Holiday houses in North Dumfries

We stayed at The Hager House for 2 weeks. The host, Martli, went beyond the expected and anticipated our needs, especially when we had two days of heavy snowfall. She was there each day with a shovel and snowblower. The home was well appointed with a gas fireplace, well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds and lovely linens and a washer dryer. Restaurants were plentiful and close by as were high end grocery stores and other shopping. We had an outstanding dinner at The Carriage House and attended an event at the Burlington Performance Arts Center. So much to explore. We highly recommend staying here and Martli as an exceptional host!

Michael’s home was in a perfect spot for our family reunion in the same neighbourhood! His home is well appointed with comfortable beds and quality linens. Everything we could need was there. It even had a tesla plug in!! We had a great visit and would definitely book this home again.

I had a wonderful stay here. Everything was incredible and clean. Me and my partner had such a lovely time together, we hope to come back for the summer.

This place is very close to downtown and the elora mill where we could walk to for a wedding we were attending. It was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Communication and check in were easy. Definitely recommend.

This is our second time staying with Kevin. He’s always super responsive and willing to solve any issues we have. It feels like home and the place is super cute and cozy. We love staying here and would recommend anyone to do so as well! Thanks Kevin!

We had a great stay from start to finish. The house is cozy and comfortable in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. We would recommend this place to others and would stay again if we are ever back in the area.

Grat place to stay. Very convinient location, walkable to everywhere in town. Shannon was very helpful & responsive.

The place was exactly as described,. It was very spacious with everything located on one floor. All introduction and following instructions were very well defined so we had no need to bother the host at any point in our stay. The location was ideal for our use, albeit the laneway is very steep ( as previously defined). We will definitely visit this location again and we both would highly recommend it to others.

John was a great host from start to finish. Helped with confirming key pad and amenities. The loft apartment was eveything and really bright and airy. Fit all five of us and my dog comfortably. The shower pressure was amazing after a playful romp in the snow! The apartment was stocked with extra blankets for that cold person and the kitchen had everything we needed for our one night stay as we did not want to pack extras. If you are looking for a calming feeling and a quiet, outdoorsy spot - I would definetly recommend John's place!
