A very relaxing short break, enjoying local walks with our dog. The chalet bungalow was perfectly situated with a rear access gate to the beach. Lovely enclosed garden with a front veranda to sit out on during the evening. We hope to return.

This is our first time at Jo's place, On The Dunes however it's our third time visiting the Fitties. Another wonderful stay, what a lovely and peaceful place. The two main things I need are great water pressure and a comfy bed and oh wow were these exceeded. Felt so at home and at ease, usually it takes me a goof two days to feel comfortable in a new overnight setting but right away, it felt like I'd been before! Lovely garden too, very private. We had everything we needed and more. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again and also recommend Jo's cosy cabin. Book! You won't be disappointed.

Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and a superb stay at your beautiful property. The house is absolutely stunning, had everything we needed and more and no pictures can do it justice! As soon as we notified of a slight problem we had, you came straight to sort it and really looked after us! My in-laws, son and daughter had a fabulous time and we were all very grateful for the welcome basket and the doggy one too! Can't wait to return in May!

Over many years we've rented many different chalet's in the Fitties, we've rated Harriet's place as the number 1. Loved the peace and quiet, beautiful view of the trees and dunes, secure garden and doggy shower. Beautiful modern interior, comfortable beds,very clean. Loved sitting in the sun room at the back with patio doors open. Will definitely be booking again.

I took my elderly father and my son to cleethorpes for a 3 night break. The ground floor apartment was ideal for my father, who has mobility problems. The apartment was nicely laid out, and immaculate upon arrival. Beds were comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed, home from home. Tony was really helpful as we had a problem with returning the rented mobility scooter and he gave us reassurance that he will sort things. Also my father left his wallet and again Tony rang straight away. We had a great stay, and would definitely stay there again. Thanks Tony

This has been the best one we have stayed in, after 6 visits in 12 months. Walking distance to the train station and local shops. Gated property so felt really safe stealing the old mans car and being away from the main roads it was lovely and quiet. 2 sets of keys plus the lock box set.....full instruction booklet. Impressive. Everything was spotless when we arrived and it felt welcoming. Great sized rooms, the beds were amazingly comfortable and the bathrooms were easy to work. The quality of the furnishings were something else and we loved little Ted sitting in his chair by the window, not to mention the cute little door stops. Fully stocked kitchen, perfect if you are there for a few days or weeks. This would be my go too from now on. The entire building was spotless and when you did meet another resident, they were always friendly. The owner was lovely and was quick to respond....invaluable. Will be very happy to use Sarah Jane's properties again. 1st rate, 10 out 10.

Great host and very helpful with recommendations on good local restaurants and eatery places! Lovely apartment and well maintained. Smells fresh with good view of the seafront. Walking distance to Great cafes and restaurants. Beds& beddings were comfy & smelled nice. My only little minus will be probably asking cleaner to check on cobwebs . We had a lovely weekend overall. Thanks Harrison. Xx

I stayed for the weekend of the armed forces weekend. Parking was awkward but I was given instructions to find the place and parking. The self checkin instructions were blurred on my phone, but accurate. My room was ideal for me, clean, good television and fast internet. The bed was comfortable the bathroom was compact and functional, the shower was great. In the communal kitchen has a cooker, washers and dryers. Location wise. It was two minute walk to sea front and pier

Keith’s place is centrally located with great links to public transport. It’s a very well thought out space, with a microwave and fridge with a freezer in the room. The space is immaculately clean. Also a generous TV offering with full Sky including sports channels which was much appreciated. There is a main communal kitchen too with an oven to cook and washing machine and dryer for those wishing to stay more than a few days. Friendly host and good price in a coastal area. Positive experience all round.

Keith's place is a great place to stay when you're stopping in cleethorpes. granted I was only there for work but the quality of the accommodation made it alot easier on me. the kitchenette in the room made it easy to prepare my own meals. and the other amenities helped with my everyday needs. would recommend to anyone will definitely stay again.

A great stay, clean, spacious place, value for money and plenty of on street parking. Easy check in and out, John a great guy at end of phone to help any queries. I would recommend this place for work or vacation, surely you won’t be disappointed. When you do decide to stay here, you need to bring your own shampoo and shower 🧼 gel etc.

The caravan was spotless, well equipped and near to town. It was out of season so most of the shops and restaurants were closed but it was ok because we were only there for 2 days. In peak season there's a restaurant about 2 minutes away. We stayed when the snow set in and once I'd got the boiler working it was toasty. There was only two of us so we had loads of space and storage. Would definitely recommend.

Had a lovely time, 3 teens and I. Close to everything but not disturbed by the noise. Lovely on site pool and activities, nice walk to the beach. We went to the seal santactury which was just a short walk, and the lovely sandy beach is just a few minutes away. We drove into Mablethorpe it's a long walk or there is a land train and enjoyed the little town for the day and all it had to offer. We only had breakfast in the caravan but well equipped for cooking. Would recommend to all. Busy site but everyone was polite and o site lovely.

Lovely big apartment felt at home straight away. Has everything you want. Bedroom is nice and cosy, we slept really well. Bathroom is very nice and modern, lovely big powerful shower. Kitchen is fitted out well , with the washing machine and tumble dryer. But also a washing line outside, in a small courtyard, we had lovely weather so this came in useful. Right on the seafront and parking was easy to find. Adrian is on hand to answer any questions. Thank you for letting us stay!

Location excellent for the town. Accommodation worked perfectly for our group as everyone had their bedroom and bathroom. Parking a bit hit and miss on the road outside, we took the car out one day and struggled getting a space back. Accommodation was clean and tidy with all the facilities you will need. Julie also very quick responding to questions.

Everything was amazing! we didn't want to go home. The property was clean and had everything you need. The location was amazing. The welcome basket was a lovely surprise and the host was always responsive and helpful. We can't wait to book again and go back again.
