Waterfront holiday rentals in North Captiva Island

We had a fantastic trip and would highly recommend this Airbnb! The hosts were wonderful and very responsive. The location was perfect, private and so beautiful! It was peaceful, very clean, and it had everything we needed!

Excellent housing and internet. Not only that, but the kitchen was lovely. The only issue is that it is very difficult to get an uber, and there is not many activities outside of the house. The neighbors were lovely and offered a kayak trip.

Such a peaceful spot. The water was calm and so nice to use the kayak on. Private, sweet, and homey. I had the perfect stay. Thank you, Lisa for hosting the perfect little spot for me to look back upon and smile at the memories I made here 💞

The condo is located on a beautiful inlet waterway. Sunsets over the water with the sun's reflection were amazing. You can see the Sanibel bridge from the grass and beach areas. If you enjoy sunrise, there's a great view from the top floor open walkway. The pool and surroundings are clean and inviting, there's ample parking, and plenty of restaurant/bars within a short walk. The main reason we chose this condo was the proximity to Sanibel, Ft Myers, and Ft Myer's beach. What a gem!!

We've stayed in many Airbnb's over the years and Deanna's place is hands down our favorite, it felt like home the second we walked in. They graciously offer the use of their kayaks & bikes. Kayaking was the highlight of our stay. Thank you Bob & Deanna

We own a small seasonal business in Michigan, and the Funky Fish House was the perfect place to relax and get away after a long season. Barry and Rhonda thought of every details to make our stay enjoyable including a sound machine! When I had a question they were quick to respond and we felt very welcomed. Would absolutely recommend this space!

Place was cheap and close to the conference my family was attending. Had lots of things such as a water kettle, microwave, and snacks. Also has a cute refrigerator to place things in.

What a Great place to stay. If You want to be in the middle of everything going on & be able to walk to everything then this is the place for You.

Casy was a Delight to communicate with from the start. We communicated from Booking to Getting there! Very pleasent and Responsive, one of the Best places I have Booked! The house was very clean and the Bathrooms were the Best part besides the pool area and private Dock. The Beds were Extreamly Comfortable and I did not have Any back pain All Week!!! Love Caseys Place and would Definitely Come back!!

Mitch’s place was amazing! The house was gorgeous all around. We especially enjoyed the outside space with the pool and outdoor kitchen. Mitch had the pool heated for us as well. Our family had a fabulous time and we would love to go back!

We are very thankful to have found Pete& Amaury’s place! we are new residents to the Cape Coral area, and our home was not ready and we needed a place for a few weeks. This was a beautiful oasis and respite for us amidst the zany transition and moving. Clean, relaxing, beautiful pool and canal to have morning coffee by. Nice and quiet spot to sit and look at the stars! bunnies are everywhere and we even saw a sweet burrowing owl next door. if we had a question or needed anything, the owners were prompt, helpful and kind. Can’t recommend enough!

The place was perfect for us. It’s close enough to everything yet located in a peaceful area. Danny was responsive to any messages and proactive with information about the house.

Beautiful and clean house with everything you need to feel like home. Shawn was always available if we had any questions and responded very quickly. We would definitely stay here again! :-)

We enjoyed our stay. The place had everything that we needed. We especially appreciated the heated pool and hot tub being clean and ready to use!

This place was perfect to launch a kayak to a beautiful mangrove filled area. Great fishing spots nearby. The house is all recently redone and very clean with everything we needed. We were more than happy with the spot! Oh, and we saw dolphins daily, and manatees frequently.

Lovely condo with a great view of the marina ! Clean, comfortable, kitchen well equipped, close to a nice restaurant ! Everything you would need for a wonderful trip! Amy was a great hostess, friendly, and helpful!

The resort was absolutely gorgeous and everything I could have asked for and so much more. Mother Nature was not our friend however the staff helped with any of the uncontrollable situations handed to us ALL this past week. My mom and I loved it so much we looked into the real-estate listings. I can’t wait to come back when it’s not in the beginning of hurricane season and get a dry look around. With that being said, this resort has a fantastic beach for shelling and amazing views. Even the dolphins came to swim close to the shore. 10 out of 10, can’t wait to sea you again!!

We LOVED our stay. It was so peaceful and the view from the balcony was magical. The care/communication was top notch! Highly recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Conrad's place. The apartment was clean, very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

This place is great!! Safe and comfortable with a fantastic location for fishing. It is right on the water and a minute walk from the dock to be picked up by your boat. Just amazing! For the price, you will not find a better spot in this area.

We really enjoyed Juanita’s place - It also came with its very own parking spot. Right by the causeway bridge, it was easy to get in and easy to get out - whether to Fort Meyers or into Sanibel and Captiva. The place was super clean, provided everyone their space while being beach cozy too. I also loved how responsive Juanita was to messages.

This is a beautiful condo that has literally everything you need! Pictures do not do it justice. Regina was so great to work with. She's friendly and makes sure everything is ok after you arrive. She also provides so many extras....box fans(for those that sleep with a fan), extra towels, beach towels, beach umbrellas, bag coolers, dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap and spices galore! This is definitely the most well stocked vacation rental I've ever stayed in. The condo was super clean. The bed was very comfortable. The views from the lanai are amazing. It's a great place to relax at the end of your day. We will definitely be back! Thank you Regina for a great week!

Great place awesome host. Had to cut our trip short due to hurricane Helene but Marcus was extremely helpful in helping us decide when we should evacuate and where to go/what routes to take. Couldn’t ask for a better experience just wish we could have stayed the whole trip. Lots to do and having a golf cart to move around on was the best! Beautiful beaches and the shell hunting was fantastic. Unforgettable honeymoon! Thanks again!
