A beautiful apartment that was exactly as described. David was very quick to respond and very helpful. I was travelling alone and felt very safe and secure. The view from the windows is lovely. I would recommend the apartment to other guests and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

My family and I enjoyed our 2 nights stay at Charlotte's place. The access to the apartment was smooth and what stood out were the sparkling clean furnitures, beddings and cozy lightening with a functional LG TV. To crown it all, the kitchen was superb as it had all cooking utensils one could need to make ones stay enjoyable. Thanks for the hospitality Charlotte.

Fantastic building and surroundings. Felt very safe and secure with cctv around the perimiter. A spider building its web on the outdoor camera pointed at a hearse was just the cherry on top of the vibe cake

Thank you for a lovely stay. The apartment was clean, tidy and peaceful and I felt right at home. It was the perfect location for me to walk to the place I was working daily and the hosts Jane and Gary were so welcoming, responsive and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay with all amenities provided, just like the pictures! It truly felt like home. The surroundings and neighbourhood were beautiful, adding to the overall experience. Charlotte was an amazing host—very helpful throughout the stay and always approachable. The location is excellent, with a 24/7 Asda superstore within walking distance and direct bus access to the city centre. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great hospitality.

Great stay at Robert’s place, really close to restaurants and bars and easy to find. Parking was sorted easily as well, would recommend this place!

Absolutely loved Maria's apartment so homely with really quiet neighbours and so comfortable, really well equipped with everything you need and within walking distance of the town, I would love to return when I'm back in the area again.

A beautiful and thoughtfully appointed apartment. We had a great stay and would definitely come again. We loved the welcome for the dog, and all the little treats left for us humans as well! The underfloor heating in the wet room is a genius idea! Thank you for your hospitality.

Such a great little place in a prime location and a private little spot. Roundhay is a really good location for both the city and the great local walks around Rounghay Park and Wykebeck, which was great for the dog . We stayed just as the weather plummeted into snow and freezing temperatures but we were cosy and warm in the accommodation. Would definitely recommend Andrew’s place and hope to return .

Excellente communication with dr Jill prior to our visit, proposing our préférences for our breakfast. Beautiful flowers to welcome us! The logement, even though it was small, was perfect & very clean, for our short visit seeing family nearby. We met dr Jill for a quick chat during our stay which was nice.

Amaya’s place was perfect for our visit to Sheffield. It was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed. The under floor heating was very welcome in December and despite being very well located it was extremely quiet. Amaya was very attentive and friendly and communicated well.

This is a really beautiful spot right in the heart of the Yorkshire countryside. We had a lovely weekend staying with Rachel I would highly recommend it to anybody else. It was lovely to wake up in the morning to the sunrise and see the animals grazing in the field right across from us.

Ultra modern, in new condition throughout, ultra clean, warm and quiet, all the eqpt, bedding etc you need, private driveway parking in quiet neighbourhood but within close proximity to whole range of usual suburban facilities including eateries, garages and supermarkets. Frequent buses to Leeds centre and other way to A61 (Moortown Corner)for frequent no 36 buses to Harrogate and Ripon. Yorkshire Dales and Moors National Parks, several National Landscapes, including South Pennines, and many, many other tourist destinations all accessible by car for a great day out. Highly recommended !

Quiet, private, comfortable, clean, with added little extra's that make all the difference when staying in an Air band B. Could not fault anything - best place to stay when in Gainsborough - Louise is a star .

Very comfortable, spacious well equipped garden room. Good to have off road parking, we had a problem with the heating first night but Martin very promptly resolved the problem to our entire satisfaction Will definitely stay there again

I stayed at Stephen's place for a work trip, as it was cheaper than the Holiday Inn, and I'm so glad I did as it was an infinitely better experience! Beautiful apartment in a great location, great facilities and home comforts, and I had a great night's sleep in the very comfortable bed. I'll definitely be back!

Perfect home from home while training at Leeds East Airport. Accommodation was spotless and very homely. Private parking and gated car park at the accommodation was an added bonus. The property is very central with an easy drive into York and surrounding area. The owner was very responsive and helpful at all times. Would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to book with Julie again.

We loved staying at John's place. It felt so much a home that we were sorry to leave the apartment! The space is laid out perfectly. We loved hanging out in the lounge or in the kitchen, depending what was going on. There were bits and bobs of useful things left there, eg teabags and cooking oil, which were really useful, plus washing up liquid and kitchen towels etc. Thank you for that John. The location is great. Very peaceful and near Kelham Island where some fantastic pubs are. The tv also didnt rule the lounge, which then encouraged chatting rather than just turning on the tv. John also left instructions re where to empty the bins which was useful as we were there for 5 nights. It was also my first time to Sheffield and I loved it. Thank you for a fabulous stay!
