Lena is a great host. That was my 2nd time with her. Always clean and tidy.

We werw two couples in this apartment for 8 nights on October.The stay in the apartment was comfortable,it is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The beds are comfortable,the wi-fi is exellent,there is always hot water,it has everything you need to prepare your own meals.The terrace is huge to enjoy with a view of the pool.The apartment is five minutes from the best Nissi beach,there are many restaurants,markets and bakeries nearby.The host offered us transportation from the airport and was in contact with us in case of need.Entering the apartment is easy with a code,there is also a parking lot if you rent a car.The place is a good starting point for visiting the Famagusta area, there are bus stops to Ayia Napa and intercity transport nearby. All recommendations for staying in the apartment,we would love to come back again next year.

I had such a lovely experience staying at this Airbnb. The location is fantastic—perfectly situated to explore the charm of North Nicosia. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure every detail was just right. Great stay... It was centrally located.. If you have a car and have a casino curiosity, the place was perfect .. Clean, everything is available.. Most importantly, there was very quick communication and handling problems.In addition, Alsana and her family are very friendly and nice people....

A very cozy place in front of the Oroklini beach. The house is fully equipped and has all required amenities to host 4 adults. The private deck in front of the sea is simply priceless! There is a bus stop right outside the place but the itineraries are very sparse. If you want to visit other places it is highly recommended to rent a car since taxis are also sparse and expensive. The house also provides a parking place. Next to the place is a wedding venue and all four nights that we stayed they hosted wedding parties. The noise at the beach is bearable but to our surprise the house was completely noise-protected! Rita is a great host, she gave us a full welcoming tour of the house, she was always responsive and willing to help! We are looking forward visiting again!

We said that we made this choice until the first day of our vacation. Mr. Cemal is a very caring and helpful host. The location, cleanliness, order of the house, everything was impeccable. The facility already has a lot of amenities. We had a great vacation, the place to stay when we come back to Cyprus and our host is clear...

Great place in a nice apartment building, close to the Old City center. Clean, good sized apartment, free private parking, washing machine and a great balcony. Couldn't find it at first but the host responded quickly with the exact GPS coordinates and stayed on the phone to make sure we found it. Would recommend to others and would stay again next time. The house is exactly as in the photos. It is comfortable to reach many sightseeing points. The sea is very close for the future of the summer. There are shopping places and restaurants around. The host Ksenia is very interested and solution-oriented. It is very sufficient for a family of 3.

The Louisiana Apartments are fantastic with such friendly and kind staff. The apartments are modern and spotlessly clean with good air conditioning. The pool and bar area is also lovely serving delicious food and cocktails. My partner enjoyed a massage on our last night. Highly recommend - we will definitely return here.

I want to recommend this place, very good location: there is a large swimming pool and sports pool , many cafes, spa, gym, tennis cord, barbecue, supermarket and sea are not far away! The hostess is very welcoming and helpful! Would recommend

Wonderful stay! My stay was truly exceptional. Everything was exactly as described. The apartment was sparkling clean, beautifully furnished, and had every amenity I needed for a comfortable stay. The heated pool in cold weather was a great addition – it’s heated and was a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. I didn’t experience any issues with noise, the surroundings were peaceful, and the excavator nearby was for 40 minutes max and didn’t disturb me at all. The resort itself is well-maintained and offers a serene environment for rest and relaxation. Gulmara was an excellent host – always available to answer my questions and quick to respond to my requests. For those concerned about safety and privacy, I can confirm there are no cameras inside the apartment, and I felt completely secure throughout my stay. The apartment is in a perfect location, and everything from the roads to the utilities worked flawlessly. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing

I spent a full November in Vsevolod's apartment and had the best detox seaside hols, just as hoped! The apartment is spacious, beautiful sea sunset view from the balcony on one side and mountain side on the other. I mostly lived on that balcony! This season was very quiet and peaceful, you can sleep all you want with no one to bother! Still development in this area in near site to see, but not to hear. Many beautiful olive and citrus gardens within 10 min walk to explore. Not much to the beach, though, as I am a very spoilt traveler, but all 4 elements are there. Water was +24 c and the bottom is smooth and sandy, safe for a swim. Hopefully one day the beach will be cleaned up of rocks The kitchen is very well equipped. Bed is comfortable with nice black outs. Electronic keyless lock is a blessing and makes life so much easier. Shower is great had no issues with water, but you have to be fast! Rooftop gym and pool are fab bonuses. A+ for swift communication. Thank you for all!
