Holiday rentals with a patio in Öblarn

This is our last minute booking at new year time, we are so lucky to stay in this magic place. The view is fantastic ,like living in a picture. We all like it very much. The place is cozy and warm , beds are comfortable. The host family are very kind and nice , they respond quickly at our needs and questions during the stay. We had a great fun with the host family, at new year evening with fireworks by the lake, great memory ! Thank you and pleasure to meet all of the host family members. Highly recommend and we would love to stay again :) .

Apartment with great location! 15 minutes walking to Planai valley station. Ski bus stops just 3 minutes away. Unfortunately, there is no ski cellar in the property. But there are depots at the valley station. However, we were positively surprised that the bathroom downstairs is so large and at the top of the bedrooms there is also a separate toilet.

Recommended apartment! Very nice apartment, very well equipped and tastefully furnished. Drinks and milk in the fridge to welcome you was very attentive, thank you! However, the access to a private bathing area mentioned in the listing is not available.

The place was cozy, the kitchen has everything you need. Everything was clean, the host responded and communicated right away.

What a jewel in the crown of this region! Viktoria was great, helped me alter my booking (when I got the dates wrong 🫣), was quick to answer with questions and proactive in sending information about the area. Sadly we had to leave early when one of our party broke his arm snowboarding but we will be back for sure! Thank you Viktoria, sorry I forgot to leave the bottle of Prosecco I promised you, just found it in my luggage 🙄🤣

We had some lovely days at Marianne's place. Marianne was sweet and welcoming, extremely helpful and service minded. The area was perfect for our family, there was a lot to do in the area within the Max 20km. The Rodelbahn in Flachau, Liechtensteinklamm and Grafenberg in Wagrain were perfect excursions for our children aged 3-7. There were quite sensible restaurants and good shopping within a few miles.

I would like to thank Andreas for waiting in front of the house when I checked in. Although I arrived about 15 minutes later than the scheduled arrival time due to traffic, he welcomed me warmly and kindly told me about nearby restaurants, supermarkets, and tourist attractions. The house was really cozy and warm, and I would like to visit again when the weather gets warmer and spend a good time with my family.

We were warmly welcomed by the family. They took the time to give us helpful tips and tell us interesting historical backgrounds about the city. The city itself is surprisingly charming. The apartment was clean and lovingly decorated. Everything was really thought of to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The garden with beautiful views is perfect for families with (small)children. We highly recommend this place and the hospitality of the family! It's a pity that we didn't stay longer. We were just passing through.

We were a group of 6 adults and 3 children with dog. Check-in was super easy. House was great and the view was also mega beautiful. We turned on the fireplace in the Jägerstüberl and let it go. We will be happy to come back, thank you for the place !

The place was fantastic. It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient for accessing the slopes, making it ideal for a ski trip. The internet was reliable, which was a nice bonus. The host was friendly and very helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

Beautiful lake house in the very peaceful Grundlsee! We were 2 couples and rented this house for 3 nights to do trips to Hallstatt and Gosau. We wish we had more time! Grundlsee is a lovely and peaceful lakeside town with a walkway along the lake. We enjoyed taking a afternoon stroll along the lake. Get a bottle of wine or beer and have a picnic next to the lake with sunset, it's so special. The house itself have ample room for 4 adults. Two big living spaces, washing machine and adequate kitchen appliances. We wish there was a microwave oven, that is the only thing that we missed in the kitchen. Otherwise you have everything you need to self cater for a family. We appreciated the welcome drink and local snacks the host left us, made us feel very welcome :)

Johann and his wife are wonderful people, very kind and always with a smile, maximum availability for any help asked, we also had a problem with bicycles and he helped us promptly. Very clean house, very well-stocked and absolutely in a beautiful location, dining with a view so it's priceless. He has several animals and our baby was very happy to approach them and play with them, lots of activities nearby, small pool to cool off after days walking in the mountains, supermarkets 5km away... we will definitely be back, hopefully soon!!!!

It's really clean and super cozy here. Even in winter, I stayed so warm and was happy while I was there. The scenery is very pretty when you go out on the terrace. There are no fixtures, and it's really nice. It's nice to be close to the station just a short walk away. All Koreans come here. When you check in, the owner's grandmother will give you a ride. I really recommend it: -)

Amazing! The place is clean, well organized, very comfortable and cozy! Had a great stay and enjoyed obertraun and Hallstatt in the best way! Lots of peace!

The stay with Diana at the apartment was wonderful. We felt very comfortable right away. Everything you need is available in the apartment. Highly recommended for four people as well as two babies. Communication with Diana was excellent. Uncomplicated and at the same time she gave us great tips for the area. Since Diana lives over it in the apartment, we were also able to get to know her in person. She was very helpful, communicative and there for us with any concerns the entire time. The house is located near a rushing creek. For us and our babies, the perfect background noise for a relaxed, restful sleep. In the village itself there is a general store for daily fresh rolls (except Sundays) and a few restaurants. Otherwise, it is recommended by car to explore the region (we were on site in the second half of September).

Staying at Nuki was an amazing experience. Everything was clean, modern and comfortable. It is more than a rental place - it is like coming back to home. To be honest we did nt want to go out as the apartment itself was an experience and we and our 2 kids spend good time there.. All the equipment, utensils, the kitchen supplies including spices were more than any rental space provides usually. We also love the garden area with the grill and seating. We have stayed in many airbnbs before and this place was one of the best. We would love to stay there again. Thanks alot

My wife and I had a wonderful stay! Ingrid was very friendly and helpful, even offering to pick us up from the bus stop and giving us extra wood for the fireplace. A very peaceful getaway in Mondsee.

Great location in the city center, within walking distance of grocery stores and restaurants. The house was just as shown in the photos. The cleanliness was done well. Gabriele and Martin were very helpful and friendly. The first day the bedroom felt a bit chilly. As soon as we wrote, they responded and increased the temperature. Thank you so much for everything 🙂

Beautiful, welcoming, and clean space. The host was very kind and helpful. The pool was out of order, which was a shame, but otherwise everything was perfect.
