Beachfront holiday rental in North Padre Island

Cozy little place within a 5min walk to the beach. Many restaurants and things to do nearby. The host was so nice, checked in and would promptly respond to my text. Will definitely be going back!

Victor was amazing!! We had originally booked when Beryl was hitting and he let us reschedule, and then when I selected the wrong weekend he let me reschedule again!! Truly so kind he, also was flexible on his one dog rule and let us bring both of our dogs!! It was a wonderful stay, and the outdoor communal dock area for that condo was a lot of fun to be on, with great fishing!! 12/10 will stay again

Great location! Super easy to get to the beach and all the restaurants. The place was very well kept and clean. The yard was great for our dogs and Anne was super responsive! We had a great stay.

“The Fish” condo was absolutely perfect! It was adorable on the inside as well as the outside! It was homey, cute, comfortable and CLEAN. Lots of towels were provided, as well as shampoo, conditioner and soap (and a million other things). The kitchen was fully stocked as well which made life easier! There’s also a washer, dryer and a dishwasher and LOTS of windows for natural light. As cute as the inside was, I couldn’t get over how dreamy the grounds were! They had games to play as well as tables to sit around and outdoor couches. It would be the perfect place to stay if you wanted to go with a group of people, but still have your own space/condo. The location was one block from the beach entrance to drive on with your car, and 5-7 minutes to the best restaurants, shopping and the ferry. The host was communicative and SO kind! It was the perfect place all around, and my husband and I are already wanting to go back!

Loved this place! Clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We did a family trip with two kids (6 and 3 yr olds) and it was perfect for us! Host was very responsive too when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the ease of getting around P.A. Easy access to the beach, used the pickleball court, we appreciated the sand toys available on the porch. Comfortable, well stocked kitchen and we appreciated the blankets available. Clean and well maintained. Thank you.

This accommodation was exactly what we were looking for: quiet, clean, and comfortable! Well-furnished and stocked with necessities, our stay was seamless and stress-free. The accommodations were also spacious and capable of housing plenty of people. Travis was very proactive, thoughtful, and responsive with messages. Would definitely recommend to others and would re-book next time we are in the area!

We had a great time at this beautiful home! It was the perfect house for our party of 10. We had to book it same-day because we got burned by another vacation rental (which looked nothing like the photos), so we were nervous about giving it another shot. Charlie assured us the home looked exactly like the photos and was pristine - and he was right! We also loved how stocked the house was with basic stuff like pots, pans, tupperware, spices, etc. The beds were highly complimented as well by our group. The only tiny challenge was that this community isn't very walkable or nearby restaurants, bars, etc. You have to drive everywhere (or get a golf cart and drive down the beach!). But, you can easily walk down to the beach which was lovely! It's about a 10-12 minute drive from the town of Port Aransas on the highway, and about 25 from Corpus Christi shops and grocery stores. Overall, we had a great time and this home is beautiful! We would recommend.

Very family friendly. Really didn’t need to bring anything but food. We were able to relax because the kids found things to do while just hanging at the house. Would recommend and definitely would stay again

We are 2 couples that vacation every October in Port A. Having stayed in many Port A rentals (and previously owned a rental in Port A) Sean's condo is the perfect location, very spacious, nice updated kitchen (although lacking any food storage bowls) and super clean. I will say, the secondary bath rooms do need to be updated. (Don't know about the primary bath, we stayed in the second bedroom). The shower head in the hall bath is super low, my husband is just under 6 feet tall and the water hit him at chest level. Handheld would work better. Toilets are older/low and didn't flush completely...every single time. The 3rd bath toilet is in a very crowded space and the toilet paper holder kept falling down. The couches were not very comfortable, but I get it...it's a rental and furniture takes a beating. The hallway outside the door is super dark and extremely hard to see to unlock the door when we would come back at night. That's not Sean's fault, that's on the builder...

The location of the house is so good.

Great location close to beach. Well stocked kitchen and there was lots of beach chairs, toys and towels for us. Host was responsive and easy to work with. The condo is in a nice location with easy access to Corpus Christi and Port Aransas. I recommend this place.

We enjoyed the place so much, we've almost got our next trip to Mark's booked. Exactly what we needed for a peaceful, restful, delicious food, four day get away. Mark's place is terrific - highly recommended. Even the goodies in welcome bag were helpful.

My family and I rented this place for our family Thanksgiving trip and it was an absolute beach-goers paradise. If you’re looking for a private, on the beach, nostalgic getaway: this is the place.

Very spacious and accommodating for both children and adults and fit our guests of 8 pefectly. Had a perfect sunset view. Loved the bed above the bed. The rooms were beautiful and had lovely decorations. This host was amazing and very attentive with quick responses. Host was very helpful and the price was very reasonable.

We had a great stay at this townhouse! It's perfect for families with kids, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, and the unit opens right onto a central courtyard with a kids' pool, splash pad, and playscape — a great setup for little ones. However, we did encounter some confusion upon arrival, as there are two units with the same address number and both are grey. While Melinda's unit is a darker grey, it was hard to distinguish at night. Additionally, I was under the impression I had booked in Corpus Christi, but this unit is located on the island, about 30 minutes away from Corpus. While the townhouse itself was beautiful and we had a ton of fun, the location was a bit misleading.
