Kid-friendly holiday rentals in North Sea

Quiet, private place on the lake. The weather did not allow for a swimming pool. Spacious loft for 8 people. But without a car, logistics will be difficult. The owner and staff are very friendly, and quickly solve emerging needs while staying.

We were two adults and two kids and we would come back immediately! There is a clear recommendation here! We felt immediately comfortable, everything was there, nothing was missing . The bedrooms were great and the fireplace sweetened our stay even more. The two bathrooms one upstairs and the other downstairs, have saved the children's nocturnal stairs running! Thank you and happy to come back!

The entire house has three floors to experience the actual stay and life in the area, the neighborhood is peaceful, the neighbors are very friendly, and there are cats hanging out on the street, which are also very clean and loved. Take a slow walk to the nearest station, takes about ten minutes, if you have a big 29 "luggage, it will be a bit harder, it will be more convenient to drive, there are car spaces on the side of the road. The host is very nice, although out of the country, messages try to respond in a timely manner and it was a good stay!

Beautiful house and nice contact with Stan and Nicole. The house has steep stairs and high thresholds, which brought some challenge for our older members of the group. But still had a lovely stay

A really spacious, well equipped, and tastefully furnished and decorated family home. I wouldn't hesitate to rent it again.

We had a great week at Magda's vacation home. There is everything you need, we lacked nothing. Due to the really good connection to the Kusttram, we were able to leave the car almost the whole week and still move freely in the beautiful area. Should we travel to Belgium again, we will definitely get back in touch with Magda.

Nice apartment with garden, can get quite cool in October, but with the stove it was nice and cozy in the living room. Close to the U-Bahn and also a Kaufland, etc. within walking distance (about 10 min). We were always able to contact Josef and he was very accommodating and flexible with check-in and check-out. Thanks for the lovely stay! :)

Arieh‘s apartment is on the bank of the Rhein, with a terrific view over the river. The location is very close to the central train station (6 or 7-minute walk), so if you want to be based in the center of Cologne for your visit this is an excellent spot. I stayed for a weekend of Karneval and the location really hit the sweet spot: it was very easy to go to all the festival events, but it was nice and quiet when I needed to rest. Arieh generously loads out the kitchen for you, with bread, cheese, meats, and some fruits and vegis so that you will have something to eat every day. There is also coffee and tea on-site. I bought some of my own groceries anyways but it was really a nice touch to have some food there upon arrival. Arieh even provides showergel and a toothbrush! So this place is really plug and play. Arieh is a terrific host who was in touch before, during, and after the visit. I definitely felt that I was in good hands. Thanks so much Arieh!

Adam and Eva are the kindest and the most attendant pearls in the coziest of seashells of their loving creation. The apartment is perfect size, clean, beautiful, quiet and well-stocked with all the amenities you need, plus so many extras. A fully renovated beautiful traditional Brussels town house, there are new fittings in every room and new appliances in the kitchen and the bathroom. The many wonderful extras included weekly Belgian chocolate replenishments, cleanups, garbage disposals, and helpful recommendations for great outings in and out of Brussels. Both me and my wife hadn't slept as well and as deeply for such a long time as we did in your little microcosm of coziness. We already miss our little temporary home in Brussels and our host, hostess and their lovely family.

Very nice stay as a family at Verena's. Easy, very effective communication. The apartment is well equipped and as described. The sea view from the living room is very nice. There are activities and shops nearby.

The property and the whole property are soooo beautiful. A lot of attention to detail and our children (9+1.5) enjoyed the animals extremely well!!! There was also plenty of space in the apartment to spread out with Lego and could still find ways without stepping on it;-) We will definitely come back and book with Andrea!!!

Excellent place, close to town and the sea, very clean and true to the photo. Mauricio is accessible at any time. The coffee machine is great and it's rare.

We felt right at home in this sparkling clean spacious apartment! The new decor is thought out in detail and tastefully put together. We didn't miss anything, neither with the modern kitchen equipment nor in the living area. In the sleeping spaces there are generously planned closet spaces and storage spaces with practical hanging options. It was particularly pleasant that there is a guest toilet in the entrance area! Rarely have we experienced such perfect amenities on our travels! The communication was immediate and reliable both in advance and during our stay, i.e. excellent! With the inclusion of the wonderful surrounding landscape and the central location also in the local area, we can only recommend this apartment! Many thanks, Charlotte and Patrick

We had a great stay! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful — we arrived quite late, and we really appreciated that he waited for us. Communication was smooth and fast throughout our stay. The apartment was in excellent condition. I especially appreciated the workspace setup — it included a desk, docking station, monitor, keyboard, and mouse, which made it super convenient for both work and gaming with my own laptop. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the combined oven/microwave unit was easy to use. There's also a dishwasher, which made things even more convenient. Parking was free and easy to find right downstairs. There are supermarkets nearby, and a large shopping mall is just a short drive away. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

The apartment was clean, spacious and welcoming. The four of us were very comfortable and if back in the area would want to stay again. Excellent location, walking distance to everything, but very peaceful. Jeremy was super responsive and attentive to any questions we had and we would absolutely recommend the host and property.

Nathalie’s apartment is lovely, there are two steep sets of stairs to get in and to dispose of the rubbish/recycling, you have to take it to bins a few streets away. The apartment is in a great location for the beach and beautifully presented. We would return.

This is a lovely little apartment in an absolutely gorgeous beachside town. Definitely recommend a visit to Oostend and Sub is the perfect place to stay. Thank you Annelies. We hope to be back soon.

Charles and Dominic welcomed us warmly and personally explaining every detail. Everything was as per what is mentioned . We had a very comfortable stay. Parking was useful and was easy to drive to Bruges . Dominique helped me with The city underground car parking .

Very nice hosts, friendly and accommodating. The studio is clean. However, there is a slight cigarette smell in the room. The one that is either there through the open balcony door or because before it was allowed to smoke there in the room. A small flaw under the bed is present , the fabric is torn. It doesn't look nice, but it doesn't affect sleeping comfort . The bed is 180 cm and has a slightly softer mattress. We slept very well there. The view of the sea is fantastic . Breathtaking altitude. We will be happy to come back.

This is a nice appartment with a magnificent sea view and lots of toys for the kids.
