Stayed as a group of 5 and really enjoyed the location. Very spacious villa, close walk to the beach and bars. Appreciated the relaxing private pool area. Great communication from Fabiola, and they were so accommodating. Recommended, for sure!

Staying at Monica’s place in Puerto Vallarta was amazing! I arrived alone before my friends, and Monica went above and beyond to make me feel safe, even picking me up from the airport and showing me around the neighbourhood. The house is spacious, secure, and well-equipped, with AC in the bedrooms and main living areas, quiet units, a washing machine, dryer, and high-speed internet (150 Mbps) for working remotely. Each room has TVs connected to her Netflix account, and there’s a small collection of board games for extra fun. The location is ideal, with a convenience store a minute away, a coffee shop two minutes away, the famous taco walk five minutes away, and Walmart about a seven-minute walk. The beach is just 10–15 minutes on foot, and Monica provides beach chairs and an umbrella. When I fell ill, Monica brought me medicine and electrolytes, showing unmatched kindness. I’ve never felt safer or more cared for by an Airbnb host. Highly recommend staying here, I'll be back!

Very spacious with bathrooms in all rooms.

This place was excellent. We loved how close it was to the beach. The pool area was lovely and very quiet. The house itself was clean and modern. The kitchen was easy to cook in. There was lots of space for the 6 who were there. The place had all the beach chairs and umbrellas we needed. The bedrooms were great except that two of the beds were double beds and not queen size. For us it was fine for the 2 weeks we were there but it was a little cozy sleeping. The sitting area on the roof was great. We loved having our dinners up there. Overall a great experience.

The family and I will definitely come back, Enough rooms to accommodate everyone, didnt have any issues at all other than the people at the entrance making it a little difficult for visitors to get inside. Overall great place.

Great property manager, great location for walking into marina with plenty of bars and restaurants. Loved our trip icing on the cake of house is roof top terrace off bedroom to watch great sunsets loved PV and Mikes tours was excellent for whale watching

My family of 6 stayed at this condo during Christmas holiday. It was absolutely perfect and we would definitely stay there again. The amenities were great and all the staff was super helpful. We felt safe at all times. Everything was super clean inside and outside and the condo is in walking distance to several restaurants. My favorites place was the balcony. I could sit there for hours and relax with the most beautiful sites. If you are considering this condo, book it. You won’t regret it.

Accommodation according to the description, true to the images, new, clean, super equipped kitchen, cozy and clean rooms. the location near Oxxo, kiosko and local food. super fast and efficient communication with the host. suitable place for families. totally recommended to spend a few days of rest. Great place!

Excellent apartment for a couple. Tranquility, comfort, pleasant, well located and with activities to do such as:Bicycle, tennis, padel , walking , beach and restaurants nearby

We really enjoyed our stay here and Jesús was an EXCELLENT host! He was extremely responsive anytime we needed something and communicated very well. At one point, there was an aftershock from a nearby earthquake and Jesús even checked in on us during the night! Great condo, great location, and great experience 😊

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again! The view is lovely, and the pools and hot tubs are the best. Yolanda was very nice to work with and quick to respond to our requests. There are no issues, this is a great condo in a wonderful property. I would say that the kitchen is not well stocked for long-term stays or much cooking - but there are nice plates and glassware. The on-site restaurant is a great option!

Hector was a great host! Always available to answer questions and had great recommendations. The location was convenient to town and the beach. Would definitely stay there again!

The cute home was perfect! 20-30 minutes from Puerto Vallarta “ el malecón “ and 5 minutes away from “ playa colomitos”. Very cozy , and private. I would only say to bring ear plugs for your stay as you will be woken up by neighborhood roosters 🐓 at break of dawn lol . But, that really made for a great experience too. Overall, I’m definitely coming back.

Very cool place, beautiful view, swinging bed is awesome, rooftop access was killer. very minor issues I think can be resolved, the hot water shower is a bit janky and very very tough not to either freeze or literally scald yourself... probably needs a bit of tweaking. to get to the town area of yelapa you do usually need to wade through waist high water so that is worth mentioning (kind of. hassle at 9 pm with little guidance...). totally a great place though would definitely stay there again. maybe pack some earplugs for roosters (not their problem :p). very very responsive host and was very satisfied!

Wonderful private space for 2. I especially loved being in the valley, sipping my coffee in the early sun and staring at the beautiful green mountainside. The accomodation has everything you need. They have filtered water to drink, a big fridge, blender, stove and all the rest. I preferred being in the valley over the town. It gave such a remote feel. It was a 10 minute approx to the beach, a bit more to the town. We enjoyed walking both sides of the river and going in different directions each day. The walk to the waterfall is super worth it. We left a bit late around 145pm and caught the tail end of the sun at the waterfall. I would aim to go at least an hour earlier or more to enjoy drying off with the sun after your swim. Our only trouble was getting into a deep sleep as some nights the barking dogs and clucking roosters decided to have various ranges of chatter that persisted down the valley. It's the small payoff for the bounty of beauty and wonderfulness that is Yelapa.
