Had an extremely pleasant stay at Susan’s annexe. It was cosy, private and well located. Susan was always responsive to any queries we had and flexible. Would stay again 10/10. PS. The bedding was sooooo comfortable

Pete's house was incredibly peaceful. We made wonderful memories with my family. We unwound from the day's fatigue on the feather pillows and duvets. The house has many board games and a cozy atmosphere. I will come back again and will rent Pete's house again. The location is very close to bus stops, and you can reach the city center in 25-30 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bus. Tesco is 10 minutes away, Starbucks 15 minutes, Lidl 15 minutes, and Pizza Hut 15 minutes. Thank you so much again, Pete.

Thank you for the stay, lovely home in the perfect location, just off Mill Road with a variety of choices. They were kind to allow an early checkin and communication was lovely, responding to any enquiries needed. Thank again for a wonderful stay and a chance to wind down in Cambridge.

Had a fantastic stay at graham's. It's certainly not in the centre of hustle and bustle but beautifully located in lovely surroundings and easily accessible to nearby towns. Great for walking my dog and a great gastro but within walking distance. would happily recommend for anyone to go to graham's. 👍

We Stay regularly at clarkson court for access to the university and never encounter any problems at all.

We had the pleasure of staying for an entire month in this immaculate property where we immediately felt at home. Located in a quiet residential area but close to local amenities the facilities are excellent and the hosts go above and beyond to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. We would wholeheartedly recommend this property.

We stayed at Laura’s b n b for five and a half weeks due to insurance works. I must say the home was very comfortable, clean and welcoming. Me and my family felt like this was a home away from home. No ask was too big for Laura and she was so accommodating and helpful. Laura even put up a Xmas tree and got adventurous calendars for our little boys. A new oven was also installed during our stay which was amazing ! We had a lovely time staying, we are local to the area so it really did feel like a home from home. My family and I had a brilliant two weeks stay at Gareth and Adam's house in Hitchin. Gareth and Adam were both brilliant hosts who made us feel completely at home. They went above and beyond our expectations, which made the experience feel more like a five star hotel than an AirBnb. The house is well located, a couple of minutes walk from the train station. We really enjoyed spending the summer evenings in the garden. Highly recommend.

House just like it’s photos and Alex provided very clear instructions how to find the property. She was helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The neighborhood is lovely, with a peaceful and friendly atmosphere. My son absolutely loved the woodland area and nearby parks, providing plenty of opportunities for outdoor fun and exploration. The house itself was very well-planned and organised, making our stay incredibly comfortable. There was ample parking space, which was a great convenience. Every detail in the house was thoughtfully arranged, contributing to a truly homey and relaxing environment. Toby was an exceptional host—very approachable and always available whenever we needed anything. His responsiveness and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a delightful and hassle-free stay.

Lovely little apartment, right on the edge of the city centre.

Great little place in central Tring. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. Unit was perfect to relax after a day out and had everything needed to cook in as well. While in the center of town, was down a quiet side alley thas was very peaceful. Overall we really enjoyed our time in Tring and our stay here.

Cosy annexe in peaceful surrounds and very secure behind electric gates . Even better than I remembered and Nicki has thought of everything - even an umbrella hanging up by the back door if needed!!!! Felt very comfortable and at home !

A great experience all round - comfortable accommodation, lovely and warm despite the sub-zero temperatures outside, with easy parking; friendly responsive host; nice pubs, good cafe and great chippie very close.
