Holiday rentals with a fireplace in North Providence

Our stay and Thomas were a real pleasure and it was a stress-free stay; he was responsive, everything was there as stated and more. Thomas was a great communicator but not an over-communicator. He was there when we needed him but we felt as though we were staying in our own house (in other words, he wasn't hanging over our shoulders or constantly emailing to check in on his house). I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

This home was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the little touches like the breakfast items. The living room was bright and cheery and a nice place for everyone to hang out. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Rachael’s place was the perfect location for a cozy reading retreat with friends. She was very responsive if we had questions and was even able to get the fireplace going for us during our stay. We will definitely be returning!

My family felt right at home at Stephen’s place. It was comfortable and clean. It is a quiet location away from any traffic. Would definitely stay there again.

This is the most amazing air bnb that you will ever find. You are not just renting a house, you are renting a once in a lifetime experience. Sitting in the fireplace room feels like a trip back in time….it is impossible not to sit there and wonder about the stories and songs that were shared in that room throughout its lifetime. Every detail of the house is thoughtful and well cared for. There is a guidebook that explains the history and architecture of the house and historical books throughout. The 1920’s stove was easy to use and just beautiful. The property is huge, private and the grounds are peaceful and full of old trees. Even the neighborhood it is in feels like a step back to the 60’s…very walkable with sidewalks. Reminiscent of the tv show “The Wonder Years.” Easy access to 295 and anywhere you wish to go in Rhode Island. With that said my advice would be to bring what you need and stay put because you won’t want to leave! My family and I had a most memorable Christmas!

Za and the other hosts were very responsive. The place was as portrayed and a very good size for us since there were only 5 of us. It was a good place for our group of friends to spend quiet time together and very comfortable

Wonderful stay for our family, peaceful but great proximity to the cape and Boston. Tiverton had plenty to do on days we wanted to stay home. Macy has the house stocked with everything we needed and then some. We look forward to returning!

Our family of ten had a wonderful time at the large dining room table and in the spacious living room. We took the short walk to the beautiful beach twice a day!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and spacious home. It felt like a home away from home, and the neighborhood was very peaceful and ideally located for walking to Brown and local restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances and the beds were comfortable. We high recommended this rental!

This place is amazing! Valerie is an amazing host she put some much thought into making the place, comfortable and welcoming. So many nice touches like fresh ground local coffee, nice soaps and lotions in all the bathroom, well equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture. Plus it's walking distant to restaurants,bars and shopping. We enjoyed just walking the neighborhood and admiring the beautiful architecture

This apartment is a gem! Tom and Cindi have thought of all the details: plenty of extra pillows and blankets, nightlights readily available for us to plug in or not as/where needed, good blackout curtains in the bedroom, granola bars and some kitchen basics like butter and cream, an electric kettle as well as a coffee maker, and a wide variety of extra toiletries in case guests have forgotten anything. Tom greeted us in person when we arrived and made us feel welcome and at home. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. While it’s not walkable to downtown, it’s a fun neighborhood to walk around, near the bay. We’d stay here again if we visit this area again!

Jason was responsive and the place is very cozy. There are grocery shops within walking distance. There’s not a lot of natural light in the room since it’s half underground but it was expected.

As my first ABnB, now I’m spoiled. My wife and I had a wonderful experience and any other future ABnB will have a high bar to reach. When we are visiting the area, this ABnB will be our first choice. Clean, private and a great host made for an out of this world experience. Felt like home away from home.

The historic apartment is very well cared for and beautiful. The beds were great. The apartment is extremely well decorated and clean. The bathroom and showers were immaculate. The kitchen was well appointed. I appreciate the coffee maker and filters. The street is narrow but there is off street parking next to the house. Simon was quick to respond to any questions.

Host was present and flexible with our needs, especially a late check-in due to horrible holiday traffic. Communication was always easily understood and professionally worded and polite.

We loved this spot and would love to come back. It was even bigger than the photos. Lots of privacy, beautiful space. Thanks so much!
