We had a wonderful week with the best weather for the time. The apartment is very spacious, bright and well equipped. A beautiful large kitchen with large fridge, large shower and very nice terrace with the best views. Everything very modern and new. We personally did not get along so well with the mattresses, but that is individually different. The location was super quiet and therefore very relaxing. The place is very cozy with supermarket and bakery. We highly recommend!

Cozy, spacious and well-equipped apartment with a beautiful view of the mountains. With a crackling fire in the fireplace, it became even more cozy. The ski resort in Rauris was very easy to reach. Many thanks to the hosts for your understanding and courtesy in resolving minor issues, even though the communication options ended up being a little overused. We are happy to recommend you. This is a very comfortable apartment which is extremely clean and modern. The showers are excellent and the choice of a luxury bath too. The views are phenomenal and a very close location to the Town. The washing machine and dryer are a massive help when travelling with kids. This was very good value for money. Thank you for making our stay a comfortable one.

Super apartment, spacious bedrooms. If you are more than enough space with only adults, with two children, the living room is slightly on the smaller side. But all the furniture is new and super tidy, beds are really lovely!

Me and my girlfriend have been travelling Europe for 6 weeks and this is by far the best Airbnb we have stayed in! The attention to detail is outstanding. Had everything you could ever need and an amazing host who was very welcoming and was super helpful. The accommodation is set in a beautiful area with great view of the mountains. A very lovingly furnished apartment. Silvia is a charming host. We were spoiled with homemade apple jelly, apples and pears from the beautiful garden. The view from the breakfast balcony is very relaxing and you will be pampered with sun.

It was a dream to be in. The place is very chic. We were there with our three teenagers for skiing. The apartment has everything you need. :) If necessary, the couch is too small for lounging with 5 people. But hey, if you don't have anything else. The place has everything you need. Had a very nice week with the family in this stay! For the children, everything from toys, board games to even a game console was also provided. Very complete cottage, nice kitchen, in a good location both on foot and on car. Fast and good communication with Nadia, she always responds quickly and kindly.

We had a wonderful time here. It was perfect for our ski trip. Easy access to ski shuttle bus. Lovely town and really spacious and clean apartment. Park Hotel were so helpful and responsive at all times. Would highly recommend.

Very nice accommodation with a shared sauna + indoor & outdoor white pool for the 3 apartments. Everything is very modern and the apartments are very spacious. We had a great ski holiday with a small ski resort directly in Hochfilzen and the large ski resort Saalbach accessible from the surrounding places. A bus stop for the ski bus is almost right outside the door. We will definitely come again!

Just in advance, the apartment is a 10/10. Everything is new and modernly furnished and very clean. There is everything you need in terms of amenities. Quietly located, yet shopping is within easy reach. The icing on the cake was the hot tub on the terrace. Leopold is a very friendly and helpful host. We'll happily come back anytime.

We enjoyed it very much !!! The toboggan run, shopping, skiing if needed is all right around the corner. The apartment is very nice and modernly furnished, easy to find, private parking and very easy check in. We would come back back 😊

The Chalet was exactly as the photos portrayed. It was well appointed with plenty of furniture for everyone to be comfortable as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. We did have some confusion when we arrived to find the two bunk beds had not been fitted with linens. We were six people - one couple and four singles - so we had expected to be able to use all of the beds. The solution was simple, we moved the linens from the other half of the two king beds, but we were surprised that all of the beds were not made. The only other issue was regulating the temperature in our bedroom. We kept the window open all day so that it would cool down enough for us to be comfortable sleeping, but by the middle of the night the room was quite warm again. (We could not leave the window open during the night due to street noise.) All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Chalet.

We were completely satisfied with our accommodation. The location at the edge of the village was great, right across the street a good restaurant and hiking trails up to the mountain. In addition, the room was nice and modernly furnished and the in-house wellness area was inviting and cozy.

Very nice little apartment in beautiful Flinsbach. In the apartment you will find everything you need. Highlight was the hot tub:)

We loved our stay here, thank you! Peaceful countryside with amazing restaurants a short drive or relaxed walk away. Hot tub a huge hit. We hope to stay again!
