We had a beautiful stay here 😊 lovely, peaceful surroundings and just what we wanted for a last minute getaway. The hut was slightly difficult to find in the dark but what a stunning place it is! Would definitely recommend this place to all 😁

A wonderful glamping/country farm site. We stayed in the Norfolk shepherds hut and it was perfect - spotlessly clean with all the amenities you could want. A well thought-out brochure to download onto your phone with all the information you could need for your stay. Complimentary fresh free range eggs! Just perfect.

A great place to stay- it's a beautifully renovated yet wonderfully original wagon, that's comfortable and well appointed for any retreat. We really enjoyed the garden space to be amongst the fruits and vegetables and Bertie the horse! Wish we could've stayed longer! Overall just the tranquility we wanted. Thanks to Julia for being great and accommodating host.

Lovely relaxing stay in this beautiful, quiet location. The Shepherd’s hut is cosy and comfortable with everything you need. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

"Wow" what a find! Such a beautiful place and so peaceful. The Shepherds hut was even better than it looked ,in the pictures and very spacious considering. It was spotless inside and had everything you needed. I loved that we arrived to homemade cakes and goodies in the fridge. My son loved the animals and we were very lucky to meet Bob who kindly told my son about the animals and let him help feed some of them. Bob and Helen are excellent hosts, they go above and beyond from start to finish and nothing is to much trouble. We shall be back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Happy Valley in Norfolk, and I can’t recommend it enough! This charming little hut nestled in the forest was the perfect getaway. The location is simply stunning, surrounded by nature and tranquility, making it an ideal spot to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The hut itself was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from cozy furnishings to kitchen essentials. I loved waking up to the sounds of the forest and enjoying my morning coffee on the porch. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or an adventure in nature, Happy Valley is just perfect. I can’t wait to return!

Jacob’s Hut is in an idyllic location, peaceful, relaxing and private. The hut had everything we needed from cookware to plentiful towels for the hot tub. Sitting outside in the hot tub in the evenings was really relaxing. We will be back. Great area to cycle in (we are keen cyclists) and great for wildlife. Simon’s communication was excellent and we found Gavin (the builder of the huts who was on hand to help us with our cooker which had been accidentally switched off) really helpful and very interesting to talk to. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The view outside is amazing especially in the winter mornings. Really friendly owners from the start and very helpful throughout. Extremely grateful for a lovely stay this weekend and will definitely return! Highly recommend.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was lovely ! We went to the local restaurant which was suggested to us by the hosts and also had a lovely meal there.

This was the third time we stayed at Brushwood Nook and as before we felt right at home straight away. It’s a gorgeous gem of a place in the middle of a beautiful field in Norfolk but with all mod cons. A delightful little tardis that miraculously manages to comfortably fit all four of us. It’s become our annual winter mini-retreat to beat the January Blues with Norfolk blue skies and vitamin sea. Natasha and Sean are lovely hosts who are very attentive and yet considerate. PS: This time we also discovered Bread of Haven in Ridlington and pre-ordered two delicious freshly baked loaves of bread for Saturday morning - that was breakfast sorted for both days. Highly recommend!

We both enjoyed a peaceful get away in Sam's cosy Shepherds hut. The hut had everything we needed and was nice and warm on an icy cold January evening. The tranquility and comfortable bed allowed us to have a really good sleep and the bathroom and kitchen were ideal for a short stay. It was an added bonus to see the horses in the paddock nearby. Thank you for your kind hospitality.

Perfect location. Just and no more outside Norwich in a marvellous country setting. On site shop, cracking walkable pubs/restaurants for food. We stayed not the Norwich triathlon which was a 2 minute walk away.

We had a very relaxing few days, the hot tub and decking area by the lake is peaceful and very pretty. Great for outdoor dining! The hut itself is beautifully kept and the hosts were super helpful. Perfect for a weekend escape!

stayed here for our anniversary and it was breathtaking. The hut had everything we needed, was warm, clean and so comfortable. we've stayed in alot of different huts/cabins and this is by far our favourite. So peaceful and Helen was so lovely and accommodating. We'll be sure to come back next season and we are also booking this for our parents 😀

Pepi (my dog) and I felt at home right away, which was very much appreciated after a long journey. Also very much appreciated were the snacks (cake was eaten immediately) and the necessary milk, bread, butter and jam as I did not have time to shop on my way. We were able to deeply relax. I appreciated not having WiFi as it helped with my relaxation. Everything worked wonderfully. Lupin was warm and cozy. After a hot shower, we drifted to sleep. I would love to return with my wife some time. It is a romantic getaway.

Brilliant place to stay for a couple of nights. Shepherd’s Hut was very clean upon entry, warm and cosy. The lakeside setting is very atmospheric and peaceful. Would definitely recommend.

Alison was amazing greeting us as we parked up and walking us to our hut, she gave amazing recommendations for walks and places to visit(which we did and were amazing), inside the hut was super warm and cozy to switch off and relax, inside the hut we were greeted with freshly baked cookies and other local products for a super lovely breakfast, on a clear night is was so nice being able to just open the door and see all the stars and it just be peaceful and the sunrise and sunset being even more stunning, we also loved being greeted by Alison's lovely dog dylan who came to see us in the morning and evenings.

Beautiful cozy hideaway in a great part of the world. Some of the previous reviews mention a long distance to toilet, but this is really not the case, it’s just on the side of the pub; of which Barry was very accommodating, and on had for breakfast and dinner. All in all a really lovely Air BnB. Charlene was prompt and easy to communicate with.

Had a lovely weekend at Squirrel’s Drey. Great location, close to beach and good for exploring the Norfolk coast. Lanterns is a quiet site with just 2 pods and 2 shepherds huts and plenty of space in-between. Kerry and Dave have thought of everything, the hut was fabulous and we will be back.
