Beachfront holiday rental in Northeast Region

Very pleasant and private accommodation, rather simple but very comfortable. The local supermarkets and pizzeria make free delivery and the beach is only a 7-minute walk away, accessible by the dunes. The place is really beautiful, just 15 minutes drive to Kite Lagoon. Arguably the best value in the area!

Wonderful Days I spent with my family! The arrival in the locality already invites you to slow down and enter into tranquility; the house leads you to an immersion in a cozy environment from the entrance, surrounded by green, it embraces you and brings a contagious peace; regarding the view of the beach, a show apart and an invitation to contemplation. For those who like a quiet place, surrounded by nature, with a calm beach and without trend, this is a great place! Ah… I can't help but quote Nado and Bete, very nice, friendly and supportive people who contribute to your stay being special and you feel at home.

We had a great stay! The apartment is great (as in the pictures) and close to everything! The view is wonderful! Zenilde helped us with tips and always responded quickly.

We had such an awesome stay at the bungalow. The location was fantastic, right at the beach on a beautiful property. It’s an adventurous way to get there but so worth it.

Beautiful bungalow complex, all clean, with chairs and umbrellas for the beach, it has a quite complete warehouse, there is an additional service that if you want you will have breakfast and lunch at a reasonable price. All staff always available for any need you have !!! And Mike is a great canine friend of the resort ! Highly recommended !

The house is very well located. It has a nearby orlinha with playground, public market, supermarket, restaurants, ice cream shop and the beach is in front. The bath was delicious. We missed a fan and was readily available. The house and furniture as a whole is more rustic, but it was enough to make the days enjoyable as a family. Great value for money. Alexandre is a great host!

The stay was very good, the house is good and it accommodated us well, the hut is perfect very close to the sea and still with a wonderful pool, Caseiro Moreno helped us in everything that was always necessary, the Nina Cook who was a plus has a very tasty food and did all the chores of the house leaving us to feel free to enjoy the holidays, Rita and Roy were very helpful even when we had a problem with the refrigerator at Cabana and Roy bought a new freezer so we could use, we spent great days and rested a lot taking advantage of the pool and the beach.

We had an amazing stay in the home of Cotovelo! The location is perfect, with the house literally standing on the sand, offering direct access to the wonderful beach. The house is beautiful, super well cared for and comfortable, with a charming decoration that makes the difference. The ocean view is breathtaking! The host, David, was extremely attentive from the start, always available to make sure our stay was perfect. The staff were also impeccable, taking care of every detail with great affection. The service was excellent from beginning to end, until our farewell, which was equally special. We highly recommend this place for those seeking tranquility, natural beauty and a quality service. We will definitely return!

I would like to share my extremely positive and pleasant experience... surpassing the expectation of the announcement... The house is super ventilated, spacious, comfortable, illuminated, well-equipped, has a super hot pool, a harmonious and tasteful decor... providing a feeling of warmth, a cool energy, well being... VERY PLEASANT... The place is super quiet (but it has close market structure).. there is a peace... The beach (very beautiful) has a large stretch of sand (house is practically foot in the sand)... I was a fan of Val... a very kind, attentive and sweet person.... Mr. William, who received us at the property (and who gives us all support, if you need it) is very polite, discreet and easy treatment... Dona Jô, diarista, very nice, cheerful and competent... It was wonderful, everything matches what was announced. It's easy access and impeccable services. The view is wonderful. We entered the apartment and everything was clean, impeccable, with right up to the ambient music waiting for us. The place where the apto is located gives access to everything (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, etc.). Arsenio was very receptive, giving us several instructions and tips for better use of the trip. We love and wish to return.

Monkey Beach is an amazing place! The living experience in this space was truly special. The layout of the rooms conveys functionality and comfort, and the wide windows allow for natural light to illuminate each corner, further enhancing its beauty. It was impossible not to feel a sense of peace while exploring the well-kept environments. Undoubtedly, this house is not only a place, but a refuge, where every moment becomes memorable. An experience I will take with me as an example of taste and comfort in perfect harmony. The treatment I received from hosts was simply exceptional. From the first moment, I was welcomed with kindness and attention, making the experience even more special. They showed care in every detail, always willing to ensure my comfort and well-being. Their friendliness and hospitality created a warm and friendly environment, making me feel at home.

Daniel's place is just amazing, from those places that don't want to leave! All rooms overlooking the sea, sleeping and waking up listening to the peace of the sea is priceless. The Praia do Marceneiro (one of the most beautiful that I have ever seen) is a few steps from the house, in the area exactly in front of the house has stones that make it difficult a little, but just walk less than 5 minutes and the beach becomes a real natural pool, with crystal clear waters and super calm sea at low tide. The condominium is very close to Vila do Marceneiro, which has restaurants, has a market five minutes away from the house as well. We have the service of a diarist who attended us with breakfast and lunch. Thank you so much Daniel for sharing your home!

Excellent service and convenience !

One of the coolest houses we've ever stayed in the Northeast. The house is very beautiful and cozy and very well thought out both in terms of architecture and decoration. The location is the best in Pontal. Positive points for Dayane who took very good care of our stay. I strongly recommend it to a group of friends or family, especially for those who have children and want a beautiful place, full of charm and very quiet.

Very quiet and great place for those who want to relax. The 4 house we were accommodated, had a privileged location in the condominium because it was on the corner, and offered a lot of privacy. Everything in the house is new so that was great. O Jocélio, boy who takes care of the house is extremely polite and caring! Point to improve: Make available more floor cloths, towels and dishcloths.

Fernando and Tânia were very helpful. I had more contact with Tania, she was always kind and polite. Their house is exactly as it is in the photos, beautiful! The condominium is super organized and secure. The access to the beach and the Tbm River is something that is worth mentioning. Me and my family very much liked the period we spent there, it is very worth it.

There is no way to describe so much beauty, just by visiting! In addition to beauty, much sympathy of Mr. Cláudio - Receiving us. Place of peace, pleasant and super quiet. The pictures tell for themselves, but you need to go further and personally know this place to feel the reality of the peace and energy of the waves of the sea as you sleep and breathe clean air and serene breeze. Upon waking up you come across that blue immensity, while at the same time contemplating artistic and differentiated architecture. If another day is possible, I will come back for sure! Matilda's place is a find. Perfect location, on the beachside and near the most beautiful sunset in the region. The place is very cozy, well taken care and ideal for relaxing. The atmosphere of the place is sensational, that mixture of sea, nature and tranquility that makes anyone forgetting life. Matilda was super attentive and always available. If you were to suggest anything, I would say that air conditioning in the rooms would be an extra welcome, but nothing that takes the sparkle out of the experience. Surely we are already planning to return to this special place!
