Located in a valley about 10 minutes walk away from the first Rock Hewn Church, our home is a nice locally built mud house, with, 2 comfortable rooms with the option of putting sleepingbags. The cooking is on an electric or coal stove. A well build eco-friendly toilet and roomy outside bath. Outside is enough room to find good space to read etc. Nice neighbours, grazing animals, children friendly surroundings. Here you can feel at home and live like an average person from Lalibela. Stunning Sunsets & Close to Churches - Local Life

The Embassador Room is clean, safe, secure and very comfortable, even by Western standards. It has a wonderful queen-sized bed and we can even add a second bed for more guests. The bathroom is spacious and the shower has a delightful rain-style head with hot water. Enjoy two ensuite balconies that provide a stunning 180-degree panorama and make each morning a pleasure. The Embassador Room is cleaned every day, unless you prefer it not to be.
