Lovely stay. Roberta was so helpful in her communications. The van was perfect for what we wanted and situated well in the park, which itself was excellent.

The caravan was spotless, well equipped and near to town. It was out of season so most of the shops and restaurants were closed but it was ok because we were only there for 2 days. In peak season there's a restaurant about 2 minutes away. We stayed when the snow set in and once I'd got the boiler working it was toasty. There was only two of us so we had loads of space and storage. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely place, clean, comfortable and so close to the beach. Great for a few days away with friends or family and safe for dogs. Allan was very friendly and responsive, great host! Had a fabulous time, will definitely be back!

Had a lovely time, 3 teens and I. Close to everything but not disturbed by the noise. Lovely on site pool and activities, nice walk to the beach. We went to the seal santactury which was just a short walk, and the lovely sandy beach is just a few minutes away. We drove into Mablethorpe it's a long walk or there is a land train and enjoyed the little town for the day and all it had to offer. We only had breakfast in the caravan but well equipped for cooking. Would recommend to all. Busy site but everyone was polite and o site lovely.

Quiet out of season weekend away. Caravan clean and as described. Lots to do for those that need it. But we were happy to take the dog to the beach.

Very clean house. Provided us with milk,tea and coffee on arrival. The host helped us really quickly when we couldn't lock the door. Would definitely recommend to anybody wanting to stay and if in Cleethorpes would stay there again.

Location excellent for the town. Accommodation worked perfectly for our group as everyone had their bedroom and bathroom. Parking a bit hit and miss on the road outside, we took the car out one day and struggled getting a space back. Accommodation was clean and tidy with all the facilities you will need. Julie also very quick responding to questions.

Everything was amazing! we didn't want to go home. The property was clean and had everything you need. The location was amazing. The welcome basket was a lovely surprise and the host was always responsive and helpful. We can't wait to book again and go back again.

We had a lovely stay at Valerie’s for the new year and couldn’t have asked for more! The photos don’t actually do it justice as the apartment is stunning and a lot bigger than what we expected! Couldn’t recommend Valerie enough x

Lovely house, perfect for what we needed. 20 minute walk to the fronts. Close to little shops for bits and bobs needed. Comfy and clean.
