My Airbnb is close to parks, restaurant and Sand Dunes. The apartment is in the house on beautiful Pine lake. Please note that the balcony in the picture is not part of the apartment. the pictures are to show the patio of which you have full access. Pets are welcome but there is a $15 charge per pet per night. The fee should be made in advance through the send money. We live in a area that pets must be walked to do bathroom duties. They are NOT allowed on my grass or in flower beds.

A queen size sofa sleeper located in tv room. A new dishwasher, furnace and window air conditioners for the summer months. A kayak, 4 paddle boards, and a paddle boat are available to you. We absolutely loved our stay at “the dump”and rate this a 4.8! Photos do not do this place justice, it’s incredibly well maintained and perfectly beach themed with modern touches. The kitchen is updated and had everything we needed, including toddler friendly cups, bowls, plates (which was a bonus). Couch, kitchen chairs, pillows and beds were comfortable. Beach area is absolutely incredible, very large and there are shells which our toddler loved collecting. What would make this a 5 star: umbrella or shade structure for the beach when needed (it was super hot during our stay), deep cleaning of all cob webs under and around furniture, filters for coffee machine, dishwasher pods, laundry pods/detergent, luggage stands, hooks everywhere for clothes, bathing suits, towels, etc., filtered water brita or similar. Overall an amazing long weekend spent on the beach, we even added an additional day to our stay and it was super easy. Thank you so much; we will be back!!

Very nice home and backyard. The pontoon boat and kayaks offered much enjoyment. Barbecue pit worked and all amenities. Firepit nice to light and have smores for the kids. Bring bug spray for being out in the evening. Neighbors were very nice also. Great vibe to the area. Would stay again. Highly recommend.

Kelly was easy to work with, had great communication, was very accommodating, and the cottages were so cozy & quaint! The biggest plus was getting the opportunity to use that amazing pontoon boat and getting out on the lake. We would definitely stay at this lake again! What a fun area. Having such a fun time we started looking at Kelly’s other properties for future getaways!

My friends and I went for a “game retreat” weekend and it was perfect! We really enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards since you can get on the water without getting wet (since it was a little cold). There was also such a cute note welcoming us along with fresh flowers and fresh eggs! Really appreciated the personalized touch.

This home is in a beautiful area just a short walk to the private beach. Views of the lake from the house are stunning. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The house has plenty of space. We had 10 people in our party and had plenty of space. The private office work area was also a huge plus - hard to find rentals that have a designated work area with a door that shuts. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay again if we’re in the area.

Jodie’s house was cozy and welcoming even in mid March. Her dining and living room were set up for comfortable seating for 10 or more people. Sofas were great. The bedrooms are simple but comfortable. The kitchen has an amazing collection of cookware and china of excellent quality. Showers had excellent water pressure.

WWWWOOOWWW!! This host team was EXCEPTIONAL! I’ve stayed in plenty of AirBnBs, and I’ve NEVER encountered a host that was so EXTREMELY accommodating, responsive, and kind! Other hosts should take a page out of their book! The only thing I would change, and it’s not a bad thing (just a matter of preference); I would have some type of blinds or drapes over the living room windows. This will allow for privacy when you’re sitting in the living/dining room areas at night with the lights on inside. Hands down, we would without a doubt book with this team again! Thank you Wendy, Matt, and your co-hosts for helping to make our time in Chicago wonderful!

What an incredible place to relax for the week. Jean and Dan have created quite an oasis with high quality details in their home. The kitchen was a fully stocked dream with gorgeous appliances. The bathrooms were beautiful, I wish I could bathe in that tub every day! We all slept great in the comfortable beds and enjoyed hanging out in the living room and sun room. We enjoyed beach walks with the easy access stairs and got perfect sunset over the lake views from the hot tub. This house had everything we needed and more. Would love to come back! Thank you for the quiet and peaceful reset.
