This is our second stay at Nunu’s place, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. The house is excellent, and the security is outstanding. We highly recommend it to others! One of the standout features of this property is the reliable water supply—both cold and hot—along with a functional power generator that activates within half a minute of any power interruptions.

Sami was an exceptional host! The Airbnb was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Sami’s hospitality and attention to detail made us feel right at home. The location was ideal, and Sami was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here. My family and I had an incredible stay at Nebiyou and Dagmawi’s place! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The space was spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view of the city from the top was absolutely breathtaking and made our time there even more special. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The moment I stumbled upon the photo of the living room, I was instantly captivated by its sleek minimalist style! This space is incredibly spacious—unlike many places that often feel smaller than they appear in pictures. It's conveniently just a couple of minutes from the airport; honestly, I would have walked there if I hadn't been hauling so much luggage! When I arrived, the guard greeted me with warmth and friendliness, even lending a hand with my bags—such a thoughtful gesture! The cleanliness of the place exceeded my expectations; it truly had everything I could possibly need. Plus, you’re just minutes away from some of the best restaurants around, making it perfect for food lovers! And let's talk about Rahell—she is an outstanding host! Her generosity with her time and her excellent communication made my stay even more enjoyable. I can't recommend this place and its wonderful host enough! If you’re planning a trip to Addis, this is definitely the spot to stay!

The place is exactly how it looks like on the photos. Clean and cozy apartment. Lots of food places around the Block , Tram and Taxis right outside across the street. Cheaper food prices than most places in Addis Ababa. Lively environment and very safe, police station round the corner as well. Friendly and helpful security officers, guarded 24/7 daily. Excellent host Ahmed. Available for advice , information and help.

The hosts are great, the location is close by to the airport and close to the trendy part of the city. Robel continuously goes out of his way to make sure our stay is a comfortable one, he is extremely responsive and helpful. We will keep coming back to this guest house.

An Independent house in a family compound.

Senait's house was lovely and comfortable. She and her family were available for any questions we had and responded quickly. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. There was a coffee shop not far away where we spent every morning. We were very happy and if we ever come back to Addis, we would love to stay there again.

This was our second stay at a property hosted by Ramzi, and once again, it was a 5/5 experience. Ramzi was incredibly helpful, providing printed recommendations and ensuring the WiFi codes were easy to find. All amenities were clean and in perfect working order. He even came in person to assist with the washing machine. The property was well-equipped for families, the highchair was a lifesaver for my child, and the TV had all the apps to keep the kids entertained. The kitchen had all the essential utensils and equipment. Plus, the location was great, making it easy to get around. I’ll definitely book again the next time I visit Addis!

We had the most amazing stay! Such great hospitality, warmth and the staff went overboard to make sure our needs were meet. The apartment was spacious which provided us great room for entertaining. The wifi was excellent, there is an elevator and porters helped get bags upstairs, a great gym on the top floor of the apartments. It was safe and friendly. Great cafe Bilo- on the ground floor next to apartment - balcony was lovely. The staff brought us additional kitchen supplies like plates and glasses when we requested more. Tea and dates at reception desk. I will always stay here!
