This cottage was one of the best ABNB stays I have had! The place was spotless. The floor plan layout was an excellent use of the space. I was very comfortable staying here, the whole process worked well. Great stay!

Parking is in front of the guest house in a quiet, safe neighborhood. A personal welcome sign greeted us when entering the kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked with basic items including coffee maker and coffee. The bathroom includes standard toiletries and the mattress and pillows are very comfortable. Good storage for unpacking. Very easy and comfortable to stay here with the dog. I highly recommend and would return again.

We enjoyed the peaceful private location. Nice fresh air. If your a person who runs cold bring layers for warmth. The heat from the pellet stove doesn't reach the bedroom, but honestly the down comforter is plenty warm and the shower is very hot. The cabin has character and is a great experience.

We loved staying at Eliza’s place - the cottage was cozy and the huge outdoor space with pool, vines, and grill were a welcome respite from city life!

Tucker's cabin was perfect. The garden cottage was super private and cozy. It is tastefully decorated inside and out in a lovely neighborhood in Berkeley. Easy and comfortable experience all the way around. I would definitely recommend highly!

My husband, 4-year-old son and I had a wonderful stay and Melinda and Jake’s cottage. The cottage was beautiful, clean, and very cozy and warm. Melinda and Jake were very responsive to questions and provided great suggestions for local restaurants and hikes, including a lovely one that started right across the road. The location, right between Mendocino and Fort Bragg and very close to the Point Cabrillo Lighthouse, was fantastic. We all really enjoyed the beautiful outdoor shower as well! We hope to come back sometime soon!

My son and I really enjoyed our stay at Leslie’s place. It’s in a perfect location with a lot of places to go hiking nearby which is what we wanted. The place was easy to find and it was super clean and peaceful. It had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the fresh eggs that she left for us. The loft upstairs is super cute with a comfy bed. I ended up sleeping on the cot and I let my son have the bed since he’s bigger than I am but the cot worked for just one night and I was grateful that she had it. I would definitely stay here again. Leslie was very nice and easy to communicate with via the app. Thank you Leslie!

We had an incredible stay at Tom and Rachelle’s properties for our mini family reunion. As three families, we rented both the Chalet House and the Tiny House, and both exceeded our expectations. The Chalet House was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with every amenity you could think of to make it feel like a true home away from home. The Tiny House, despite its size, was equally impressive—well-organized, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect: peaceful and quiet, yet conveniently close to everything. My in-laws brought their dog, Buddy, and she was absolutely spoiled with the special treats and amenities Tom and Rachelle provided. Plus, the large yard gave her plenty of space to run and play. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. We’re already looking forward to returning and can’t recommend Tom and Rachelle’s properties highly enough. Thank you for making our family gathering so special!

Lovely quiet retreat amounts the beautiful vineyard. Sauna and outdoor shower were great ! Definitely a great place to unwind !

I spent 2 nights at Richard, Yuka and Frou Frog's cozy guest suite in the woods of Sea Ranch, and it was delightful. My pooch Kipper loved the convenience of the trails and I enjoyed revisiting beaches I hadn't seen in decades. The king sized bed was a special treat, super comfy, and the walk in shower with a rain nozzle was dreamy. Highly recommend. I would be delighted to stay here again!

Perfect stay in a stunning location. The tiny house is so clean, well stocked, and in a gorgeous location and neighborhood. So comfortable and close to sights and dining in Berkeley, it’s a gem. Would definitely stay again.

This place is just phenomenal! My hubby and I are LOTR fans so when I found this place, I just had to book it. The cozy Hobbit hole looks exactly like the pictures, and the friendly host Lael brought breakfast on time every morning, got a fire going in our stove last night, and answered all our questions about the place. It truly felt luxurious and peaceful to stay here!

Great stay here. Quiet, clean, well stocked and ready to live in. Very nice backyard. Two choices for sleeping. Nespresso with coffe pods. Toasty warm the heaters even thogh yhe area had cold mornings. Barry was great to work with. Smallish sized place.

Magical Christmas Getaway on the Russian River My wife and I had the most wonderful Christmas stay at Mama K’s charming cottage on the Russian River in Monte Rio. Nestled on a quiet dead-end road, the property feels like a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. The expansive lawn leading to the riverfront was a perfect spot for post coffee morning strolls despite the rain and we were even lucky enough to see deer on the property each day. The lush garden, towering redwood trees, and constant wildlife made it feel like a true wild nature getaway. The cottage itself was beautifully decorated, romantic and cozy. combining mid century rustic charm with modern comforts. Our two senior dogs were in heaven in the lush gardens and big lawn but our heaven was the hot tub. The location is also amazing – just a short drive to the ocean and only half a mile to hiking trails, so we had plenty of outdoor adventures right at our door.

What a great way to spend a quiet weekend! The house was immaculately decorated, with all the amenities and kitchen essential. Would love to come back in the summer as it’s just steps away from the river.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Moon Shack! It was the perfect cozy get away for my husband and I plus our pup. I loved having the fully fenced in yard to play with our dog. The bed was comfy, kitchen had everything we needed! We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful area, quiet and relaxing

Very well laid out and supplied, comfortable casita. Space is small but has virtually everything you need, and host is very helpful. We would definitely return.

Though a little pricey for what it is, the location is worth it! You can hike right from the tiny house to Muir Woods (save on parking & entrance fee). The house even had laminated maps of trails and a book on Mt. Tam. You are also so close to the Cataract Falls starting from Lauren Dell trail. This place has everything you need, heat and sound work well, but def has its quirks. Don’t expect to do heavy cooking. Also, could use a mirror. There is only one small one in the bathroom. John and his partner were great hosts. Their dog Huxley is cute but has a lot of energy if you’re not a dog person. Close to yummy food & coffee (John’s partner recommended Equator and it was amazing!) Communication was okay. Tried to coordinate leaving luggage behind for last hike after check out but didn’t work out. Would still stay again and hike even more around.

Heidi's place is such a delightful little cottage within walking distance to downtown Mill Valley. It's also private and quiet. Because of its central location the parking can sometimes be if he in the sense that I parked sometimes in front of the house and sometimes within a block. Once I figured out the induction stove top and the coffee maker on the fireplace as he I found it easy to relax there.

The cabin was so clean and organized with many charming touches, making our stay Rene is very kind, responsive, and genuinely made sure we had everything we needed. Top highlights: staying cozy and warm during our winter trip, thanks to the comfy bed with soft sheets and an electric blanket, enjoying the awesome sauna and wood-burning stove inside the cabin, and the unique experience of the outdoor shower surrounded by redwoods and pine trees. The nearby creek trail, just steps away, was absolutely magical, as was the coastal hiking.

Beautiful, serene retreat in the Redwood forest, very close to beautiful beaches and good food. Bed was comfortable, and kitchen had everything I needed and a few different cooking options. Beautiful space to work, with views of trees and gardens. Karin was a wonderful host- responsive, welcoming and friendly. She helped me feel right at home, and was very helpful with recommendations, and local info. It was enjoyable talking with her about shared interests and the history of the area. -One of my favorite places so far. I had a wonderful stay, and would definitely return.
