Holiday rentals with a patio in Oceanside

We had a magical stay here. The views were incredible, the beach access was ideal, the space was very welcoming. We went on off-season so the price was very affordable. If I had one constructive feedback – it would be the hide a bed; It is definitely not comfortable – but the couch sure was! 😊 and Lisa was very easy to work with and very nice. We hope to be back!

Great little place and close to downtown, shopping and the hospital. Washer and dryer available at no additional charge. Very quiet and the apartment had all the amenities needed.

Not only was the unit spotlessly clean, well-appointed and incredibly comfortable (bed, couch, recliner) but the view was seriously spectacular. We enjoyed the king tides, rain or shine. There are always interesting things to do in Lincoln City/Depot Bay/Newport when the tide is high but otherwise, we were out hunting for agates. Amazing mini-vacation!

I hesitate to write a review to entice more people to visit… I want to keep this lil gem all to myself ☺️ Such a beautiful spot. The views and direct access to the beach are incredible. The space was so well kept, with clean linens, super comfy beds, and a really well stocked kitchen. I enjoyed my time so much I stayed an extra day. Not much in Rockaway proper, but it is a cute town and lots of other spots within driving distance if you’re looking for more to do. I was super content with a book and that view!

We came into town for a weekend basketball tournament and Rachel's place was perfect! She was responsive throughout our experience and even quickly adjusted our stay duration when our team schedule changed. We loved our 2-block walk down for coffee at Pioneer Joe's and to take in the king tides washing up on the shores. Rachel's place is a phenomenal value in an excellent location.

What a beautiful view! Nice little unit that was just right for 3 adults. We would stay here again!

This place is a little gem. The view is wonderful, we loved sitting on the high stools for all meals and enjoy the ocean in the distance. Everything you need is there, the place was very clean as well. I highly recommend this place and would stay there myself again.....

Our stay was absolutely incredible! We felt right at home and so did our pups! The fully fenced backyard was a huge plus, it was super dog friendly, and the location was perfect! It was a quick walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, and there were tons of beautiful hikes just a short drive away! Our stay was so peaceful, we even saw deer drinking from the stream multiple times! Overall our experience was 10/10 and we would highly recommend this home to everyone! We will definitely be back!

Only rent Rod’s place if you want to have the best time in a clean, beautifully updated, thoughtfully stocked & perfectly located home, with a host that is responsive & friendly! Property: 10/10 - No catfishing here! The place looks exactly like the photos & had everything we needed from the kitchen, living spaces, rooms, bathrooms & even a remote for the garage for easy loading & unloading! - The view from the living space was so serene & peaceful, with perfect floor length curtains when you want privacy from the outdoors or to darken the space for a movie on the huge flatscreen ready to go with all the apps! - Hot tub was clean & kept temp perfectly again with the perfect peaceful view of the woods! - Water pressure was amazingggggg Cleanliness: 10/10 squeaky clean! Location: 10/10 - Literally one minute to downtown - 10mins to Whalen island & even less to mcphilips beach & many other trails nearby - Backyard opens to a forest filled with fun trails to explore!

This place exceeded my hopes and expectations. It’s a really unique configuration with essentially two adjacent places with a shared deck with a hot tub. It was perfect for my friend and I to enjoy some shared time but also be able to retreat to our private spaces. Each unit was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beds were comfy too. It’s a very short drive to the beaches and a short walk to restaurants. Overall just a gem that I highly recommend.

This place was amazing! It was clean and comfortable. We love the setup and all of the amenities. The bed was so comfortable we slept very well. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to several people.

This was a great place for our large family! There was room for everyone to spread out, but space to gather and play board games. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The house is in a great location, and close enough to town for quick trips to the grocery. Five stars for cleanliness!

Jamie’s place is the perfect place for any getaway, fully stocked with high quality appliances, cookwares, kitchen utensils, super comfortable throughout the house, very comfortable beds, extremely clean, close to the beach, restaurants and within walking distance to a grocery store. every detail is well thought out, perfection!!! This is our second time staying at this property for Thanksgiving and it’s definitely our favorite. There are so many thoughtful details around the home that make the stay very cozy and comfortable. Not to mention the great proximity to a very beautiful beach. Everything about this stay is wonderful and I highly recommend.

We went back to this same place that we went to on our honeymoon! Best decision we made! What a beautiful place to spend our 1st anniversary! This place is so peaceful and quiet. We had wonderful walls on the beach and quiet relaxation in the condo. Everything is so clean and everything is provided for your stay. We ate in most meals and had everything we needed to make our meals! We love this place!!

Extremely clean and tidy place! Felt like home and very cozy! Great location for beach access and walking distance to great restaurants and shopping! The host provided great linens, very well stocked with the little things and even some snacks! Only con would be the road noise which the amazing host provided ear plugs but the noise dies down at the end of the day. My family had an amazing time during our week stay and will definitely stay here again!! We are already planning our next trip!

I spent Christmas eve and day here with my adult kids and 2 dogs. Between rain showers, walks to the beach were fun for all. We enjoyed staying in the condo with all the amenities and rooms as described. Very clean and comfortable.

The condo has a great view from up high, with a short walk down to the beach. It's well-stocked and cozy. I'd love to stay there again sometime!

Wonderful condo with beautiful views! We quite enjoyed our stay here and were blessed with gorgeous sunny weather to boot. Everything was clean and tidy in the unit, hosts were very proactive about communicating and highly responsive when we had questions. They were even able to accommodate a last minute early check-in time, which we greatly appreciated. I also can’t recommend this location enough- the beach felt very private and was extremely accessible, with only a short walk of about 130 feet from the stairs of the unit to the sands of the shore. 10/10 would recommend.

The from this condo is amazing, the picture do not do it justice. Beach access is right across the street and unit had everything we needed for a great stay.
