Stunning! This felt like a true home-away-from home for a few days and everything about the listing was exactly as described when I checked in. I was looking for beautiful ocean views, a place directly on the water where I’d be able to feel at-home during my stay. Jane’s place absolutely nailed it. I would love to return and have already shared Jane’s place with friends looking for great stays along the coast. Our hosts were so friendly and quickly responded. The unit was spotless and well-stocked with linens and even kitchenware if you’re planning to eat in during your stay.

We stayed in Unit 12 on the second floor. The huge, attached patio had a wonderful view of the ocean even though there were other houses nearby. The floor plan was very spacious and comfortably furnished for our party of four (+dog). The kitchen had everything we needed. Lisa was available and on site for anything we needed. The whole place was clean and comfortable. I would say the only drawbacks would be there was only one bathroom and the closest beach access was a little challenging for someone who might not be in great shape. Although, there was easier beach access on the next street over which was a pleasant enough stroll. All in all, we had a wonderful time at Beachcombers… we really felt at home which made our vacation especially relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay! It was perfect for the two of us and our pup! Ruth was very accommodating with our pup coming and it was in such a great area! We were able to walk to the beach access, see the tide pools and sunset, as well as be close enough to some of the shops and Newport! We were able to have a clean and comfortable place to come back to when we were finished being out and about. Thank you for the wonderful stay with no issues and a wonderful beach getaway!

The host was incredibly to work with and responded quickly. She was accommodating and easy to work with. The space was beautiful and the view was great. I wish I had paid better attention to the listing because there were lots of stairs and no elevator.

Our family rented the 3 bedroom loft overlooking the property and ocean. We were gathering to mourn the loss of a beloved family member and the setting was the most beautiful, peaceful, and healing space we could have hoped for. Our beloved was a former commercial fisherman so being able to see the very expanse of ocean in which she had fished for dungeness frequently made this place very special. It was big and open and perfect enough to hold the enormous, oceans of love, that we and others who gathered with us, were there to share and express. Jana was a kind, patient, and gracious host, even as she had to redirect some of our friends and family to the proper door for our unit. This place, and its host, is the embodiment of kindess, love, peace, beauty, and healing.

This little house has everything you need and is very well stocked and clean. This is the 3rd time my friends and I have stayed here! Trent is super quick to respond to questions. The location is close to everything! I highly recommend this awesome beach house!

This was one of the cleanest places we ever stayed in - everything was orderly and well organized. And the view from the unit was amazing! The walls are pretty thin - and the next door was occupied and we could hear them moving around a lot, so that was the only slight drawback I can think of. However, it was a great place to stay and I highly recommend it for the price!

We had a great time at Brigadune! The house was beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen tools to board games to extra blankets. It was cozy and warm, but still quite roomy for our family of 6. The beach is just a short walk away from the house, and the setting is beautiful and secluded.

Great location, beautiful home and easy walking to our favorite restaurants. Loved the fully fenced in backyard for the pups. Would stay there again for sure!

Tialen’s place was great! The kitchen was truly stocked with everything you’d need to cook your own meals. The home was very comfortable, our favorite feature were the wall of windows facing the ocean! We stayed over Christmas and loved watching the storm roll in. Stepping out onto the beach from the back door was also awesome. Our kids loved being able to run outside and throw the football around during breaks in the weather. When being outside wasn’t an option we had plenty to entertain us inside. Between the pool and ping pong table we always had a game going. The Xbox and tvs made sure everyone had a place to relax and do what they liked. When we had questions their response time was great, so fast. Our first morning there we were trying to cook breakfast and had some questions. They didn’t miss a beat, everything was answered and our whole exchange was taken care of within 5 min. We’ll definitely be back!

The house was a perfect size for us. We cooked dinners and had plenty of cooking supplies. We stocked up on groceries before arriving based on Terri's recommendation. You can't beat being right on the ocean! It was a central location for exploring the coast and lots of lovely hikes are within an hour's drive.

Our family vacation here was perfect. Everything was exactly as pictured/described. Our family group of 11 was comfortable in the space. As a mom of 4 small toddlers I was impressed that I didn’t have to baby proof anything but the space still felt very nice. Kitchen was well equipped with all we needed, all the appliances were efficient and functioned well. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great. Views were incredible, our family got the master and thoroughly enjoyed watching the waves from bed. Hot tub was very enjoyable. The walk to the beach access was flat and an easy distance for even the toddlers to manage easily. Dee was responsive to our questions and ahead of time everything was so well explained we didn’t really need to ask her much! Our family loved our stay here and hope to stay again. 10/10 recommend!!

A home away from home, so peaceful and amazing location with incredible view of the ocean. Patio is private which was a pleasant surprise! Love the comfy big couch situated next to window with gorgeous view. Bed was extremely comfortable and it was evident a lot of thought went into all the details of comfort, with ample pillows, blankets, comfy furniture, everything you need in kitchen. I would highly recommend this location and cannot wait to come back!!

Really enjoyed our stay here! The view is wonderful, amenities are robust and as described, and the area is easily walkable. We stayed here for our 5th wedding anniversary and it provided the perfect peaceful location to enjoy the OR coast environment in winter. As a bonus, we happened to find one of the famous Lincoln City glass floats at a nearby beach after lunch. What a wonderful anniversary surprise! We would gladly stay here again in the future if Lynn would welcome us!

This place was lovely! The ocean views are spectacular. It is conveniently located and easy to find. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The condo itself was clean and well organized. Whenever we needed something it was easy to find. As cooks, we enjoyed the kitchen and cookware was better than most rentals we've used. In all, we would definitely stay here again!

Amazing spot. Beautiful views, private ocean access, short walk to nearby shops and food. Place was clean and had all the kitchen items we needed. Hosts were responsive to texts, friendly, and thoughtful. They were also flexible and allowed a late check out to accommodate our infant who was able to snag his nap before we left (which helped make the rest of the day much more enjoyable).

We had a great stay at the coast, we're looking forward to another visit.

As with the previous times we have stayed in Troy's condos in this building, the place was comfy and conveniently located great, and the price is right. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. The only small trouble was that the knives were very very dull--I wish we had brought our own. But we will come back again!

Celebrated our 20 year anniversary where we met on Nye Beach and later married. This condo was perfect. Beautiful set up, right above the beach, fairly private deck.. fantastic amenities! We could walk down to the shopping area where there was music and good food (seafest weekend). Loved it!!
