Lovely home had heaps of board games for the kids they enjoyed it. Right across from the beach. Lovely neighborhood very quite and peaceful. Definitely recommend Julianne’s place 🙂

Absolutely perfect location if you’re after seaside relaxation close to Napier and surrounding towns. The house is rustic but lovely and well decorated. A comfortable stay! Would definitely go back.

Amazing hosts made us feel very welcome Our room with ensuite was very large and well equipped with mini frig , tv and tea/coffee centre. Hieke and Peter are outstanding in their helpfulness .

Place was perfect location and had everything we needed! The unit was very comfortable, had awesome sunlight, and great amenities with the pool and gym! Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and the marina! Shelley communicated to make sure we had everything we needed! We loved our short stay here and wished we could have stayed longer!

We really enjoyed our stay at Asha’s AirBnb and cannot recommend it highly enough. It was great for a group of us, with multiple entertainment areas and private bedrooms. Amazing back section with a swimming pool which was a treat in summer. Thanks for letting us stay Asha, we had a great time.

Was an absolute joy to stay in this beautiful house With the amazing deck. So handy having 2 toilets as well. The yard and deck was well fenced and safe and private with amazing views. Really comfortable beds too had a fantastic sleep. The house was well supplied was a home away from home. Fully recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful waterfront property. The location is perfect - the back of the house opens directly onto beautiful turquoise waters, while still being conveniently close to the town center. Brin and Biddy were exceptionally welcoming and shared valuable local tips that enhanced our experience. Their adorable dachshund, Duke, added an extra touch of charm to our stay. The hosts provided a lovely breakfast spread including yogurt, muesli, jam, and fresh bread. The quiet and serene setting made for very restful nights. Having dedicated parking space was also a great convenience. This home offers the perfect blend of tranquil waterfront living with easy access to local attractions. The hosts' hospitality and attention to detail made our stay particularly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in New Zealand.

Compact upstairs apartment with wonderful sea views, right on the waterfront. Simply but well appointed, bottle of wind in the fridge a nice touch. Nice seating area in front of the panoramic beach window.

We loved our three night stay here. The ocean is very close across a grassy field. Beautiful beach. Lovely home. Excellent value compared to staying in downtown Napier and got to see more because of it. We only met Deidre as we were leaving but wish we had gotten to know her more. She was super friendly and kind. Only regret was that we didn’t get to meet Lemmy. I’ll definitely stay here next time we visit Napier.

We stayed at Brents place while visiting Napier for three nights. Our stay exceeded expectations. The view was to die for, the place was spacious and comfortable, as well as completely private. Great amenities and lovely small touches from the hosts (coffee, washing liquid etc.). The jacuzzi was absolutely lovely in the cooler evenings which was waiting for us all hot on arrival 😀. Highly recommend this home and hosts, would definitely be top on list when in Napier again!
