Cozy family villa in the heart of Klitmøller

Quiet house in the heart of Klitmøller. There are 200 m to the water, 400 m to the nearest grocery store and 1700 m to the nearest forest. There's a big, sunny garden with a patio to the south, which is nicely sheltered from the west wind, as well as a playground and football field on the other side of the hedge. Spacious garage with, among other things, board racks for surfboards and space for equipment. As a guest, our wish is that you feel at home and experience the freedom to take advantage of all the facilities of the house, such as board games, yoga mats, books, etc.

Large and exclusive villa of 270 sqm. The villa is located 200 meters from the beach and has a sea view. There are terraces and balconies, so you can get some sun in the morning and evening. The villa has outdoor shelters, fire pit, barbecue, children's area and outdoor hot tub with constant temperature of minimum 35 degrees.
