Waterfront holiday rentals in North Jakarta City

I stayed here 5 days and 4 nights with my 2 year old son. Overall we & the kids are happy here, the facilities are very satisfying. There is a children's pool and a very spacious adult pool. Playground for children to play. Then the position of the apartment tower is also very strategic. Where the street is a few steps can enjoy breakfast at tobby estate. It feels like a semi2 in singapore. For those of us from a small town, Sukabumi. A place I recommend bringing children to be happy. In MOI there is Little Planet, Funworld, Playtopia. MOI Market is plentiful with dining options. Below the apartment on the GF floor there is also a Familymart and an ATM. I think the facilities here and the location are very good. There is a washing machine that can be used, the host also prepares a babychair for my son. Microwave. Stove and plenty of water gallon supply. for parking fee is calculated hourly walking. We were fine though. Just info about parking. Thank you we are so happy.

Very clean and satisfied with the service

So far, it's nice& comfortable staying @the gold coast apartment organized by Mrs.Tan. The unit is clean, amenities're complete, strategic location, and the owner's responsive&helpfull. But, At first we got difficulties to open the door.. Later, we'll put this unit as the first choice to stay..

I recommend it. I spent happily with polite and prompt response. The view from the room is wonderful as you can see the sea.

Perfect Place to Chill.

The location at Gold Coast was safe with a great view. However, we were concerned about traveling in Jakarta after 6 pm, as all Grab drivers kept saying it wasn’t safe. But yeah Gold Coast is safe at night aswell

for the cleanliness of the super clean unit, cold air conditioning, super cute view, Elegant Unit with yellow lights, spacious balcony there is also a smoking area + available stools with chairs, Cookware, toiletries are all complete, Host is super Friendly and Fast Response, At that price it's really worth it...Next time I want to come here again😍 Thanks for the host,,,

Had a pleasant stay at Jessica's place, we arrived almost midnight but check in was fast and smooth, Jessica responded fast, she's great host! We love the unit, it's clean, tidy, comfortable and really close to airport (15 minutes away) we'll definitely stay here again next time!

I enjoyed our stay at Joshua’s place. It was beautiful and match the description. Joshua was very responsive and Felix accommodated our needs very well. We love the infinity swimming pool facing the ocean. Lots of restaurants and the mall just right below the units. We definitely will come back to Joshua’s place if we are going to stay around PIK. Good place to stay around JIS, not that close but it’s a good choice. the owner was helpful and nice too. the room is also clean and have many amenities👍🏼
