Holiday rentals with a fireplace in North Las Vegas

If you’re looking for something affordable and last minute, this is the place for you Jay was extremely accommodating and very quick with her response time and assisting my reservation. The stay was amazing. The place was very clean and I felt very at home. I would definitely stay again.

Very enjoyable stay, very comfortable. John was very quick to respond when we had questions. We enjoyed the pool table. Location was onspot, not too far from the strip and airport. Nice and quiet neighborhood. The beds were quite comfy, plenty of linens and pillows if needed extra. We would definitely stay at John's place again if and when we come back. Thank you so much!

The house was exactly like the pictures, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We went to Vegas to celebrate my wife’s birthday with a group of friends and family and Namyd left us a very thoughtful note welcoming us to his house and wished my wife a happy birthday and left use some tasty treats to start her celebration. The only thing we were bummed out about was not being able to enjoy the beautiful pool due to the cold weather, so next time we are planning a summer trip and if Namyd’s place is available we will definitely stay there again. The location is very convenient and close to the Vegas strip and a lot of other stores and restaurants.

We had a great stay for climbing in red rock and eating in Chinatown and on the strip! Everything was as described, communication with the host was quick and clear. Great location, the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Was an amazing stay and the host was extremely responsive and helpful. The space was a lot bigger in person than what it seemed in photos. Will definitely stay here again!

Great stay for CES week. Pretty much just slept there but next time will use all the high end appliances. Had some issue with smoke from neighbor but it was resolved quickly. Comfortable king bed. Awesome balcony and views. Recommend.

Wonderful accommodations, very well-appointed, quiet and comfortable. We were initially concerned about the neighbor hood but it proved to be safe while we were there. The dumpster in front of the driveway was not visually appealing but did not prove to be a problem. Inside the accommodations were excellent.

We have stayed at this location before and enjoy how kid-friendly it is. They have regular free activities (ice cream social, karaoke, bingo, etc.) a complimentary happy hour, game room, ping pong tables, pools, and more. The “suite” is small, but functional. Since it’s maintained by Wyndham Club Grand Desert, checkin was a breeze and the facility is very responsive to needs during your stay. They do always try to get you to become a member and go through their presentation, but you can easily thwart it by saying you’ve already done one sometime in the past 2 years. Or, enjoy the tour and the free incentives offered. When you check-in, there is a $200+ deposit that needs to be placed on a CC until checkout for incidentals. Checkout procedure was a little less clear, however. We ended up treating it like any hotel checkout, basically just leaving. After our first night, the cannabis smell was STRONG. It was coming through the walls or vents somewhere. But not an owner issue.

Great value for the price in a convenient area of town. Everything was as described and shown in the photos, and Matthew was very communicative and explained things perfectly. Would absolutely stay again!

5🌟 Experience! First and foremost, Sara communicates with great detail, easy to reach, and very friendly! The home is beautifully designed as if it's on HGTV. Each room is well-lit, spacious, and has a private restroom for guests! Sara gave us access to the garage, the pool, and the spa... with detailed instructions on how to operate them all! The kitchen was my absolute favorite part of the home because it's spacious, well lit, and the cabinets are filled with anything you may need during your stay! My girls and I really enjoyed Las Vegas and everything we did but the main conversation consistently was how beautiful the house is. We didn't want to leave! Thank you Sara!

My wife, three daughters, and I had a club soccer tournament in Vegas. The house was perfect. Nice area. Felt very safe on a quiet street. Kids enjoyed the pool and I love watching the NFL playoffs on the huge living room tv. Beds were very comfortable. LeAnn was helpful, responsive, and gave really clear instructions. We had a great stay and I highly recommend this house. Beautiful home.

Very clean and tidy. Everything was easily accessible and worked properly. Property was only 3 miles from the strip so going back and forth was super easy!

Absolutely perfect for our family. Plenty of room for everyone, well stocked with everything you might need, comfy beds, great area, awesome yard! We loved our stay and felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

Hodi’s place is perfect for a big group. The kitchen was easily a 4 butt kitchen😉 However there were times 5 of us were in the kitchen prepping and cooking. This home is not an open concept, but it feels like it, with plenty of spaces for gathering. Large bedrooms were nice. The dogs loved the backyard as did our daughter with special needs. It is a safe, secure yard that offers space to play games, eat meals on the patio or just sit in the warm sunlight (this is December.) This was our second stay and we will be back!!! Hodi is a wonderful, caring host! We’ll be back🫶🏼

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb with my 11 friends, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I've had. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with how well-kept and welcoming the home was. The space is beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and like a true home away from home. The living area was spacious and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook meals, and it even had some extra items like coffee and tea which were a nice touch. don't forget the pool and gaming room. finally the host Joseph - no words for him. he treats you like a friend and help you in all the ways he can and with very good response and suggestions.
