I had a lovely stay, the apartment is perfect and very well suited for working remotely. There was nothing missing. The location is ideal (a few minutes walk from downtown) and the dedicated parking space is a real plus. I will not hesitate to book this apartment again when I am back in Rennes!

The accommodation is compact but functional. We particularly appreciated the calm of the residence which is located behind the street and therefore away from the noises of the neighborhood which is very lively. The convention center is almost across the street. The equipment is as described, nothing superfluous! The bedding is comfortable including the sofa bed. Impeccable cleanliness.

Agnès's place was perfect for my 2 week stay in Rennes. It is in an ideal location, within minutes of walking to the town centre with lots of options for bars and restaurants and is also less than 1 minute walk from a supermarket. There are also spectacular views of Rennes from the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had all of the amenities necessary for an extended stay. Agnès was always very responsive when needed, provided instructions on how to reach the apartment from the train station and was there to meet me and give me a quick run through of the apartment complex (elevators, parking facilities, refuse area) and the apartment itself, as well as some recommendations for local restaurants and markets. Overall I highly rate Agnès's apartment to stay whether in Rennes for a short break or a longer extended stay, it is perfect for individual travellers or couples.

We had everything we needed for our stay and found the flat very comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, and it is very quick to get to any surrounding areas. We had a great stay. We primarily chose it because of the convenience of free private parking under the building which was very convenient, but also found it to be a very comfortable place to stay. It was easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Rennes and there is a nearby pharmacy, grocery store and plenty of other shops too. It is also very close to the Musée de Bretagne and library which was great for our young son. Everything was clean and we found everything we needed in the kitchen too.
