Just a short walk to the boardwalk and night life, then to be able to come back to have peace and quietness was so satisfying. Don’t hesitate to book this property! It’s a must!!

Mike’s place was perfect for our stay. Close to the bus stop and within walking distance to everything we needed. It was perfect for our weekend away!

We were looking for a Labor Day weekend getaway and stumbled upon this listing. We loved how close we were to an assortment of shops and even did some morning walks to Starbucks. We personally prefer the beaches farther away from the boardwalk so this was a perfect location for us! The hosts were amazing and answered us so quickly but also provided us with check in/ check out information before we even needed to ask. We had a wonderful time and would be back!

Steven’s place is so cozy, I definitely felt at home. Everything looks so clean and new. Beach access is walkable, and A LOT of options around the area to go walking or driving. I definitely can see me coming back!!! Thanks, Steven, for the wonderful time that I had with my family in OC.

really great placating! quick walk to the beach, the bay views were ideal for us after a day at the beach! close to the boardwalk & walkable to Fishtales. beautiful home that was very clean. there was a lot of space for all 8 of us. would definitely stay there again. street parking wasn’t bad at all if you had xtra cars.

Amazing home!! Views of the canal were delightful, enjoy coffee in the Lanai as you watch the boats go by and the sunset!!! We will be back!!!

My family stay at Jason’s place was perfect. We enjoyed the outdoor space just as much as the indoor space. We were visiting for my little brother’s 10th birthday celebration. A family of 6 the house was just the right size for us. The location was perfect. Right on the canal. The kids loved seeing the boats ride by. Everything was 10-15 mins away. So very close!!. The neighbors were all friendly!!! Everyone waved and spoke to us in passing. We just right at home! Jason was very quick and friendly with his responses. I truly thank him for that. This was not our first choice for this trip and I had to cancel due to lack of communication between me and the other rental property. My family and I plan to return soon. We love OCMD !! Thank you again Jason 10/10 recommend!!!

We loved staying at John and Holly's place. The inside was very spacious and clean. Large televisions in every room, and even one outside. The view was beautiful right on the canal and it was located in a quiet neighborhood. I look forward to staying here the next time I visit Ocean City.

Peaceful, relaxing, beautiful views, and the feeling that you are in your own home. Beds and furniture were all very comfortable with ample space to relax inside and out. There are enough beach supplies for everyone and the kayaks were a bonus. It was one of those stays that you wanted to extend and not leave. We would definitely love to go back.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at 12 Moonshell. The house is in a great location, on a quiet street with a wide canal, and near both the golf course and OP Yacht Club. The water views are fantastic! The home itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a large, fully equipped kitchen and a great master bedroom suite, as well as a nice deck and screened porch overlooking the water. The garage is stocked as well, with bikes, beach chairs, and outdoor games. 

I spent 3 nights with friends (5 adults and 1 toddler) at this home, for a long weekend. The home is exactly as pictured and provided for a relaxing getaway. Spencer and Olivia are warm and gracious hosts, very responsive and provided wonderful restaurant recommendations. The home is very well stocked with thoughtful touches - appreciated the welcome basket, the coffee makers, toaster, crab mallets, and assorted kitchen and dining equipment. The individual thermostat controls in each room and common areas was handy and allowed us to set the bedrooms to our preferred temperature setting. In the primary bedroom, sleeping to the sight of Ocean City skyline on the other side of the bay and waking up to a beautiful sunrise was a thrill. We weren’t able to take advantage of the kayaks, beach chairs or outdoor fire pit given how cold it was but the home would be even more fun in the spring and summer. Thank you Spencer and Olivia!

This was the perfect spot for my best friend and I to visit OC. This apartment complex is right on the bay and has nice views. There are multiple AC units which kept the apartment nice and cool. The kitchen was stocked and all appliances worked well. There was plenty of linens and the place was very clean. I would gladly stay here again.

We had the best time at Megan’s home. Everything was clean and Megan was very responsive. The house is beautiful and the view of the bay is breathtaking. It looks like a painting. Our favorite times on the trip were sitting on the back deck. It was the relaxing weekend we were looking for. We’ll definitely be back!

This is a great location if you have kids. I love the fact that there was baby gates for the porch and also there was kid friendly cups plates, and utensils. it’s very close to the beach and it’s a very quiet location on the bay. We would definitely stay here again. The house was gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable and very clean. I can’t say not one negative thing about our stay. We would definitely book here again.

This home was a lovely getaway in a fantastic location with an amazing view. The condo was absolutely spotless upon our arrival, and the view from both balconies is gorgeous and overlooking the bay. The hosts were both proactive in their messages to us, including all information and responded in a very timely manner when we raised questions of our own. Was absolutely worth the price, and I highly recommend this condo for your next OCMD stay!

James was an amazing host. He was responsive, helpful, and kind. The condo was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our family. The neighbors were also very kind and welcoming. My children loved the pool and walking the bay. The views were second to none and the location was perfect since it was minutes away from restaurants, stores, and Bethany beach. We will definitely be booking again!

This was our 3rd stay at this location. It is the perfect location for us in OC. Having morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the marina is a relaxing way to start the day. Just a few short blocks to the beach and the boardwalk. Having a car in OC is a necessity and the free parking here comes in handy. Looking forward to our next stay.

This wasn't our first time at Stephanie's condo, and it won't be the last! It's clean, comfortable, quiet, and there's plenty of elbow room. Beautiful views right on the beach. Close to some of our favorite places to eat. Stephanie is a great host too!

This place was great for a little weekend get away. The place has a very homey feel. The location was great, nice and quiet. Brian was extremely responsive and friendly.
