Beachfront holiday rental in North Ward

Was a beautiful home right in the beach, stunning views from the large back patio and pool area. Great for large families. Brandi the host was lovely.

The accomodation was beautifully presented with lots of little welcoming touches. There was plenty of space and thoughtful additions to make our stay memorable. It was exactly what we hoped it would be and more! Highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing getaway.

We spent 8 nights at the Beach Hut and didn't want to leave. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Brett was amazing with communication and had so many helpful tips on restaurants and must see places in the area. The views from the main bedroom and lounge room were stunning! I highly recommend a stay at The Beach Hut

Eric's 'Home away from home' met every expectation our family had for a simple but clean, Pet friendly stay in a nice quiet location close to Townsville. Eric was an extremely accommodating host and the owners of the Bistro/Pizzaria that Eric's place backs onto are one of the friendliest and most welcoming couples we have ever encountered. The food at their establishment was Fabulous and the service is superb. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Loved our short stay here, perfectly located right on the strand with beautiful views of maggie and the seafront from the balcony. Place had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable, would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Townsville.

Louise was a very responsive host, communication was excellent. The pod coffee machine was a fantastic touch and the bed was super comfortable. We were able to cook our own meals in the little kitchenette using the air fryer. Close to everything you need whilst on holiday. My only gripe which is not the fault of the host was the constant fire alarm testing and calls over the speaker to move cars with the first one at 6.30am, then at 7am and then testing on and off throughout the morning. Again not the fault of the host but just what comes with staying in a hotel complex.

Beautifully appointed accomodation on the water. Hosts were outstanding- responsive and friendly. Both hosts went over above to communicate and plan for our comfort. Added extras including bicycles were a real treat!

Absolutely incredible stay! The property exceeded all expectations with breathtaking ocean views that we couldn’t get enough of. The location was perfect—everything we needed was just a short walk away, from great cafes and shops to the beach itself. Stayed 9 days @ Perched by the Pier and we loved the accomodation. The apartment had everything needed for a fantastic, comfortable stay, kitchen and bathrooms clean and superbly equipped, did not lack anything. Loved having a morning coffee overlooking the ocean. Close to Rockpool, two stinger nets, pier, walking The Strand, walking distance to everything. Emma is fantastic host always super responsive and thank you for the recommendations on activities.

We had a lovely stay. The unit's location is wonderful with easy access to the Strand. The accommodation was clean and spacious. There was a lovely verandah with a magic view and beautiful breezes. The beds were comfy. We did arrive in Townsville during a 3-day downpour so had a few issues with water leaks but they were quickly addressed.

Small, neat, and beautifully located townhouse, a 2 minute walk to the beach at Alma. Comfortably accommodated family of four, including two pre-teen kids. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry out the back. Highly recommend. Susan was great to deal with.

Pretty magnificent view of the Coral sea! Felt like we were in an apartment floating in the ocean.

Beautiful little beach shack right on Saunders Beach. Nothing too fancy but a really nice quaint and comfortable place a few nights stay. Big kitchen with all utensils and basic ingredients needed for cooking, and lots of nice little touches which made the place homey.
