Holiday rentals with a patio in Oakland County

I'd definitely stay again! Quiet street but close to the main strip in Ferndale as well as quick drive up to Royal Oak. Also close to a dog park for my puppy. I went in early winter and felt that the temperature was warm the whole time.

Lisa's place was nicely laid out, in a quiet area, and had perfect amenities. It is industrial and you can hear the water running through the exposed ceiling. I greatly appreciated the open space and storage.

The apartment is spacious and well laid out. The location is walkable to the lovely downtown Milford which has great restaurants and shops. Nathan gave clear instructions and was very communicative. I’ll stay again.

We really enjoyed our extended stay here! The bnb is cute, well appointed (cozy blankets, pots pans etc), clean, and cozy. The apartment was new construction so it was extra up to date and felt new and refreshed. Very close to downtown Royal Oak and freeways for getting around.

Jenna’s place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my stay. I would highly recommend it if you’re in the area! I needed something replenished during my stay and Jenna was very responsive and helpful. Her place is also a great location in town. I was able to walk to all the places I was needing to go to.

Oshin was a great host and her place was very cute and cozy! She was very responsive and helpful. The place itself was furnished nicely and it was in a peaceful area. I’d highly recommend this place and Oshin’s listings!

Hey thanks very much Kyle, sorry for the late review, it was a great stay, nice locality with a great river trail nearby, has quite a few stores and a shopping plaza nearby with walmart, Panera bread and other eateries. A convenient stay with neatly maintained apartment. I would highly recommend the place and Kyle is an amazing host. He helped me with a few requests and was always responsive. Thanks very much for hosting us. Looking forward to visit soon. :)

Clean, comfy house in quiet, safe neighborhood near Andiamo event center in Warren. Very nice hosts. Highly recommend!

Marks home was immaculate! The pictures were on point as well. My family and I felt right home.The neighborhood was peaceful and the neighbors even welcomed us! The beds were super comfortable both bathrooms were pristine, and even though not pictured.. the basement is spacious and also has extra chairs if needed. This will definitely be my go to place whenever I visit home.

This place was amazing and a perfect spot for our honeymoon! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was a real highlight, with a beautiful bathtub and an amazing shower. The layout is great, with a nice kitchen, dining room, and a cozy living room. We especially loved the deep, super comfortable couch in the den area. Though we didn’t stay in the basement, we got a peek, and it’s so nice down there—comfy, with carpet, a huge TV, and a great sitting area. Overall, it was such a peaceful and enjoyable experience. I would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved this place! The house is very clean and well kept. The host has thought of everything when it comes to amenities. Sam is an AWESOME host, he's a great communicater ,very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely stay again!!!

What an unexpected surprise and treat to snuggle up with the grandbabies and watch a movie in the king sized, adjustable bed. I didn't think it could be any comfier until we found the remote and turned on the massage features. From the coffee bar to the basket filled with snacks, and extra blankets tucked into convenient corners, this host truly knows how to make guests feel welcomed! The home was spotless, and the linens smelled fresh and clean. It was the perfect place to land after long days enjoying all the attractions at Great Lakes Crossing, which was just a short drive away. We hope to be back this spring.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Great privacy, cozy house and we loved the amenities of the fire pit and paddle boat. It was perfect for bringing our little one too, with a crib and toys available! We should have brought binoculars for all the cool birds and ducks we saw. There were even swans on the lake! I wish we could have stayed longer. The nearby town of Holly looks like it came straight out of a hallmark movie! It was so cute and had really amazing antique stores as well as some really great little restaurants we were able to try. I would move to this area in a second if I could!

We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately we didn't get to do any walking around to the pond or visit a lot in the town. Everyone enjoyed the farm house. There's plenty of wildlife around. We watched deer running around the front yard for awhile.

The listing was very accurate, the house really did have an up north feel. We enjoyed our stay and would happily book this location again.

This home was cozy and convenient. Stayed here with a 4 year old and 18 month old, there is a playground within walking distance of the home. A quick drive to multiple family friendly entertainment options. Both kids enjoyed the wildlife that came up to the bird feeders by the house. We also really appreciated being able to use the washer and dryer. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy, easy to find corner apartment type by a nice walled market parking lot. Plenty of street parking nearby as well! Felt safe. Ian was very accommodating and responsive when we needed anything. Plenty of towels prepared which was very appreciated. Doors seem to relock by themselves. There is a business next door on street that got pretty noisy by morning but it was a weekday. The place itself was very clean and also beautiful. Thanks Ian !!

Was a great place to stay after seeing the theater show!

This place was perfect! I was so comfortable from the time I walked in until the time I left even my kids loved this place and did not want to leave. It was clean the bed were comfortable they even had snacks and washing supplies. Will mostly book again just to get some peace of mind away from my hectic household…

We really really enjoyed staying at Bob’s apartment. It was perfectly located for us, as well as generally being very near to all amenities locally. It was quiet and pretty. It was much larger than we thought and we found it very comfortable. Considering we were there for a month it couldn’t have been more perfect to be honest. Kitchen was great and everything we needed was available

Ian was great from the start. I needed a last minute spot just for somewhere to sleep merely and Ian responded so fast to my same day inquiry. I also needed flexibility with a late night check-in and Ian left detailed instructions and was very accommodating of my needs. Ian's place was nice and cozy, and though I didn't get in the hot tub it definitely was a plus. I especially loved the comfort of the bed. I typically don't enjoy beds like the one here due to have severe rheumatoid arthritis but it was very comfy, I slept beautifully. The view/sun shining in the morning of Ian's living room was also soothing and gave excellent natural light. The location was great around a lot of things if you're into exploring, I wasn't but if you are great location, and not too far from Detroit. Overall, really great experience Ian was an excellent host, and I would book again!
