Holiday rentals with beach access in Oceania

Our stay was very enjoyable when we had an issue with a window we contacted the host and they were very prompt in replying and assisting with the window felt very secure with the gated parking the only issue was parking when other guests had very large cars but this is everywhere I would stay again snd can recommend this air b and b highly close to the beach close to the giant shopping centre it has everything Just amazing

Marcia was a wonderful host. Super responsive and helpful. The unit is simple but well equipped with tea,coffee,soap, many other items to make you feel right at home. We used the park across the road lots with our toddler and happy we chose this unit as the base for our trip. You do need a car to visit many of the swimming beaches near by. Would stay again.

Fantastic location. A great base for doing lots out and about by foot in Byron Bay. We had hired an 8-seater car instead of taking 2 smaller cars, as the description said one garage/parking space… but couldn’t fit the car around the back to where the garage was, or in the garage itself. However, this wouldn’t stop us returning again albeit next time with a smaller car. Can’t beat the location and being able to walk to so many hotspots. Wasn’t too loud in the evenings either! Perfect balance of feeling in the hustle and bustle but at home, too. Thanks for having us!

This property is beautiful and so well located. The view is spectacular and it’s literally a handful of steps away from the beach. Everything was really comfortable and clean. We had a wonderful stay.

This apartment had the WOW factor. Great view as soon as you walk into the place. Super clean and quiet. Great location to Cavill Mall and to watch all the happenings at Surfers. Excellent access to the beach and pool. We will be back!

ideal location. Close to all Hervey Bay tourist hotspots. Right in front of the beach and fabulous walking track. Family friendly, spotless, great decor, laundry, pool towels, and all amenities. kitchen was set up with everything one could need on a little getaway. Having lovely dishes along with plastic/ bamboo option is really great as parents don't have to worry about breakage during a getaway. Thank you!!! We loved our stay in the property. Our host was very accommodating and patient with our inquiries. The place looked exactly like the posted photos. Their staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is spacious and gated. We all felt safe during our stay. We loved the open kitchen. Kayaks available for use. Calm beach that’s good for relaxing. To reach the place from Manila, take a plane to Sibulan Airport and cross to Santander via fast craft. The host is very clear at providing instructions. We will definitely come back. 😊

We had a very enjoyable stay at Angie's home! She and Julie were very responsive and accommodating, even if me and my friends arrived and left in different batches. The place is located in a peaceful neighborhood, and is very close to the beach. The house feels very cozy. We had fun with some of the amenities/entertainment that can be found in Angie's home - a grill for making food, darts, karaoke, bikes, etc. The rooms were clean and spacious, we had enough sleeping space for our group. Will definitely recommend Angie's home to our families and friends!

We had an incredible stay at Kelly’s Airbnb! The location was perfect—just a short distance from beautiful beaches and fantastic restaurants, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The amenities were excellent, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The space was spotless, and it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority. Kelly was also an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations. She made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this Airbnb and would absolutely stay here again.

Pamela’s condo is exactly as shown and better! Everything you need was on hand, very clean, and she gave recommendations for local places that were close by. Beach access was great, and really enjoyed watching locals bodysurfing and snorkelling when the water was too rough for us! Sunsets are a must see from Magic Sands Beach right across the road!!

We loved our time at Angelica’s place! The location was absolutely perfect. You can’t beat being just steps away from what’s essentially a private beach. Plenty of walkable options for delicious food and just a short drive to even more great restaurants and farmers markets. Highly recommend!

John's place was just what we needed - prime location, ample space, at an affordable price. Communication was also top-notch!

Fantastic view...pounding surf right outside the slider. Condo was very clean. Super cute place. Felt right at home. Be aware of how to best manage the lack of AC. Instructions are provided by the host. Reasonable rate for the location. Nice to have free parking on site! This is a special, family-owned place. Really enjoyed our time here. Thank you to Connie and Sam. Magic's Grill is a wonderful restaurant on property. Fresh coffee and breakfast and snacks at Magic's Shack also. Fun to watch the boogie boarders on Magic Sands beach nearby. Tons to do in the area. Grab the free hop on/off bus to get around as needed (pro tip...this will help you avoid expensive and crowded parking in Kona!).

Stayed the week of Christmas for our first trip to Hawaii! This was a great place, huge beautiful lanai with views of the lush landscaping as well as the beach right across the street. Breezes through from front door to lanai. The complex and grounds were well attended-to, with holiday decor, lights, even greenery decorating the grilling kiosks. Had everything we needed, especially beach gear which we greatly appreciated! Two sleepers in the living room was great for our kids who didn't want to share a bed. Two bathrooms and washer/dryer also made this a perfect family spot. The price was a great value for this homey condo.

This paradise is an excellent spot for your Kailua-Kona-based vacation! It is right on Alii Drive, close to the ocean and town. Sherry had beach chairs and a surf board, anything you could want for the beach. The king bed is super nice, and having the windows unit AC helped when it got warm with no breeze in the evening. we also used the pullout couch/bed, and it was surprisingly comfortable! I would rent from Sherry again, and I would rent this location. Perfect jumping off spot for our Big Island adventure.

This is a perfect place to stay while visiting Maui. All the positive reviews are right on point so I won't repeat them and Dan is an awesome wonderful host. The location is perfect close to everything and this was probably the best-stocked Airbnb with everything you need to feel at home. We can't wait to return.
