Nature eco lodge holiday rentals in Northern Europe

Beautiful and well equipped gite, very centrally located from which several excursions are possible. We were received very kindly and hospitably. The hostess and host made sure we didn't miss anything and gave tips for excursions. There was a lot of reading food about the sights on site. Thank you!

A place that meets my expectations: the 3 single bed room for 3 teenagers was perfect and the only room ideal for my rest!! The house is spacious with basic equipment more than enough for me. The bathroom with 2 showers is terribly nice with teenagers... Don't expect unnecessary comfort and that's really what I love!! Muriel is also a very pleasant, considerate and happy host to share the area where she lives. Would definitely stay again!

Brigitte is a very welcoming host, the accommodation is very clean, easy to access, parking, it's a place where you can travel greasy to Brigitte's well-defined explanations, who advises us all the sites to visit within a radius between 10 km and 50 km , restaurants, oysters ....... Frankly ..... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it.

We had a wonderful week in the cozy and beautiful cottage, surrounded by nature. Marie-Helene is a very thoughtful hostess; we were warmly welcomed with a delicacy. From the cottage you can walk on various beautiful hiking trails, into nature. Seen around the cottage deer and the sweet piglet of Marie-Helene gives an extra "outside" feeling. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for peace, quiet and nature!

We had a wonderful family weekend getaway. The house (old farmhouse totally renovated) is very spacious, very well equipped and tastefully decorated, absolutely nothing is missing. The exterior is huge, very well maintained with a completely unobstructed view. The kids were excited to run, to do al fresco activities. The pond at the bottom of the garden allowed us to discover the joys of fishing. Great experience for young and old! Not to mention the relaxation area with indoor pool, jacuzzi and Sauna. In short, enough to relax and rest. Thanks again to Claudette and Jean Claude for having us in their house. They are very friendly hosts, available and very accommodating. This stay was PERFECT! We'll be happy to go back.

The "tiny chalet" is unique. Even though the living space is small, it feels very spacious. There were four of us on ski holidays (parents and two teenage girls), everyone was able to retreat very well on the two floors. The individual furnishings are super beautiful and incredibly cozy! The location in the village is perfect. We will be happy to come back.

Adorable stay at Emile's in a really atypical, ecological, functional, welcoming and friendly house. While being quiet and allowing a well-deserved rest after a hike. Emile really cares about her hosts. I recommend it and will come back without hesitation.

This was booked as a last minute idea. I like to take photos of the sky etc and the weather forecast looked very clear. I searched for a property in a dark area and this popped up. When I arrived I was not disappointed and there was a fantastically clear sky. We had a late arrival planned and this was no problem for our hosts who gave clear instructions and also arranged for the keys to be available for us. Throughout the stay the hosts were friendly and responsive and helped with everything we needed and showed a real interest in what I was doing. They know the area very well and we will be definitely going back as soon as the weather cooperates with me!! Many thanks for a lovely, warm, clean stay in fantastic surroundings.

Great apartment! Everything was clean, comfortable and as described. I was especially pleased that the host was very responsive – he responded quickly to messages and helped with all questions. The stay left only positive impressions. Thanks looking forward to coming back!

Amazing host! Very helpful and attentive. She is a lovely heart. The room is in a very peaceful garden, surrounded by veggies and pomegranate and olive trees. If you have got your car even better. Breakfast was super fresh and tasty, such a pleasant start to day. Room is big enough, very clean. It was a great and calm holiday for me and my husband. We are already planning to come back with some friends next year! Thanks a lot.

The small cottage is simple but cozy. It may be missing a hair dryer for what would like it but maybe hosts can lend you one I didn't ask. The views are splendid but not directly from the cottage we had. The place is quiet, relaxing and well kept. The pool too. The hosts are welcoming and smiling. The breakfast included is very beautiful and good. The value for money is excellent. Recommended.

I had the most peaceful stay surrounded by idyllic countryside. The lodge had everything I needed for a little cosy escape and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were also very lovely. I would most definitely come back. ☺️

Absolutely fantastic house, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, is kitted with everything you need and more! Such a stunning location, quiet and peaceful and relaxing far from local amenities, we used the Tesco at Dingwall for a big click and collect shop at the start of our stay. I would highly recommend Alison's place. 10/10 :)

We had a lovely stay at Aspen lodge, the hot tub was clean and well maintained seating 6 people. The lodge was clean and spacious, it had a really homely feeling to it. I was wary it may be cold being a lodge and the time of year but the heated flooring was a lovely feature that kept the place warm and cosy. Check in was a breeze and finding the lodge was made easier as Owen provided detailed instructions on how to find and check in. A very detailed guide was left with recommendations for the area, local services and instructions for appliances. We went to the local pub that has recently changed management and had a great time, food was lovely and reasonably priced. They had a live band on and plenty to entertainment. There is lots in the area to do, Morpeth town centre is a short drive away and The Beresford Arms pub I which I highly recommend for Sunday lunch! We had a great stay and are already looking at returning next year. Being dog friendly was a huge bonus to the booking!

Very nice location, a peaceful haven in nature! Top comfort for travelers on foot or by bike! I didn't want to leave 🙂 The apples are delicious and the owners are very friendly.

Excellent stay, the place is quiet and pleasant. Sabrina is very inviting and the place is comfortable.

We booked the morning we went so very last minute. We were given a check in of 1pm which was great. The lodge is beautiful, well set out and had everything we needed for a chilled out two night stay. We were very lucky with the weather so we had a bbq and got to enjoy a stunning sunset whilst sitting by the fire pit. Julian and his family were very welcoming and we got to see and cuddle the baby lambs born the day before when Julian gave us a tour of the farm. We would recommend the walk over the fields to the Crown Inn for dinner. We’d also recommend the Infinitea cafe in Eastry for a gorgeous breakfast. Overall we had a kick back, chill out, away from the fast paced lives we live, at a beautiful rural lodge.

We had a great night at Debora and Nick's place. Our self check-in was very simple and quick, we had a great night and they even agreed to let us check out later. Communication was fluid, they are extremely responsive by message and it was very helpful to receive all their advice before we arrived. We highly recommend!!!
