Nice and lovely old house at the seaside. I stayey for a couple days in january...expecting a cold house, the house was warm and I felt very comfortable. Thanks a lot for sharing this nice little piece of earth!

Do yourself a favour and stay here! This cabin had a feeling of home as soon as I walked in. I spent hours watching the ocean, and sitting by the fireplace, and made a routine of getting in the freezing water every morning. Such a memorable week! It’s peaceful, beautiful and rugged. I rented a car from the airport which was really convenient, and had never felt too far from anything. 15min drive from the grocery store, and 30min to the airport. Lot’s to see and do, I could have stayed here much longer. Thank you to Arne and Pernille who were always helpful and quick to reply. I’ll be back again soon.

Maximilian Is a super host and the loft was Amazing! The view, the nature around, It was all perfect! we also see the northern lisghts from the loft :) very recommendet!

This is the best space we have encountered during our travels. And this applies not only to the location of the house and its equipment, but rather what it is filled with. There is a lot of live history in this house, which is conveyed through photos, paintings, books and small objects from building fishermen. It seems that it is warm, even if you do not sink anything)) The view from the panoramic windows is stunning, and along with this, the stay in this room fills the boundless peace and balance. I don't know how they do it, but it's true) There is everything you can think of from the equipment in the house)) a bunch of little things you may need in the household - everything is there)) And another incredible coffee maker, which makes coffee from freshly ground beans. And a fireplace in front of which you can have dinner and look at the fire. And even a telescope))) Thanks to the hosts for sharing this fabulous place!

This place was amazing!! You get an entire apartment for yourself, including livingroom, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and front door hallway. You even have your own front door. This is wonderful. The hosts understand the flight schedules and welcomed me in late at night, which i was very grateful for. They immediately understood that i needed to get some groceries the next day (24 dec) so they told me where the supermarket was and had even looked up the opening hours. Very thoughtful and understanding. Due to a change in plans i was traveling alone and they invited me into their home for Christmas dinner. What an amazing kindness. The area is beautiful and very close to a larger town. The house is a few steps away from the water and deer and moose visit the garden and look through the window. :D I would absolutely recommend this place as a great alternative to the more busy, expensive and touristic Tromso. We had a really very good time in the accommodation. Rune/Yngvar were very kind and accommodating. The house is well decorated and is nicely quiet. I can't report a single negative point I can 100% recommend the place. Thank you

This house is a true dream! It's beautifully located between mountains and a fjord. The panorama window and veranda with the most stunning view was definitely our highlight! We also got some lovely visitors in the backyard: sheep and eagles. The house was perfectly clean and very well equipped with everything one could ask for. Karl-Christian is a super friendly, helpful and responsive host. We enjoyed our stay so much that we spontaneously decided to extend for one more night ☺️ Big recommendation!
