He perfectly described the house. It was a peaceful and safe neighborhood but it was only a short walk to the beach or to nearby restaurants. All of his instructions were straightforward and he was very proactive in giving answers to questions. Would definitely stay here again

Everything great, we like the place very much, it’s a home. It’s near our activities. With slightly better sheets it would be perfect for our team. It’s still great and we love it.

It's a gorgeous location with an incredible patio and space to spread out. We were able to cook, put luggage away in the huge closets, the kids loved the pool of course. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Jonathan's home is stunning. The copious amount of windows, gorgeous decor, and beautiful vistas were such a pleasure to wake up to and come home to after a day exploring the city or the beach. The charming cobblestone streets leading up the hill are very walkable and close enough to the city to feel like you're within easy access, yet not in the fray of it all. The stroll through the park of Isla Cuale day or night on the way home was such a nice way to decompress from the busy city streets before reaching Jonathan's oasis. The rooftop deck/palapa/dipping pool is life with incredible views and lovely breezes. I miss this place already and have been daydreaming about it since we left. Maria (the daily housekeeper) is delightful without being intrusive. Susan & Victor (property managers) were helpful when needed and silent when not. The kitchen is very well appointed and had everything we needed. The bedrooms are on different levels, creating a sense of privacy for both sets of couples. The master bath shower is semi open-air (but private) and I miss it deeply. Can't say enough good things about this place. We'd definitely stay again on our next trip.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Really close to the Romantic Zone 5 minute taxi cab ride. Large bedrooms and bathrooms, not a lot of stairs to climb to enter or reach bedrooms. We had an 11th month old with us and he had plenty of room to roam. Great ocean views. Juan was extremely accommodating and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The price is right on this one. Will look at renting again in the future.

Overall my stay was pleasant, you enjoy the view and location, the house in general is very nice, I highly recommend for a good vacation. Due to its location it is facial to go out and buy groceries and or other necessary things.

In 10 years of staying in AirBnBs, this is one of the most beautiful and unique spaces I've ever had the pleasure to stay in! We were a group of 9 and everyone was in awe of the house, even those who weren't thrilled about the stairs. There are stairs, even if you take the funicular up. It's not many steps if you ride it, but definitely not the space for anyone with mobility issues. The house was HUGE, all 9 of us could have spread out and found a private area for each. The location is also perfect. We walked down to a restaurant behind the cathedral (El Campanario - delish!) every morning for breakfast and would grab a coffee on the way back up. We walked to zona romantica and back every night. I hope to return to PV someday and when I do, there is nowhere else I would choose to stay.

This penthouse is a fantastic find in PV! As frequent visitors to Puerto Vallarta, we were impressed by how exceptionally well-equipped the kitchen was - from quality pots and pans to a great selection of spices that made cooking a pleasure. The WiFi was reliable and fast, which isn't always a given in vacation rentals. The shower deserves special mention - great water pressure and consistently hot water, which we really appreciated. Truly one of the best-stocked apartments we've enjoyed in PV. Perfect for those who want to feel at home while away.

The hose Gamaliel , very friendly and very helpful. Anything that I needed it she was there answering questions plus excellent service from him, I was very impressed with the detail on the apartment excellent view and super peaceful time I spend best of all all the restaurants are near the apartment of walking distance close to the beach and lot activities to do I highly recommend staying in these beautiful place

Charming place! The place is near the puerto (ideal if you have planned excursions) and a short walk to the beach. Suzanne was very accommodating and responsive; she had the best recommendations! Would stay here again.

My wife and two daughters stayed at Sophia's apartment in PV for an Xmas vacation. What a great place! The location can't be beat. A five minute walk to the Malacon in a hilly neighborhood. There are many steps uphill to return, but not a big deal - especially when you see the amazing views the height affords from the porch and floor to ceiling breakfast nook windows! Sophia's mother (and her cute dog) lives downstairs and is super sweet. She speaks a little English and is very accommodating. The neighborhood has a vocal rooster and some energetic kids that keep things lively and full of local color. We had a wonderful time just hanging out on the porch and enjoying the view every morning and evening. A truly awesome place to stay, we can't wait to return. Thank you Sophia! This was a pretty great spot. The amenities (pool, roof, room) were top notch, the responsiveness to communication was spot on, and the location was perfect for Zona Romantica. I wished the host would have provided two access keys and door keys (we asked but they said they were not available) so my partner and I didn't have to manage passing off keys if we were not returning to the AirBnb at the same time. Not a huge deal, but would have been helpful.

The room is perfect for two, the shower was perfect with hot water and perfect water pressure. Everything is walking distance and there is a cute lgbt women local bar right around the corner ❤️ Well stay again on my next trip.

We absolutely love staying in this building - the location near the gay beach, views / pool deck area, and building staff are unbeatable in Puerto Vallarta! This was our first time in this particular unit. The apartment could use a couple minor cosmetic updates, but more than met our needs. The bed was comfortable and it’s a very quiet and safe building. Would definitely recommend this interior unit for all the amenities upstairs like the pool and views. *If a safe is super important to you know that the safe provided in this unit is not secured to anything (easily picked up).

This place is fantastic. It was perfect for a college group's 50th birthday trip, as we each had private suites and private bathrooms. Josephina and Dellia are wondeful and attentive with cleaning and cooking fabulous brunches each day. Having them help with airport transportation ensured we went there without any issues, and we kept our driver for the entire trip. Each suite is well furnished with unique original artwork. This place is a classic, old-world, charming place in Mexico. All the rooms and bathrooms are somehow open to the outside. It was perfect weather in January, and we didn't need our fans. On the weekends, there is a bit of noise from the streets below, but the river next to the complex is a lovely sound. We enjoyed the wildlife that wandered through the place. The pool was clean and wonderful. Walkable to markets and restaurants- great location! Beats any 5-star resort because you have the entire place to yourself.

This property is a hidden gem that checks all the boxes. Stunning views, comfortable common areas for relaxing in the shade or the sun, expansive heated pool, thoughtfully laid out bedrooms each with their own unique theme and attention to detail right down to cozy duvets and quality linens, and the kitchen...solidly equipped to prepare anything you desire; and, if you must work, there is a reliable, fast internet connection. Pati's house manager Pelon and housekeeper Sonia are consummate professionals. We couldn't have asked for a more responsive, delightful team. It is evident that they love the home and are committed to maintaining it. As another reviewer stated, pictures can't convey the beauty of this home. After 10 years of renting various homes of similar size and amenity in San Pancho, we rate this one the best and consider ourselves very lucky to have experienced this special property. We will be back :)

This place is indescribable. My grandmother took her granddaughters on a trip and this was a perfect spot to be. We loved it so much we didn’t leave much to go out! The pool, beach, and paddle boarding kept us occupied and relaxed 😎 The experience we had will be with us forever. The kindness staff Nacho & Rosa-Outstanding service, amazing food, drinks, and services they both offered us. The view is spectacular- we saw whales all throughout the day!
