Holiday rentals with a pool in North Hutchinson Island

Juan’s place was situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood close to various stores , restaurants , grocery and coffee shops! Very spacious home , with a big fenced yard that accommodated us perfectly with our dog . Little side note , there is a train that passes close by , it could be heard from the house . Didn’t really bother us but for light sleepers might be an inconvenience . Juan was a great host , always responsif and accommodating to our needs. Would definitely stay again Thank you

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The host was very responsive and made everything easy. The house was clean and spacious, perfect for our group of eight adults. We loved having two living spaces to spread out in, and the pool and game room in the garage were fantastic added touches. The only minor downside was some pet dander, but that’s just a personal preference. Overall, a wonderful place to stay with plenty of amenities—highly recommended for families or groups looking to relax, have fun, and not be to far from other near by cities. Thanks for a great stay!

We arrived from the cold North and were very pleased to relax and enjoy this location. The house is in a lovely neighborhood in a quiet setting, and all photos exactly represented what we found. It was a wonderful place to escape from Winter for a few days. The pool was enjoyable, although the Florida weather was a bit chilly and so was the water when we arrived. As Florida temps rose, the pool felt more comfortable too. Rooms are stunning and decor is so beautiful. I highly recommend this home for a large family looking to relax for a while.

My family and I had a great stay. It was unusually chilly during our stay so we didnt get to enjoy the pool but everything else was great. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

House was great. Easy checkin:checkout. Didn’t use the pool due to cool weather but it looked nice and clean. Neighborhood was quiet. Price was good, would stay here again.

Beautiful home with lots of privacy. The home was very clean and orderly. The kitchen is large and stocked with lots of cutlery, pans and other things needed to serve large meals. We made lots of use of the well taken care of grill. The pool is also large and well maintained. Our family had a great time.

I loved the condo! I was able to work and enjoy Fort Pierce. The people were kind and the gated community felt safe and welcoming.

Wonderful place to stay! The view from the room is amazing. The sliding door/wall made the view even better. We saw dolphins right from our room! You can’t get closer to the beach. The heated pool was kept a good temperature. We were able to swim most days and we stayed after Christmas into January. The whole property was very clean and the staff were helpful. The kitchen was set up well to make homemade meals. The location was great, especially if you have a car. We were able to go to many places within 1-1.5hours in either direction (Wekiwa Springs, airboat ride at Wild Florida, Brevard Zoo, Florida Tech Botanical Gardens, other free parks close by). Would love to come back!

Clara’s condo was exactly as pictured and perfect for my family. It’s walkable to the beach and pools. It’s in a quiet condo community with so many friendly people. The community also has a tiki bar and a restaurant with ocean views. It’s close to plenty of attractions (the jetty, the manatee center, boat rentals, etc) and great restaurants. Clara reached out with clear directions on how to access the apartment and beach supplies. She was very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this condo.

Michelle's comfy, clean condo was perfect for me. Walkable to downtown and straight shot to beaches and Indialantic spots. She quickly responded to questions, proactively reached out to check that everything was ok. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
