I can't say enough good things about our stay! It was amazing. Pam's place was just as described in the listing. Very cozy, and the views were wonderful. It was close to anything we needed or wanted. We had a great time and will definitely visit again!

The owner went far and above what I expected when I told her I had a service dog. All of the local restaurants treated the dog with respect. Owners like this should be commended for their commitment to excellence.

I love it instead. I will definitely come back. they have a beautiful view. everything was clean the hosts were always very kind and were in communication with me at all times in case we needed anything.

Susan was a wonderful hostess for us over the holiday! The space was great for us and our 3 dogs - it felt like staying at a family's house. She made check-in very easy and appreciated the VIP parking spot :) Her communication was superb including around the rooms with helpful notes and guides.

Casie gave very straight forward directions and you’re easily able to be so at peace and feel away from everything at this house but a simple short drive to get to anything you want.

Absolutely loved this place! It was so nice and we felt right at home! Dylan and Suzanne were so easy to communicate with! We will totally be coming back to stay here!

We loved being right on the river with a view of the mountains. Also loved the gas fireplace since the mornings and evenings were cooler. Enjoyed not being in too busy of a place but it was so handy to whatever we wanted to do. It was easy to get to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg or the park. Great place for 3 couples to stay. We thought it would be a great place for kids, too, but we didn’t bring any :)

The host Jackie was great from start to finish. She answered every question. Gave us a card and chocolates for our 24 wedding anniversary. The condo was immaculate. Very beautiful, and quiet. Go out the back deck and there was a creek 50’ from us. The whole experience with Jackie was grade A. Will definitely be going back, will definitely be doing business with Jackie again!

Such a perfect place for a family with small children! Our kids loved every minute this past weekend and have asked us to stay at the place again! Everything was so clean and just as described. Would highly recommend!

Stevie was a great host. The home is even more beautiful in person. The vibes were giving cozy, I loved the fire place. Very clean, smelled fresh when I walked in. Location was nice and close to many attractions. Having access to the 24 hour pool was a plus. If you’re thinking about booking this spot, do it!

The condo was clean and nice! We had everything we needed for the week! The view was absolutely amazing. Checking in and out was a breeze! The staff was friendly and helpful and the amenities were great!

Anna was very accommodating with us and was fast to respond. Place was nice, clean and quiet! Also had a beautiful view.

This cabin was absolutely beautiful. We spent a wonderful week with with our children and grandchildren. We enjoyed the hot tub on the deck. We were able to make dinner for 8 of us 3 nights and have our morning coffee overlooking the Smoky Mountains. We even had a big black bear visit our back yard.

Great place to stay. Nice location on the golf course. Place was nice and clean. Plenty of space for 6 people.

Papa bears chalet was such a great retreat from the bustle of downtown gatlinburg but with an uninterrupted view of the city and mountains. Chris and Morgan were very responsive when we had a small issue come up! Fixed within the hours and never interrupted our time. Will be recommending this chalet to everyone and hopes to return ourselves!

the pictures do not make justice of how stunning is the place and view!!!! it is immaculate and so cute !! Angela went beyond all needs , everything is there!!!!! games for kids , craft, games for adults, hot chocolate corner , pet toys blankets ,etc etc... and the most appreciated , everything is so clean, which i really appreciated . they were so friendly also we had a great time at their place , and i could not thanks enough to them for sharing it with us !! can not wait to go back in another season thanks again!! Mike was a wonderful host. The home was decorated with seasonal items and extremely clean. He was responsive and had ideas for our weekend. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable I’ve used in a while. The location is perfect. We even walked to the Iron Brewery and Apple Farm Restaurant. I would definitely recommend this place.

Staying here was an absolute dream! Great hot tub, easy check in, not far from Ober mountain ski resort, and close to down town Gatlinburg - great place to stay would highly recommend

The house was beautiful and very well stocked. My family of 7 stayed 3 nights and cooked all meals there. Kitchen has everything you need. Josh was very responsive to texts. Highly recommend.

We were two families staying together for the weekend and had a wonderful, clean, comfortable stay. The location was perfect as it was only about 20 minutes to all the places we planned to go. We would definitely stay here again!
