The place was fabulous, exactly how it was presented in pictures. Had all the amenities as listed. I would say you will feel at home staying here, the rooms were cozy and clean. Bathrooms were spotless and overall we had a great experiance staying. Please don't think twice before booking the place if you see it book it.

The place is right in the middle of Thamel. So it is very easy to move around. It is a sixth floor without lift. For me this was ok. Very polite and helpful host.

We had a great stay in this place. Nice neighbourhood which offers more than what you can see in Google. It is basically low key local streets filled with small groceries, fruits & veg, tailors, small eateries. The bedroom and lounge area were very comfy. Host Devendra was very friendly, helpful and told us in details the surrounding areas. In term of location, it is highly recommended for those who like to stay near Swayambhu. We had stayed in two other locations prior to this hence this area was part of our experience in Kathmandu.

I had a great stay in this apartment ! I could have stayed there for months because I felt so good in it. The sun coming into the accommodation is a very positive point during the winter, as well as the very pleasant rooftop ! The accommodation also has several warm blankets. Everything is well thought out. The kitchen is perfect for cooking. I also celebrated Christmas in this accommodation, in good company and we were able to cook without any problem. Aashraya was a great host, and also a guest for Christmas ! I will keep very good memories of my stay in Kathmandu, partly thanks to this superb place and the friendliness of Aashraya. 😀

I ended up staying at the unit above this, but both are comfortable, modern and thoughtfully designed, with amazing views. The building is in a quiet residential neighborhood with everything you need nearby. A great escape from the bustle of Kathmandu. Pratima is a super nice and attentive host, highly recommended.

The furnishings have improved since our stay about a year ago, and we were able to live even more comfortably than before. The owner was as kind and helpful as before. If I have the opportunity to visit Kathmandu in the future, I would like to use this room again. Thank you very much.

I love this place! Riwaz was so helpful, he was here to meet me even though I arrived quite late in the evening. He's been a great host the entire time, so easy to communicate with. The space looks exactly like the pictures, the location is beautiful, super close to many temples and great restaurants, everything in walking distance. I loved staying here ✨

This charming, cozy room was located in a gated complex. There is a kitchen and bar located directly on the property that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Chef Nir will also be opening a bakery very soon. The location is one block behind the stupa and there is no shortage of restaurants and shopping. Sonam was exceptionally helpful in responding to my questions.

From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by its modern elegance and spacious layout. The location is also perfect, within walking distance to the famous Boudhanath stupa and restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable home in the heart of the city.

The apartment is very spacious with two bedrooms and a good kitchen with everything for cooking. Taxi is easy to the city center and scenery spots. Highly recommended!

Amazing location right near the Stupa with a wonderful view. That alone is worth the price. Everything was so smooth and easy in the chaos that is Kathmandu. Very quite and tranquil. Will definitely stay here again.

It looks neat and clean, is located in a side street and therefore quite quiet at night. The hostess is easy to reach in case of problems and is very friendly. The roof terrace is also very idyllic and freely accessible.

I recommend all looking for a place to live in Kathmandu, Nepal, to choose Raju’s place coz it’s the best one and the host is super-friendly. The place is both peaceful and near to the hub of the city. Strongly recommended to all the Airbnb guests from all corners of the world.

Manish’s apartment was as per the description. It’s a cozy apartment with every facility you need. Cold evening in Kathmandu was not a problem with A/C and a heater making the apartment warm. Security was very nice. Sumit from casa deyra, was also greatwith communication. No hassle in check-in and check-out. Overall, very nice stay. Would definitely book this place for my next visit and recommend for my friends.
