Beachfront holiday rental in Ocean Walk Resort Condo, Daytona Beach

Our stay at Stacy's 'Pelican Place' was exact what we hoped to find. After the busy-ness of Daytona International Speedway, we could rest and recover for more racing action as well as a trip to the beach. Clean, quiet, exactly as described, 'Pelican Place' is highly recommended and is on our short list for a return visit.

Unfortunately, we only stayed 2 nights due to hurricane Milton. It is rough to pay for a week of rest and relaxation and then have to leave so soon. Donald was a wonderful host. It was our choice to leave. The place was very comfortable, clean, and homey. Perfect location right on the beach.

Great views and access to beach. Perfect cottage retreat for a little R & R. Kimbra made things very easy and stress free.

William’s place is great!! Right on the beach, cozy bedrooms and great living room space. Smart TVs in all rooms. William was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. Will definitely book again when in the area.

You cannot beat the location. And you cannot hear any of the night life while inside. It had everything we needed. We appreciate Will accommodating us and our dogs!

My family and I were in town for a bike race I had. Chris was friendly, proactive, and responsive. Instructions were clear, beds comfortable, convenient that you’re able to adjust temp as needed too. Spacious comfortable common areas and perfect for what we needed for a weekend getaway. Safe and close to all the fun things in main area of Daytona. Nice to haves we were looking for were laundry, parking, and kitchen, this worked out great! Nice to be able to walk to the beach and restaurants nearby. BTW this spot is wonderful if you’re looking to attend the Daytona convention center, it’s right across from it. We just so happened to book the same weekend as the Slammedenuff car show - a little rowdy one night with the cars revving their engines on a Saturday night until around midnight, but it was only 1 day, all the other nights were peaceful! This is by no means anyone’s fault, just a heads up you might want to check what is happening at DCC if you have any to avoid the car show.

We absolutely love this house. It’s our second time staying. The location is perfect! Close to Flagler so lost of choices for shopping and dining. Terri is quick to respond if you need anything. This is a home away from home and so well stocked up. Highly recommend!!

Nice room with a beautiful view to the beach. Place was very convenient as there's a fairly priced Tiki bar downstairs just steps from the beach. We had our hot water not heating up enough and the host was very responsive and fixed the issue right away. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, although we left a day early, due to Hurricane Helene. The host offered to extend our stay a couple days but we had booked reservations out of FL already. The front door sticks a little but we were able to open with no issue. Oceanfront view is awesome! The place is small but sufficient for two people. The bed was very comfortable. We appreciated having two small refrigerators to put our food and drinks in. Ice machine on our floor was out of order though. The location of this condo was close to restaurants and everything we needed. The temp of the pool was very nice and clean as well as access to the beach. Very disappointed in Tiki Bar not serving food and bartender closed down early. We also appreciated having trailer parking and two vehicle parking passes as we requested. Norman was very responsive to all our needs. We would stay here again!

Christina’s home was everything we were looking for. Communication was quick and friendly. The townhome was immaculate and had the necessary equipment, from kitchen stuff to clean linens. There were even plenty of beach chairs and toys for a day on the sand. I would recommend this place to everyone. I hope to come back again myself Thank you Christina for letting us spend our holiday in your lovely home

We had a wonderful time during our stay. There were plenty of beds to accommodate our large group. We had some issues with the hot tub heating but the daily morning walks on the beach at sunrise were priceless! Excellent location, great restaurants close by, safe and cozy! We highly recommend!

We absolutely loved staying here!! We spent most of our days outside but were always excited to relax in the room or hang out by the pool at the end of the day. Our host was super friendly & had great communication. I will definitely stay here again next time i’m back in town!

Convenient location on S Atlantic Ave on the beach. A few places within walking distance even more just a short drive. The place is not large but accommodating for 1 or 2 people. free parking on site just outside the door. A breakfast lunch restaurant on the property with good selection and prices

My family and I stayed at Antonio’s place for my brother’s grad school graduation weekend/Christmas weekend! We knew we wanted to stay in New Smyrna Beach and this location was perfect—quick walk to the downtown area and beach! Beautiful house with plenty of bedroom and entertaining space! It was modern, clean and comfortable. The beds were the comfiest I have ever slept in at a hotel or house rental and the kitchen had plenty of appliances and cookware/serving ware. Antonio was so proactive and responsive—We had all of the details ahead of time and it all worked. The pool and hot tub were the cherry on top! I would recommend this place to other travelers and would love to visit again. Thank you, Antonio!

If you enjoy the peace and serenity of the Ocean, it doesn’t get any better than this place. If you want fancy amenities with spacious living quarters, not a good fit. We prefer the perfect quiet view in an area that feels like your own Beach/Ocean access! We will be back!!!!

We had an incredible experience at Tonya’s. Kids running out to the beach every chance they got and waking up to the beautiful view and sounds of splashing waves was serenity. All the things needed for a relaxing week on the beach were there and tons to explore in the area. Thank you for the memories!

Brent’s place was exactly as described, Brent communicated well and was a great host. The house is right on the water and even was pretty handicap accessible for my 98 year old grandma. Would recommend!!

Lori was very responsive and helpful when needed! The house was homy and cute. My family and I had a great time and the house had everything we needed!

Marnell was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. I have stayed in many places in New Smyrna and this was the best yet! Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again.
