Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Nuoro

there were three of us here. A lot of space and very very nice house/apartment. More beautiful than in the pictures. Great view from the terrace. Grill/ dishwasher / washing machine, etc. Everything was very clean. We were very satisfied and would be happy to come back! Very friendly host. Thanks again!

When next time in Olbia, this is the place to stay! Located near the airport, in a calm neighborhood, with free parking options along the street, easy access to regional roads or to the center of the city (by car or walking directly to Lungomare), shops and gas stations are nearby. The place itself is just like in the photos, comfortable, clean, fully equipped and with everything at our disposal. The hosts were very responsive, kind and helpful, the instructions for arrival and departure were clear and communicated in advance. We felt welcomed (received gifts as well) and we felt like at home!

Amazing location. So many restaurants, cafes nearby, very quiet and well-lit apartment that acted as the perfect base for a week of relaxation.

Great location in a quiet spot in the mountainous old town of Baunei. When we arrived we found the host had left a bottle of Vermentino wine and local pastries for us. The flat is an old traditional stone building but it has been renovated and it's equipped with everything one needs, including a washing machine. Everything was in working order. The south-facing roof terrace offers an amazing view onto Santa Maria Navarrese, Arbatax and the coast nearby. We also spotted a gecko while chilling on the roof terrace at the sun set.

lucky to have two beautiful warm days at the end of October. We were also able to swim in the beautiful pool of the property... it would have been a shame not to take advantage of it. Yee!

Great apartment right next to a lovely beach. Very clean and even more beautiful than in the pictures. The contact with Andrea was very quick and friendly and he gave some valuable tips. We had a great stay and really recommend going there.

Very nice apartment, sea view, at the foot of Cala Liberotto beach, in the pine trees with a wide terrace. James and Antonio welcomed us beautifully. Sea equipment available (Kayak) as well as a garden with BBQ, 2 outdoor showers to rinse off when returning from the beach. Top neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and popular parties.

Apartment complete with everything and tastefully renovated recently. I was greeted with pastries, fresh fruit and everything you need for breakfast, Valerio was very kind. Everything is perfect.

Camilla is a great hostess. The house is super new, bathroom nice and the pool is a nice size. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Beaches nearby are super nice. Everything was really great. Thanks Camilla

Glenn's house is very nice and cozy, with typical details of the houses of the time, from the floors to the ceiling. Everything has been chosen with taste and love for detail, as well as attention to the modern comforts of a large, practical kitchen and two completely new bathrooms! We had a good time, although in November there are not many activities open but in a few minutes you can reach the other countries and in just 20/30 minutes the much larger and served Oristano. Recommended location

A very nice stay at Gian Marco’s house. It was perfectly clean and his restaurant on the beach is very nice. Nice location to visit Orosei’s wonderful beaches.

Thoughtfully designed and lovingly furnished apartment, extremely clean. Well-maintained and beautifully designed courtyard for living for young and old, shared with three other small apartments. Great laundry room with a flawless and above all clean and odor-free washer plus dryer and a large clothes rack for each apartment. Very nice hosts who responded immediately to every question or request and gave good tips (in Italian) - thank you very much Giuseppina! Interesting for families with small children: practical changing table and baby bath, side bed, high chair (but not for very small or climbing children, as it is quite open and without belt), barrier for the stairs, pizzeria opposite in baby phone range;-) Small minus: the street in front of the house is quite intensive and can be heard clearly in the large bedroom that goes out to the street.

We were warmly welcomed. There was still a bottle of wine for reception. The apartment was clean and cool although it was very hot. On the balcony you could enjoy the view. In the apartment you have found everything you need. The location is central. We can only recommend the apartment. If we come back to the region, we will ask again.

Cristina is an excellent host, always attentive to any questions or requests. The spacious, bright, clean, noise-free apartment full of details that made our stay very enjoyable. I highly recommend.

We spent our summer vacation here in August 2024. The apartment is in an apartment complex with a large pool. The equipment of the apartment is very good, everything is available to take care of yourself and feel comfortable. A small drawback is the window in the children's room, which can be opened to the collective garage. There is no daylight here and through the entering and exiting cars it is a bit noisy at night with the windows open. Located to the terrace is the living room as well as the bedroom overlooking the pool. It is only a few minutes to the sea, especially for snorkeling the beach. There is a small supermarket nearby and also some restaurants. We can recommend this place and had a lovely time in Lu Bagnu.

The place was very good. Maria was very easy to communicate with, and she always responded directly. More blankets and towels also worked directly on inquiries such as more blankets and towels. All in all, a clear recommendation from us!

We had a great time. We felt right at home. The apartment is in a top location, the terrace is beautiful. The hosts can always be reached and very friendly. We had a great time staying at the place. The property is a great base for exploring the nearby coves. The accommodation corresponds to the pictures and the information, such as baby bed and parasols. The communal pool belonging to the property is very nice, but we preferred to be at the beach. Communication was great and quick to respond to problems, such as a power outage. Olbia and the airport are max. 10 minutes by car. In Murta Maria there is a supermarket and several restaurants. We can fully recommend the accommodation for two people and one child.

In one word: Perfect! Quiet and typical village with amenities on foot. A quality home…ultra-comfortable bedding! Amazing views! Everything is neat and particularly clean! And a great welcome! You can book without a second thought.
