom was great, checkin was a breeze. Incredibly quiet, private and peaceful surroundings, and Linda gave perfect instructions that made checkin a breeze! Truly something straight out of book--speaking of, I just realized I forgot to sign my name in the guestbook! Hopefully that means I'll just have to come back another time :) Thanks Linda (and Applejack!)

We enjoyed this charming cabin for a snowy weekend! The views from all the windows and porches was magical. The way the cabin hugs the bend in the babbling creek, is such a neat feature. The cabin was cozy and with all the modern amenities. We hope to visit in the summer!

This beautiful cabin is located in an idyllic forest far from the maddening crowd and overlooking incredible mountain views for as far as the eye can see. The cabin itself is impeccably furnished with all you could wish for. The kitchen will keep any cook happy, there are both gas and charcoal grills so meal preparation is a snap. The common areas are nicely furnished with plenty of comfortable seating. The master bedroom is very large with a coffee bar, a luxurious king size bed and a beautiful en suite. There is an amazing wrap around porch and fire pit area. Quiet and remote yet you can be in the heart of Highland NC in just 15 minutes. This cabin will not disappoint.

We had a very nice stay. Very nice cabin and just like the pictures. The kitchen was awesome and had everything we need to cook a big meal! Misty was very responsive to our questions. The neighbor was very nice as well. Just be careful of the dog across the street - he runs loose and was not very friendly! Overall a great place and a nice place to meet up with family.

This cabin is great! Very private at the end of a gravel road. The wrap around porch is set up nicely with everything we needed to relax and grill. She was very polite and responded promptly to our last minute request to book. We only needed one night, and that can be difficult to find. The river is close to the house and great for fishing (not really for swimming or rafting). Quiet, no road or highway noise, which is one of the important things to us when trying to relax in the woods. Unfortunately the WIFI was down (it was a widespread outage and not the owners fault). There is no cell coverage (except maybe Verizon), and the landline was dependent on an internet connection. Melissa was very quick to come out to try and help resolve the issue. Unfortunately, without a way to make a call in the event of an emergency, we weren’t able to stay the night. Melissa was apologetic and offered a refund immediately. I hope we are able to try and stay again at the cabin! Thank you Melissa!

This cabin has so much charm and personality you can’t help from feeling so cozy the minute you open the door. The layout of the cabin is perfect if you are traveling with friends or family. It was a little rainy during our stay so we didn’t get to utilize the fire pit area but I am sure that would have been an added bonus. The drive to downtown Clayton was a quick simple trip. We enjoyed shopping on Main St and dined out as well. We look forward to staying at this little gem in the mountains again.

We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at this Airbnb! Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The serene location in the woods provided a relaxing atmosphere, yet it was conveniently close to the city, which was a perfect balance. My kids especially loved using the firepit every night—it added a special touch to our trip. The hosts were attentive and responsive, making the stay even better. Gina’s place was perfect the a quick weekend away. She is incredibly thoughtful and thorough. Her notes throughout the house were very helpful and the cabin itself is very cozy!

We were working for power company for hurricane helene and booked it last minute. Joanna was amazing letting us stay last minute helped us out tremendously!!!!! We would have had to sleep in our trucks if she didn’t help us out. great host

We enjoyed our stay so much. After reading a review regarding the drive to the cabin, we were a little concerned, but were happy and relieved to find the road that led to the cabin is level with no steep inclines or switch backs. The road is in great shape! The cabin was clean, lovel, and well-appointed. We found everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The temperatures were frigid outside, yet we stayed warm and toasty inside the cabin. The property surrounding the cabin is something out of a Norman Rockwell painting. We highly recommend this Airbnb to others and will definitely return ourselves.

We enjoyed our stay at Jake’s Airbnb. The decor is lovely. The mattress was incredibly comfortable. The bed linens and towels were high quality and new. We did not get a chance to enjoy the hot tub due to the weather, but look forward to returning to soak up the mountain view from the hot tub. There’s a grill on the patio along with patio dining table and chairs. Communication with was very good and instructions to finding/accessing the property were crystal clear. If you are looking for cozy, stylish and comfortable place for a getaway. I am happy to recommend Jake’s place.
