Holiday rentals with breakfast in North Mountain Village, Phoenix

This place was perfect for our group of four guys, for a golf weekend. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the putting/chipping green was a nice plus. The kitchen was well stocked including with some condiments which we found handy. Little touches like shampoo and bottles of sunscreen were appreciated. We would be happy to return!

Great location near a major trail. Pool was a great retreat for our crew. We loved all of the games and seating options too! Beds and house were comfortable. Host was very good to communicate with.

Dina was a wonderful host, we had an issue and she came over and addressed it. We really loved the neighborhood it was very peaceful. We really enjoyed the different birds that flew around her house. The pool was really wonderful spent many evenings in it, what impressed us the most was how quiet the surroundings were, it made for a really wonderful vacation.

The house was lovely and so convenient for us. We walked to an event at Mesa Arts Center and walked to dinner as well. She had a binder with so much helpful info about the house, things to do, and places to eat. The child with us loved the drawing paper and toys/games provided. The mom in the group was very impressed with how well everything was labeled and conveniently located, such as extra linens and bedspreads. Parking in the street was not a problem as the road is incredibly wide and designed for it. As someone who doesn't like to look for or even pay for parking when traveling, I loved how walkable so many things were. You're within a mile of so much! The arts center was half a mile. The natural history museum wasn't much farther. Dinner was just a around the block. Garbage and recycling bins were very conveniently located. We felt very welcome. When the youngest person staying didn't want the food we were eating, her mom was able to cook her up some pasta quickly. Very happy

The hosts communicated extremely well. There were some minor issues, but they responded swiftly and corrected them with zero impact on our stay. They wanted to make sure we had everything we needed at check-in and throughout our stay. The houses were decorated extremely well as if they were lived in year-round. Both houses had their unique charm and were functional in every way whether it was the pools, the hot tub, or the appliances. The locations was center to every place we needed to visit. We would definitely rent again.

My family and I greatly enjoyed Giorgio’s home. It was within close proximity to the downtown area as well as other amenities such as parks, restaurants, and grocery stores, that we used regularly. The house was very clean and well appointed and the neighborhood was quiet. The pool, a much appreciated added bonus, was very clean and refreshing! Giorgio was extremely responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Phoenix.

Great spot if you need something long ish term. Stayed for a month waiting to close on my house and it fit my needs perfectly.

Irma was so friendly and hopeful! Her place was so comfy and she gave great recommendations for places to hang out in town. I would definitely stay at her place again.

We spent a wonderful weekend getaway at the Rocking M Bar Ranch. Susan had great stories to share over glasses of wine, and Mark cooked a delicious feast each morning. Their pets were friendly, the accommodations comfortable & clean, and our hosts were friendly and accommodating. Shower was tall enough to accommodate a 6'3" man. Some of the softest toilet paper we had ever wiped with! (You know its THAT good when worth writing about!) Felt right at home & 10/10 recommend!

We loved our stay at Mark and Susan’s B and B. They were wonderful hosts. They made us feel welcome and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious every morning and they went out of their way to accommodate us! We will definitely come back!

Alessandro's place is amazing ! We absolutely loved staying and look forward to going back one day. They were actually traveling while we staying at the house but they made it so simple to get ahold of them. The house is very pretty, eclectic, and clean.

We loved our stay. Lots of room and very large bed. I shared room with my disabled sister and it was wheelchair accessible and the showers was awesome to be able to help her with her shower!!!!! We have never found that anywhere else. We loved having a small fridge and freezer and coffee pot. Very private and quiet!!! Loved our stay. Definitely recommend!!!

amazing! beautiful property can literally walk out your patio and hike. the room was cozy and had tons of extras fr. snacks to personal hygenine items and utensils. homemade breakfast every morning, coffee bar a s a glass of wine on arrival. so friendly and made me feel Iike I was at home. highly recommend!!

Gary was very helpful with my one (very small) request. I generally have few questions or concerns about the area because of my homework or, in this case, I lived in Phoenix for 23 years. I don't need much.
